A torque fluctuation absorbing apparatus absorbs torque fluctuations occurring in a torque transmission pathway from an input side rotating member to an output side rotating member. The apparatus includes: a vibration absorbing member in which elastic members are coupled in series, and which absorbs torque fluctuations; circular outer contour plates coupled to the input side rotating member, and disposed to be spatially separated from one another in an axial direction of the output side rotating member; a hub member including a boss section coupled to the output side rotating member, and a flange section provided on the boss section and disposed between the outer contour plates; and a circular intermediate plate disposed between the flange section and the outer contour plates, coupled between the elastic members, and transmitting a torque from one elastic member to another elastic member.

Torque fluctuation absorbing apparatus

In a positive torsion angle region in which a torque is transmitted from an engine side, a small hysteresis torque is generated at all times. Therefore, torsional vibrations of a small amplitude occurring during idle operation can be effectively attenuated by the small hysteresis torque, without switching to a large hysteresis torque, for example, during idle operation of the engine. As a result, the driver can be prevented from feeling uncomfortable due to switching to a large hysteresis torque during idle operation, and drivability can therefore be improved.

Damper device for vehicle

A damper apparatus according to an embodiment includes a pair of first plates, a second plate, an elastic member, a first friction material and a second friction material. The elastic member is configured to elastically deform in a circumferential direction of a rotation axis by a relative rotation between the pair of first plates and the second plate around the rotation axis. The first friction material is configured to generate a first friction torque in a case where the second plate rotates relative to the pair of first plates in a first direction from an initial state. The second friction material is configured to generate a second friction torque greater than the first friction torque in a case where the second plate rotates relative to the pair of first plates in a second direction which is opposite from the first direction from the initial state.

Damper apparatus

A torque fluctuation absorbing apparatus comprises a first plate member, a second plate member disposed at a position axially offset from the first plate member, an intermediate plate member that is disposed between the first plate member and the second plate member and has a frictional sliding surface mating with the second plate member, rolling elements disposed so as to roll between the intermediate plate member and the first plate member, and resilient member that allows the intermediate plate member and the first plate member to rotate relative to each other. The intermediate plate member and the first plate member have acting sections on a surface whereon at least one of the rolling elements rolls, the acting sections press the intermediate plate member against the second plate member by a relative rotation between the intermediate plate member and the first plate member.

A damper device includes: a pair of first plates axially separated from each other along a rotation axis and rotatable integrally with each other around the axis in a state where the first plates intersect the axis; a second plate including a portion positioned between the first plates, having an opening, and rotatable around the axis in a state where the second plate intersects the axis; an elastic member between the first and second plates, and elastically deformed a circumferential direction of the axis; and a third plate having a first portion positioned on an inner side of the opening and coupled to the first plates in a state where the first portion is between the first plates, and a second portion positioned on an outer side of the opening, and rotatable around the axis in a state where the third plate intersects the axis.

Damper device

A fluctuation absorbing apparatus includes a first plate secured to a flywheel, a second plate disposed at a distance from the first plate, a third plate slidably sandwiched between the first plate and the second plate, and a resilient section that is supported by, fixed to or integrated with the first plate or the second plate and biases the second plate toward the first plate.

A torque fluctuation absorbing apparatus includes a first side plate, a second side plate, a lining plate disposed between the side plates, a connecting member that connects the side plates at a position that is radially inward relative to the lining plate, a pressure plate disposed between the second side plate and the lining plate, and an elastic member that biases the pressure plate toward the lining plate. The lining plate is slidably sandwiched between the first side plate and the pressure plate, and the first and second side plate each includes a reinforcing portion that includes a portion that is axially curved at a location that is radially outward relative to the connecting member.

A torque fluctuation absorber includes a first plate member being rotatable, a second plate member positioned to be axially separated from the first plate member, the second plate member being rotatable relative to the first plate member, a first friction member arranged between the first plate member and the second plate member and slidably pressed against the first plate member and the second plate member, and a first guide portion restricting the first friction member from moving radially inwardly.

Torque fluctuation absorber

A torque fluctuation absorber includes a damper portion absorbing a torque fluctuation between the output shaft and the input shaft with an elasticity thereof, and a limiter portion arranged on the power transmission path from the damper portion to the input shaft, configured to slip when the torque fluctuation by a torsion between the output shaft and the input shaft equals or exceeds a predetermined torque defined to absorb at the damper portion. The damper portion includes a center plate transmitting a rotational power to the limiter portion, side plates receiving the input of the rotational power from the output shaft, an elastic member absorbing the torque fluctuation caused by the torsion between the center plate and the side plates. The side plates directly or indirectly connect to a flywheel that connects to the output shaft at a circumferential portion outward in a radial direction relative to the damper portion.

A torque fluctuation absorber includes a first damper portion absorbing torque fluctuations caused by a torsion between a first rotary member and a second rotary member, a second damper portion absorbing torque fluctuations caused by a torsion between the second rotary member and a third rotary member, and a stopper portion. The first rotary member includes a first projecting portion projecting radially inwardly and being contactable with the stopper portion by the torsion between the first rotary member and the second rotary member. The third rotary member includes a second projecting portion projecting radially outwardly and being contactable with the stopper portion by the torsion between the third rotary member and the second rotary member. The second projecting portion makes contact with the stopper portion at a radially inner side relative to a portion where the first projecting portion makes contact with the stopper portion.

A torque fluctuation absorbing apparatus for absorbing a torque fluctuation generated between an engine and a transmission includes a damper portion having a first plate member, a second plate member and a plurality of coil springs. The second plate member includes a first plate portion and a second plate portion to interpose therebetween the first plate member. The plurality of coil springs is provided between the first and second plate members. The plurality of coil springs is arranged to compress when the first and second plate members move relative to each other thereby absorbing a torque fluctuation generated by a difference between a rotation of the first plate member and a rotation of the second plate member. The first plate member is connected to an output shaft of the engine. The second plate member is connected to an input shaft of the transmission.
