Light emitting diode module

A light-emitting module includes a module substrate, semiconductor light-emitting elements and a connection substrate. On one face of the module substrate, a conductive layer is formed. The semiconductor light-emitting elements and the connection substrate are mounted on the conductive layer of the module substrate. Electric wires, which extend from a lighting circuit, are connected to the connection substrate. Power is supplied to the semiconductor light-emitting elements through the connection substrate and the conductive layer of the module substrate.

Light-emitting module, self-ballasted lamp and lighting equipment

There is disclosed an electronic apparatus which comprises a circuit module, a tray, and a filling material. The module comprises an electric insulating circuit board, and a plurality of electric components mounted on the board. The tray houses the module. The tray includes a raised bottom formed to project toward the circuit board. The filling material has waterproof properties and electric insulation. The circuit board and the electric components are buried to fill the tray with the filling material.

Electronic apparatus and lighting device

An electrolytic capacitor and a ballast choke of a lighting circuit, are disposed on a first face of a circuit board facing a base, and a one-package switch of the lighting circuit is disposed on a second face, facing a fluorescent lamp. The one-package switch comprises field effect transistors contained in a single package and serve as two inverter switches for driving the fluorescent lamp. The one-package switch is a generally rectangular SMD with dimensions of not more than 6 mm respectively in length and width and mounted on the second face of the circuit board by means of terminals of the one-package switch. The one-package switch enhances heat dissipation properties of the circuit, enables the reduction of its dimensions, and increases the mounting efficiency.

Self-ballasted fluorescent lamp and luminaire

A compact selfballasted fluorescent lamp includes a fluorescent arc tube forming a crooked discharge path, a housing comprised of a first end portion open to be fit thereon with a bulb-base, a middle portion and a second end portion open to be mounted thereto with the fluorescent arc tube, a lighting circuit module accommodated in the housing, the unit being provided with a circuit board and two or more circuit components mounted on the circuit board for constituting a lighting circuit for lighting the fluorescent arc tube, and a thermal conductor having a thermal conductivity of 0.1 W/(m&middot;K) or more, which is filled in the housing, extending upwards from a components mounting side of the circuit board of the lighting circuit module and contacting with the inner wall of the housing lying on the side of the first end portion of the housing, thereby covering at least one of the circuit components of the lighting circuit.

Compact selfballasted fluorescent lamp and luminaire

The present invention provides self destruct arrangements for self ballasted fluorescent lamps and lighting fixtures using them. The ballast power supply includes at least one element that breaks down at high temperature. The lamp arrangements are constructed such that there is close proximity between at least one electrode of the lamp and the breakdown element of the ballast power supply. In one embodiment the breakdown element is a FET switch. In another embodiment, the breakdown element is a capacitor.
