Provided is a seat-cover fitting structure capable of preventing a seat cover from accidentally separating from a seat main body. In a seat-cover fitting structure, a resin clipthat is fitted to an end memberattached to the lower end of a hanging cotton-cloth member of a seat cover and a metal clipthat is fitted to the exterior of the resin clipengage each other with gaps X, X, and Xformed therebetween. In a state where the metal clipis stuck to, by magnetic force, a main-body-side member that is embedded in the seat main body, the resin clipmoves with respect to the metal clipwithin the ranges of the gaps X, X, and X.

Seat-cover fitting structure

In a headrest including a core member, an acoustic speaker, and an acoustic microphone, the acoustic microphone is provided in a recessed portion provided in the core member, and a sound collection surface of the acoustic microphone is provided in a position rearward of a vibrating surface of the acoustic speaker. An opening at a tip end of the recessed portion can be provided in a position forward of a tip end of the vibrating surface of the acoustic speaker. The recessed portion can be formed into a shape that narrows from the opening toward a bottom surface. Even when the acoustic microphone is provided near to the acoustic speaker, accuracy of voice recognition by the acoustic microphone can be prevented from being reduced.

A seat cushion pad and a seat which enable reduction of a cost and improvement of use feeling are provided. The air cell () is provided integrally with the cushion pad body () and is held by the cushion pad body ().

A seat with a ventilation system that maintains seated person's coolness by blowing air to minimum segments of a seatback and a seat cushion so that seated person's comfort is maintained is provided. Air-blowing means is controlled in air-blowing quantity and air-blowing time periodically by air-blowing control means, and air blowing in each period is set to include a first term Tin which a predetermined quantity of air is blown and a second term Tin which the predetermined quantity of air to be blown is gradually reduced.

Seat with ventilation system

A seat () comprises: a seat member (()) that includes a cushioning material (); and a fastening member () that allows a trim cover () to be detachably attached to a predetermined position on the seat member (). The fastening member () is constituted by a slide fastener that includes: a fastener part () constituted by one fastener half () and another fastener half (); and a slider part. At least part of a base part () provided in the one fastener half () is embedded in the cushioning material (), and part of the other fastener half () is fixed to the trim cover ().

A hooking structure includes a fastening member that is configured from an open-type slide fastener and is not stitched to a base trim cover, and a plastic fixing member for fixing one fastener half part to a seat member in a groove part formed in a seat member and used for hooking. The fastening member is provided with a locked part, the fixing member is provided with a flexible locking part that locks with the locked part, and the other fastener half part and a dressing cover are anchored together by an anchoring part.

A seat hooking structure () which supports by hooking a changeable cover () so as to be detachably attached to a seat member provided with a base trim cover (), the seat hooking structure () comprising: an open-type fastening member () which is not sewn to the base trim cover (), the fastening member () including a fastener part constituted by one fastener half () and another fastener half (), and a slider part that slides along the fastener part so as to open and close the one fastener half () and the other fastener half (); and an anchoring member () which anchors the one fastener half () to the seat member in a groove for hooking (). The other fastener half () and the changeable cover () are secured to each other by a securing part ().

Seat hooking structure

A recessed seam structure for a cover () that improves workability when forming a recessed seam (A) and allows frequent attachment and detachment at the recessed seam (A) is provided. In a seat () having the recessed seam (A) formed by pulling part of the cover () toward a side of a cushion material (), the recessed seam (A) is provided with an opening and closing fastener () configured to couple the cover () and the cushion material (), and the opening and closing fastener () includes a first fastener half () fixed to a back face of the cover () and a second fastener half () fixed to the cushion material (). In such a seat (), the recessed seam (A) can be formed easily and reliably on the seat () by aligning an end of the first fastener half () in a longitudinal direction and an end of the second fastener half () in the longitudinal direction of the opening and closing fastener () and simply sliding a slider ().

A vehicle seat includes a pair of anchors able to engage with engagement members provided on a child seat; a pad having a pair of pad recesses for storing anchors, a trim cover having openings above the pad recesses; and a pair of bezels being hollow cylinder shaped, each having an upper edge flange sewn at the outer edge to the terminal of the trim cover, and covering and hiding the associated pad recess, and each bezel is made of flexible material and has a lower edge flange formed integral with a lower end thereof capable of inserting into the pad recess, the pad has an engaging section capable of engaging with the lower edge flange, the lower edge flange may be deformed and inserted into the pad recess in order to make the bezel cover the pad recess, and the lower edge flange may restore its original shape.

Vehicle seat

A vehicle seat includes anchors to engage with engagement members provided on a child seat; a pad having recesses provided either at a rear edge of a seat cushion or a lower edge of a seatback; a trim cover covering the pad and having openings above the pad recesses; and bezels covering and hiding the pad recesses. Each of the anchors may comprise left and right side bars and a front bar connecting front ends of the side bars and is U-shaped, each of the bezels is box-shaped, has an upper and lower flaps formed integral and defining a bottom wall of the bezel, and covers the pad recess, providing a space in the pad recess located behind the flaps, each front bar is located in front of or behind the flaps, and each of the engagement members provided on the child seat is able to engage with the anchor.
