An induction heating device is provided. The induction heating device comprises a plurality of induction heating devices disposed at intervals along the circumference of a ring-shaped workpiece, a setting unit for setting induction heating conditions, and a switching control unit. Each of the plurality of induction heating devices comprises heating coils disposed facing areas to be heated of the workpiece, a plurality of transformers connected to the heating coils in parallel, a plurality of matching units connected to any one of the plurality of transformers, an inverter unit having a rectifier unit and an inverter unit, an inverter control unit having a rectification control unit, and a group of switches.

Induction heating device, induction heating equipment, induction heating method, and heat treatment method

An induction heating device and an induction heating method are provided. The entire areas to be heated of the workpiece can be uniformly heated to a predetermined high temperature, and uniform heating is possible even when the workpiece deforms in a non-uniform manner during heating. When areas to be heated are established on a workpiece so as to extend in one direction and the areas to be heated are induction-heated, the deformation amount on one edge of the areas to be heated is different from that on the other. This induction heating device includes; heating coils facing a portion of the areas to be heated when the workpiece is induction-heated; and a relative transfer means for transferring the workpiece and the heating coils along one direction in a relative manner, and the heating coils are disposed so as to correspond to the areas to be heated during the heating period.

A GPS receiving antenna device that can suitably be provided on the exterior of a vehicle is provided with low cost. An antenna case includes a top cover and a bottom plate joined with each other. The top cover stores an antenna module that receives a signal and a packing member provided at the joining part between the top cover and the bottom plate to keep the antenna case tightly sealed. The top cover and the bottom plate are provided with engagement parts and claw parts, respectively, and the top cover and the bottom plate are joined with each other as the packing member is pressed.

A sliding portion constituting a main sliding surface in contact with a magnetic tape T and a magnetic head element chip portion. A tracking mechanism has a two-stage tracking mechanism of a rough-move tracking mechanism and a fine-move tracking mechanism, with the magnetic head element chip pardon being directly disposed in the fine-move tracking mechanism and the fine-move tracking mechanism being disposed in the rough-move tracking mechanism; the rough-move tracking mechanism makes the magnetic head element chip portion move across the tracks arranged in parallel in the width direction of the magnetic tape T; and the magnetic head element chip portion made lighter in weight provides improved speed-up and accuracy of tracking and high density of the tracks can be obtained.

An antenna device that can surely prevent water from coming into the part where the transmission table is introduced and allows the number of parts to be reduced so that the cost can be reduced. The antenna device includes an antenna module that receives radio waves transmitted from a satellite, a cover member having a sufficient internal space to store the antenna module and its bottom opened, and a bottom plate to close the open bottom of the cover member. The transmission cable is connected to the antenna module. The transmission cable is inserted from the hole provided at the cover member and sealed by a seal material including silicon resin in the hole. The bottom plate is made of a metal plate and a magnet plate and the magnet plate has projections to position the magnet. After the bottom plate is attached, a composite resin material is filled and the cover member has its bottom side sealed.

An antenna device that can suitably be provided on the exterior of a vehicle is provided with low cost. An antenna case includes a top cover and a bottom plate joined with each other. The top cover stores an antenna module that receives a signal and a packing member provided at the joining part between the top cover and the bottom plate to keep the antenna case tightly sealed. The antenna case has a notch positioned at the joining part through which a signal line is externally extended, and the packing member integrally forms a base part that covers the entire surface of the antenna module and a gasket part that covers the outer periphery of the signal line connected to the antenna module in the position of the notch.

In order to avoid destruction of recorded data on the magnetic disk due to a shock when portable equipment incorporating a magnetic disk falls from a person's hand or similar, or to minimize damage to the magnetic head and magnetic disk device, in the portable equipment incorporating a magnetic disk device, the magnetic disk device is provided with a magnetic head retraction mechanism and with a held-in-hand detection mechanism which detects whether the equipment is held in a person's hand. When the held-in-hand detection mechanism detects that the equipment is not held in a person's hand, the retraction mechanism causes the magnetic head to be retracted from the recorded data portion of the magnetic disk to the outside, so as to protect the magnetic disk device and the data recorded on the magnetic disk from shocks.
