An electronic component mounting device including a component tape in which a cover tape is adhered to a carrier tape accommodating multiple electronic components at a predetermined pitch; a tape feeder for feeding the component tape from a tape reel, with having a peeling mechanism for peeling the cover tape from the carrier tape at a component supply position; a mounting head configured to take out electronic components from the carrier tape at the component supply position and mount the electronic components on a board; and a tape collection portion in which a static charge elimination member is provided along a discharge path of the carrier tape from which the electronic components have been taken out, the discharge path being through a discharge duct from the tape feeder to a collection box.

Electronic component mounting device

The motor control device is capable of driving control of the stepping motor with a pre-excitation that excites the stepping motor for a first time with a current lower than that during driving before starting or when starting driving the stepping motor, and a post-excitation that excites the stepping motor at a current lower than that during driving when stopping or after stopping the driving of the stepping motor for a second time, and is capable of continuing the post-excitation and the pre-excitation for a period of time shorter than the sum of the first time and the second time when the post-excitation at the previous stopping of driving of the stepping motor and the pre-excitation at the next starting of driving of the stepping motor are executed without passing through the non-excited state.

Motor control device and feeder

A standalone type reel holding device configured to be set separately to a component mounter provided with a component supply device, the component supply device including multiple feeder devices and a main-body-side reel holding section configured to hold multiple tape reels around in a rotatable and exchangeable manner, wherein the standalone type reel holding device holds separately-located tape reels different to the tape reels held by the main-body-side reel holding section in a rotatable and exchangeable manner, and supplies carrier tapes wound on the separately-located tape reels to the feeder devices. Thus, it is possible to increase the overall quantity of carrier tapes supplied to feeder devices from the main-body-side reel holding section and the standalone type reel holding device.

Separate installation-type reel holding device

A component mounter which picks components which are stored in tape and supplied from a component supply device by a component picking device and mounts components on a board which is conveyed by a board conveyance device including a waste box which stores the cut tape after the components are picked, a scraping out device which can scrape the tape out of the waste box, and a control device which controls scraping out the stored tape by the scraping out device when the tape is stored in the waste box to a predetermined amount.

Component mounter

A feeder provided with multiple types of tape peeling units, which are based on the type of carrier tape to be fed by the feeder, that are detachably attached to a tip section of the feeder; a cutter member, which is provided on the multiple types of tape peeling units, that peels one edge of cover tape of the carrier tape to reveal a component stored in a storage section; an identification mark provided on the multiple types of tape peeling units; an identification sensor, which is provided on main body of the feeder, that identifies the identification mark; and a comparing device that compares information recognized by the identification sensor and information of the component stored in the carrier tape.
