A highly reliable and highly efficient air suspension system for a vehicle is provided by improving the trackability of stroke control with respect to pressure fluctuations applied to a linear compressor, suppressing stroke increase due to pressure drop, preventing piston collision, and increasing a flow rate by reducing dead volume. To realize this, the air suspension system includes an air suspension that supplies and discharges compressed air to adjust a length, a compressor body in which a piston reciprocates in a cylinder to compress air, a linear motor that reciprocates the piston, a tank that is connected to the air suspension or the compressor body and stores compressed air, a solenoid valve that opens and closes the air suspension or the tank, and an inverter that changes power supplied to the linear motor according to an open and closed state of the solenoid valve to perform position control of the piston.

Air suspension system and camera cleaning system

Linear compressor and linear compressor control system

A reciprocating compressor includes a cylinder including a cylindrical cylinder portion and a cylinder head portion provided on one side of the cylinder portion, and a piston mechanism reciprocably fittedly inserted on an inner peripheral side of the cylinder portion and including a piston defining a compression chamber and a non-compression chamber. A bottomed hole-shaped valve body housing portion is formed at the cylinder head portion. The valve body housing portion is opened to a piston side facing the piston in an axial direction of the cylinder portion. Further, a discharge valve unit and a valve holding member are provided in the valve body housing portion. The discharge valve unit is inserted in the valve body housing portion. The valve holding member holds the discharge valve unit in the valve body housing portion, and includes a communication hole establishing communication between the valve body housing portion and the compression chamber.

Compressor

An in-vehicle compression device includes: a compressor including a cylinder and a piston that is slidably provided inside the cylinder and defines a compression chamber; a linear motor including a movable element reciprocatably connected to the piston; and a controller configured to control driving of the linear motor. The in-vehicle compression device is configured to supply a working fluid compressed in the compression chamber to a pressure device provided in a vehicle. The controller is configured to variably adjust a stroke of the piston according to a state of the vehicle.

In-vehicle compression device

An air suspension system includes an air suspension, a compressor, a dryer apparatus, and so forth. The dryer apparatus includes a dryer case, an inner cylinder, a first inlet port, a first outlet port, a first desiccant, an outer cylinder, a second inlet port, a second outlet port, a second other-end side filter, a second desiccant, and so forth. The first desiccant comprises a molecular sieve, for example, which exhibits high water adsorption performance at high temperature. On the other hand, the second desiccant comprises silica gel, for example, which exhibits high water adsorption performance at low temperature.

Dryer apparatus and air suspension system

An air suspension system includes air suspensions () performing vehicle height adjustment in response to supply and discharge of air, a compressor () compressing air, a tank () storing compressed air, a first passage () connecting between the delivery side of the compressor and the tank, and a second passage () connecting between the delivery side of the compressor and the air suspensions. A first dryer () is provided in the middle of the first passage to dry air flowing through the first passage. A second dryer () is provided in the middle of the second passage to dry air flowing through the second passage. Thus, compressed air generated from ambient air sucked in by the compressor can be dried by the second dryer and supplied directly into the air chambers of the air suspensions.

Air suspension system

A replenishment passage connects a compressor to a tank, and a first check valve is provided in the middle of the replenishment passage. A supply/discharge passage connects the tank to air suspensions. A supply/discharge switching valve is provided in the middle of the supply/discharge passage, and suspension control valves are provided at a location between the supply/discharge switching valve and the air suspensions. A discharge passage connects the supply/discharge switching valve to a suction port of the compressor, and a discharge passage open/close valve is provided in the middle of the discharge passage. When a vehicle height is lowered, air within the air suspensions is guided to the suction port of the compressor through the discharge passage, compressed by the compressor, and supplied into the tank.

A balance weight includes a main weight portion extending over a range defined by a circular-arc circumferential edge centered at a rotational shaft hole side and a pair of virtual end surfaces located on the circular-arc circumferential edge on both sides of the rotational shaft hole, a pair of extension weight portions extending from the pair of virtual end surfaces to an opposite circular-arc side of the rotational shaft hole from the circular-arc circumferential edge, the rotational shaft hole provided at the main weight portion so as to be located on a central side of the circular-arc circumferential edge, a crank shaft attachment protrusion, a crank shaft hole provided at the crank shaft attachment protrusion radially eccentrically with respect to the rotational shaft hole, and a pair of spaces formed between positions on both sides of the crank shaft attachment protrusion and the pair of extension weight portions, respectively.

A bracket () has an annular portion () provided with a trapezoidal convex portion () extending from an inner peripheral edge (C) to outer peripheral edge (D) of the annular portion. The convex portion has a top region (A), an outer wall-side falling region (B), and an inner wall-side falling region (C). The annular portion and one vehicle body mounting portion () are connected to each other through a non-linear connecting portion (), and the annular portion and the other vehicle body mounting portion () are connected to each other through a non-linear connecting portion (). This structure makes it possible to increase the moment of inertia of area of the annular portion and to increase the flexural rigidity of the bracket. Further, it is possible to suppress a problem that the connecting portion () and the connecting portion () become nodes of vibration.

Vehicular pump apparatus and vehicular bracket

A reciprocating compressor including a casing which has first and second cylinders, an electric motor which has a drive shaft mounted in the casing, first and second pistons fittingly inserted into the first and second cylinders respectively, so as to reciprocate therein, and first and second connecting rods attached to the first and second pistons, respectively, at ends thereof and which are situated in the crank chamber at the other ends thereof where first and second bearings are provided, respectively. A crank member is provided on the drive shaft within the crank chamber, and the crank member is fittingly inserted into the first bearing of the first connecting rod and the second bearing of the second connecting rod. The crank member has a positioning member which positions the first and second bearings with respect to an axial direction.
