A ventilation fan includes a body unit, which has a fan disposed in a body case and a fan controller operable to control an air volume of the fan. The ventilation fan also includes a sensor module having an indoor environment detecting sensor and a module controller operable to control a detecting operation of the indoor environment detecting sensor. The body unit has a module mount on which the sensor module is mounted and another sensor module can be mounted in place of the sensor module. The module mount is connected to the fan controller. The module controller outputs detection information obtained based on a detection result of the indoor environment detecting sensor to the fan controller, which in turn controls the air volume of the fan based on the detection information inputted thereto.

Ventilation fan and ventilation system

An apparatus management system is provided which includes a bathroom heating and drying apparatus configured to control an air environment in a bathroom space; and a control terminal connected to the bathroom heating and drying apparatus to transmit and receive information to and from the bathroom heating and drying apparatus. The control terminal includes: condition acquisition unit configured to acquire operation information related to a control condition of the bathroom heating and drying apparatus; control condition determination unit configured to determine the control condition of the bathroom heating and drying apparatus, based on the operation information acquired by the condition acquisition unit; and an operating unit configured to operate the bathroom heating and drying apparatus under the control condition determined by the control condition determination unit.

Apparatus management system

A home appliance management system includes an outlet plug, a home appliance, and a control terminal. The outlet plug includes a position information storage which stores position information and a position information transmitting unit. The home appliance includes a position information receiving unit, a function providing unit, a type information storage, and a position and type information transmitting unit. The control terminal includes a position and type information receiving unit, a position and type information storage, an operating condition determining unit, and an operation controller.

Control terminal includes external communication unit that communicates with mobile communication device connected through a public line; condition acquiring unit that acquires information related to an operating condition of indoor environment control devices from mobile communication device through external communication unit; operating condition determination unit that determines an operating condition of indoor environment control devices based on information acquired by condition acquiring unit; and control unit that operates indoor environment control devices under the operating condition determined by operating condition determination unit.

Equipment management system

A ventilation device includes AC voltage estimation unit () for estimating an AC voltage, based on a DC voltage detected by voltage detection unit () and a current detected by current detection unit (). Air volume computation unit () determines a rotation speed of a motor, based on the AC voltage estimated by AC voltage estimation unit () and a target air volume output from a target air volume computation unit.

A first ventilation apparatus of ventilation apparatuses which form a ventilation system includes: a first information transmission part (); a first information reception part (); and a first control part (). The first control part () includes: a first total ventilation air volume determination part (); a first-ventilation-apparatus first air volume decision part (); and a first air volume detection part ().

Ventilation apparatus

Between the lower stage in respective phases of inverter circuit and the negative potential side, shunt resistors are inserted for respective phases. The potential differences across shunt resistors occurring by current flowing through shunt resistors are amplified by amplifier unit. From the output of amplifier unit, current detecting unit detects current of each phase flowing through motor formed by a sensorless brushless DC motor. Rotation detecting unit calculates the rotation speed and position of motor based on the current detected by current detecting unit. This structure makes it possible to directly detect solely the current flowing through the windings of motor. Therefore, it becomes possible to accurately detect the current of the motor windings, and the ventilation device can maintain the ventilation air volume from a small air volume to a large air volume always at a constant value.

A ventilating system that can make an air flow rate variable includes a DC motor that drives blades and a control circuit that controls the DC motor. The control circuit includes a first current detecting unit that detects a current flowing in the DC motor, a rotating speed detecting unit that detects a rotating speed of the DC motor, and a control unit that controls the DC motor based on a rotating speed detected by the rotating speed detecting unit and a current detected by the first current detecting unit. The current detecting unit includes a plurality of low-resistance resistors, detects a motor current by using divided voltages of the low-resistance resistors, and calculates a ventilation air flow rate based on the rotating speed detected by the rotating speed detecting unit and the current detected by the first current detecting unit.
