An industrial fabricis an industrial fabric in which an upper surface side fabric composed of upper surface side warps and upper surface side wefts and a lower surface side fabric composed of lower surface side warps and lower surface side wefts are bound to each other, wherein an upper surface side warpUb functions as an upper surface side binding yarn binding the upper surface side fabric and the lower surface side fabric, and a lower surface side warpLb functions as a lower surface side binding yarn binding the upper surface side fabric and the lower surface side fabric. The number of knuckles formed by the upper surface side warpUb in the upper surface side fabric is larger than the number of knuckles formed by the lower surface side warpLb in the upper surface side fabric.

Industrial fabric

In a multilayer fabric for nonwoven fabric, an upper-surface-side fabric formed from upper-surface-side warps (Ub,U,U,U,U',Ub,U,U,U,U′) and upper-surface-side wefts (′U,′U,′U,′U) and a lower-surface-side fabric formed from lower-surface-side warps (Lb,L,L,Lb,L,L) and lower-surface-side wefts (′L,′L,′L,′L) are bound together. First warps (Ub,Ub) of the upper-surface-side warps serve as first binding yarns that bind the upper-surface-side fabric and the lower-surface-side fabric, and second warps (Lb,Lb) of the lower-surface-side warps serve as second binding yarns that bind the upper-surface-side fabric and the lower-surface-side fabric. A high-friction yarn is used as at least some of the upper-surface-side warps.

Multilayer fabric for nonwoven fabric

An industrial fabric includes upper surface side warps, lower side warps, wefts and an auxiliary yarn. Each of the lower side warps is arranged below each of the upper side warps respectively. The upper side warps and the lower side warps are woven by the wefts. The auxiliary yarn is disposed between the upper side warps and the lower side warps without being woven by the upper side warps and the lower side warps. The auxiliary yarn is disposed between two of the adjacently disposed wefts.

A binding structure of an industrial fabric for binding both ends of a fabric with ends to form it into an endless type has loops formed by bending a portion or all ends of warp constituting the fabric at both ends and folding it back, the loop at the one end constitutes a binding loop which forms a common hole into which a core wire is introduced upon binding, the loop at the other end portion which is opposed to the binding loop to form a pair with the binding loop upon binding has a structure into which the binding loop is fitted and against which the binding loop is locked, and forms a loop hole into which the core wire is not introduced.

Binding structure of industrial fabric

A multi-layer nonwoven fabric at least constituted by a first warp, a second warp, an upper surface side weft, and a lower surface side weft, the first warp is woven with the wefts of all layers from the upper surface side weft to the lower surface side weft, the second warp is only woven with the upper surface side weft, the first warp constitutes a pair to form one upper surface side warp structure on an upper surface side layer, whereby a complete structure of a plain weave design is formed by the first and second warps.
