A reclaiming method is disclosed including conducting evaporation by introducing a part of the absorbent to recover COor HS in a gas in a closed system recovery unit and separating a degraded substance contained in the absorbent from the absorbent to be introduced into an evaporator and obtain recovery steam containing an absorbent and COor HS by a heating section that is provided on a circulation line that circulates in the evaporator; and removing ionic degraded substance by cooling the concentrate obtained in the evaporation and removing an ionic degraded substance in the concentrate after the cooling, wherein a purified concentrate from which the ionic degraded substance has been removed is reused as a purified absorbent.

Provided is a device for the destructive distillation of coal, said device suppressing increases in the concentration of mercury within destructively distilled coal generated by the device. The device for the destructive distillation of coal is a rotary kiln in which an inner cylinder is rotatably supported inside an outer cylinder, thermal gas is supplied to interior of the outer cylinder and dried coal is supplied to the interior of the inner cylinder from one end side thereof, the dried coal is subjected to thermal destructive distillation while being moved and agitated from the one end side of the inner cylinder to the other end side thereof due to the inner cylinder being rotated, and destructively distilled coal and destructively distilled gas are delivered from the other end side of the inner cylinder.

Coal inactivation processing apparatus

A method for producing blast-furnace blowing coal to be blown through a tuyere into the interior of the blast-furnace body of a blast furnace, wherein: the composition and melting point of the ash from the coal are analyzed in advance; the composition of the blast-furnace slag is analyzed in advance; the blast-furnace slag contains more calcium oxide than the coal ash does; and the coal and the blast-furnace slag are mixed, on the basis of the composition and melting point of the coal ash and the composition of the blast-furnace slag, and in a manner such that the amount of calcium oxide contained in a quaternary system phase diagram including silicon dioxide, magnesium oxide, aluminum oxide and calcium oxide, which are the principal components of the coal ash and the blast-furnace slag, causes the melting point of the ash to be 1400&#xb0; C. or higher.

Blast-furnace blowing coal and method for producing same

On the basis of data obtained by means of analyzing coal, a first and second coal type satisfying conditions are selected, the ash melting point of the mixed coal resulting from mixing the first and second coal types is derived on the basis of a four-dimensional state diagram for SiO&#x2014;CaO&#x2014;MgO-20% AlO, on the basis of the ash melting point of the mixed coal and the four-dimensional state diagram, an additive causing the ash melting point of the mixed coal to be at least 1400&#xb0; C. at the lowest quantity when added to the mixed coal is selected from SiO, MgO, and CaO, the addition quantity of the additive is derived, the first coal type and second coal type are mixed to result in the mixed coal, and the addition quantity of the additive is added to the mixed coal.

Method for preparing blast furnace blow-in coal

Provided is a method for preparing blast furnace blow-in coal that can, at a low cost, obtain blast furnace blow-in coal that suppresses occlusion by blast furnace blow-in ash or accretion of blast furnace blow-in ash in a pathway leading to a tuyere of a blast furnace main body, while suppressing a decrease in the amount of heat release. The method includes selecting first and second coal types satisfying conditions (S, S), on the basis of the CaO content in the ash when the oxides of Al, Si, Ca, and Mg in the ash is 100 wt % and the AlOcontent in the ash is 20 wt %, deriving the mixing ratio of the first and second coal types that results in the CaO content in the ash of the mixed coal being at least 40 wt % (S), and mixing the first and second coal types (S) at the mixing ratio.

A blast furnace includes: a blast furnace body; raw material charging means for charging raw material into the blast furnace body; hot air blowing means for blowing hot air into the blast furnace body; a drying apparatus etc. for evaporating moisture in low-grade coal; a dry distillation apparatus etc. for carbonizing dried coal; a cooling apparatus etc. for cooling carbonized coal; a pulverization apparatus etc. for pulverizing the carbonized coal cooled by the cooling apparatus; a storage tank for storing powdered coal; a nitrogen gas supply source, a conveyor line and a cyclone separator etc. for conveying the powdered coal pulverized by the pulverization apparatus to the inside of the storage tank by generating a gas flow with the nitrogen gas; and an injection lance etc. for feeding the powdered coal inside the storage tank to hot air that is blown into the blast furnace body.

Blast furnace

Provided is a coal deactivation processing device that can suppress an increase in carbon monoxide concentration in processing gas regardless of the fact that used processing gas is circulated and refused. The present invention is provided with: a device main body () that causes coal therewithin to flow from one side to another; a processing gas feed means (-) that feeds processing gas to the interior of the device main body (); a processing gas circulation means () that circulates used processing gas () used in the device main body () to the processing gas feed means; and a carbon monoxide processing device () that adjusts the carbon monoxide concentration in the processing gas in a manner so as to reduce the carbon monoxide concentration in the processing gas.
