Provided is an endoscopic treatment tool including: a sheath that has a longitudinal axis; a first operation wire and a second operation wire that are inserted through the sheath so as to be able to be moved forward and backward; a treatment part constituted by a first wire rod and a second wire rod that have lower bending rigidity than bending rigidity of the second operation wire; a first joint part inside which the second wire rod passes and that joins a distal-end section of the first operation wire and a proximal-end section of the first wire rod; and a second joint part that joins a distal-end section of the second operation wire and a proximal-end section of the second wire rod.

Endoscopic treatment tool

A method for closing a wound in a tubular organ using a suture thread attached to a suture needle. The method includes grasping a first part of the suture thread by a grasper inserted in the tubular organ after the suture thread has been passed through tissue surrounding the wound at a first position; moving the first part away from the first position by moving the grasper grasping the first part along a longitudinal axis of the grasper; grasping a second part of the suture thread located between the first part and the first position by the grasper; and moving the second part away from the first position by moving the grasper grasping the second part along the longitudinal axis of the grasper.

An endoscope treatment tool includes: a sheath; an operating wire in the sheath; a gripping portion provided at a distal end of the operating wire and having one or more wires; a tip attached to a distal end of the sheath; and a resin member disposed at a position adjacent to the tip on a radially inner or outer side thereof, wherein the tip includes clearance grooves extending toward a proximal end of the tip from a distal end of the tip, passing therethrough from an inner circumferential surface of the tip to an outer circumferential surface of the tip, and having sizes enabling the wires to pass therethrough, and at least proximal-end sides of the grooves overlap with the member in a radial direction of the tip and a distal end of the member is disposed farther on a distal-end side than proximal ends of the grooves are.

Endoscope treatment tool

An endoscope treatment tool includes: a sheath having a lumen; a basket section protruding from the lumen and having an elastic wire; and an operating wire. The elastic wire has: a maximum section where the outer diameter of the basket section is largest of the elastic wire; a first section that, in a lateral view from a direction orthogonal to a normal from the maximum section to the central axis of the basket section, is largest on the opposite side of the central axis from the maximum section between the maximum section and the proximal end; and a second section that is largest at a position away from the normal between the maximum section and the first section, and in the front view, the first section is located on the opposite side of a straight line orthogonal to the normal at the central axis from the maximum section side.

Basket type grasping forceps include a sheath, a main body section, and a manipulation section, the main body section includes a basket section and a manipulation wire, the basket section includes a plurality of basket wires and a distal fixing member fixed to the plurality of basket wires, and the distal fixing member has a wire-fixing section to which a first wire serving which is at least one of the plurality of basket wires is fixed, and a high-strength fixing section to which a second wire which is at least another one of the plurality of basket wires is fixed more strongly than a fixing strength of the first wire in the wire-fixing section.

An endoscope treatment tool includes: a sheath having a lumen; a basket portion being configured to protrude from the lumen and formed of at least one elastic wire; and a manipulation wire causing the basket portion to be moved, wherein the elastic wire has a maximum-outer-diameter portion between distal and proximal ends of the elastic wire and a largest portion that, between the maximum-outer-diameter portion and the proximal end of the elastic wire, reaches the maximum size in an opposite direction from maximum-outer-diameter portion in a side view from a direction orthogonal to a perpendicular line drawn to a center axis from the maximum-outer-diameter portion, and wherein, in a front view of the basket portion, the largest portion is positioned on an opposite side from the side of the maximum-outer-diameter portion with respect to a straight line that is orthogonal to the perpendicular line on the center axis.

A binding part of a basket-type grasping forceps includes: a first binding part to which proximal ends of first wires that are some of a plurality of basket wires are fixed; and a second binding part to which proximal ends of second wires not connected to the first binding part among the plurality of basket wires are fixed, which is engaged with the first binding part to be separable from the first binding part, is containable inside a sheath along with the first binding part in a state in which the second binding part is engaged with the first binding part, and is held by an inner surface of the sheath to be inseparable from the first binding part in the sheath.

An endoscopic treatment instrument includes a sheath; a basket section formed by elastic wires; a manipulation wire connected to the basket section; and a distal end cover attached to a distal end of the sheath. The distal end cover has: a first opening; a second opening; an inner peripheral surface disposed between the first and second opening; and a curved surface bent over the whole circumference in t circumference direction of the distal end cover. Each of the plurality of the elastic wires has: a proximal end portion, a distal end portion, and a maximum diameter section. A radius of curvature of the curved surface is smaller than a radius of curvature of each of the plurality of the elastic wires. A contact position of the elastic wires and the curved surface moves in accordance with a retraction of the elastic wires.

Endoscopic treatment instrument

An endoscope treatment tool includes: a tubular sheath member insertable into a channel of an endoscope; a wire inserted into the interior of the member in such a manner that the wire can be advanced/retracted in the longitudinal direction of the member; and a distal-end treating portion provided at the distal end of the wire and made to protrude from/be pulled into a distal-end opening in the member by advancing/retracting the wire, wherein the member is configured having a two-layer structure in which a metal coil and a resin tube are layered in the radial direction and secured to each other, in the coil, lateral cross-sectional shapes of portions of a strand that are adjacent to each other in the longitudinal direction have complementary depression and protrusion that are brought into tight contact with each other, and the tube has a flexural rigidity greater than that of the coil.

In a discharge mechanism of basket-type grasping forceps according to the present invention, a support member can advance and retract relative to a plurality of basket wires, the position of the support member can be fixed, and an object inside a basket part is discharged to the outside of the basket part from a portion of the basket part proximal to the basket wires by movement of the support member and the basket part relative to each other.

A treatment tool for an endoscope includes: a distal end member attached to a distal end of an endoscope; a treatment part; a tube that is arranged in an axis direction of the endoscope and has a lumen formed therein; an insertion part that is inserted into the lumen and has a distal end to which the treatment part is fixed; a connecting member that connects the tube and the distal end member; a first pivot that couples the connecting member and the tube; and a second pivot that couples the connecting member and the distal end member. The second pivot is provided at a position at which the connecting member is capable of rotating such that the first pivot is moved from a position at a proximal end side relative to the second pivot to a position at a distal end side.

A high-frequency knife conduit line and opening hole opening communicate allowing fluid to flow between a rod-shaped electrode outer peripheral surface and the opening hole inner peripheral surface. The guide hole is smaller than the opening and is further toward a radial inner side than the opening outer edge and further toward a radial outer side than the rod-shaped electrode. The fluid is released from the opening to the outside of the sheath over the whole circumference of the rod-shaped electrode on the radial outer side while an electrode portion protrudes toward the sheath distal end portion separating a larger-diameter portion from a supporting member. The fluid is injected to the larger-diameter portion front through the guide hole as the opening hole and the guide hole communicate while the electrode portion is pulled back toward the sheath proximal end portion so that the larger-diameter portion abuts against the supporting member.
