A water quality detection device including a detection tank, a sensor, the cleaner and a processor is provided. The sensor is disposed on the detection tank and is configured to sense a to-be-detected liquid within the detection tank. The cleaner is configured to clean the sensor. The processor is electrically connected to the sensor and the cleaner and is configured to: execute an initialization procedure, which includes driving the sensor to sense the to-be-detected liquid to obtain a number of initial sensing values and calculating a threshold value according to the initial sensing values; drive the sensor to sense the to-be-detected liquid to obtain a sensing value of the to-be-detected liquid, and determine whether the sensing value of the to-be-detected liquid reaches the threshold value; drive the cleaner to operate when the sensing value of the to-be-detected liquid reaches the threshold value.

Water quality detection device and cleaning method for sensor thereof

A particle sensing device, configured to detect a particulate concentration in a fluid, includes a detecting channel, a sensing space, a light source and a sensor. The detecting channel is configured for the fluid to flow therethrough. The sensing space is located on one side of the detecting channel and connected to the detecting channel, and the sensing space is surrounded by a surrounding wall. The light source and the sensing space are located on opposite sides of the detecting channel, and the light source is configured to emit light towards the detecting channel. The light is configured to hit at least one particle in the fluid. The sensor is disposed on an inner surface of the surrounding wall, and the sensor is configured to detect a scattered light energy generated when the light hits the particle. The sensor is a distance apart from the detecting channel.

A method for transmitting reference signals includes: determining, by a wireless transmitting device, a first vector set used for calculating a first vector subspace that includes a channel frequency response vector corresponding to a subcarrier; calculating, by the wireless transmitting device, a second vector set including several second vectors derived from performing dot product operations to each vector in the first vector set with a conjugate vector of each vector in the first vector set; calculating, by the wireless transmitting device, a null space of a second vector subspace spanned by the second vector set and determining, by the wireless transmitting device, a cover code from the null space; and transmitting a first reference signal and a second reference signal which is a dot product of the first reference signal and the cover code on the subcarrier from the wireless transmitting device to a wireless receiving device.

A user equipment, a small cell and an operation method thereof are provided. The small cell includes a processor and a transceiver. The processor is configured to generate a maintaining downlink signal when the small cell is in an off-state. The maintaining downlink signal utilizes fewer radio resources compared to a normal downlink signal which is generated when the small cell is in an on-state. The transceiver is electrically connected to the processor and configured to continuously transmit the maintaining downlink signal when the small cell is in the off-state and receive an uplink signal from the user equipment. The processor further switches the small cell from the off-state to the on-state according to the uplink signal.

User equipment, small cell and operation method thereof

A device to device (D2D) user equipment (UE) used for a wireless communication system is provided. The D2D UE is located in a network topology including a plurality of transmitting ends and a plurality of receiving ends. The D2D UE may be a transmitting end or a receiving end. The receiving ends perform a resource scheduling procedure several times according to transmitting end sequences echoed from the transmitting ends to schedule the appropriate resources for the transmitting ends so as to prevent a transmission collision.

A wireless communication system and a resource allocation method thereof are provided. The wireless communication system includes a base station and a plurality of user equipments. The base station or one of the user equipments is configured to transmit resource allocation information to the user equipments. The resource allocation apparatus adapted for a network comprising a femto base station (BS) which communicates with the femto BS and includes a storage, a transceiver and a processor connected to the storage and the transceiver. The storage stores a random function, reuse information and fractional frequency reuse (FFR) information which records an original cell ID/frequency corresponding relation of an unoccupied partition of the network. A receiver with Inphase-Quadrature (I-Q) imbalance compensation and an I-Q imbalance compensation method thereof are provided. The receiver chooses a first receiving signal which includes a first data and a first noise, as well as a second receiving signal which includes a second data and a second noise from a plurality of receiving signals. The first data have a first positive frequency data and a first negative frequency data, while the second data have a second positive frequency data and a second negative frequency data. The receiver calculates an I-Q imbalance compensation parameter according to the first receiving signal and the second receiving signal, and compensates for a third receiving signal according to the I-Q imbalance compensation parameter. A mobile station, a base station, a communication system and an abnormal power down reporting method thereof are provided. The communication system includes the mobile station and the base station. The mobile station is located within a wireless communication range of the base station. The mobile station transmits a notification message to the base station after detecting abnormal power down of the mobile station. The base station determines that abnormal power down occurred in the mobile station according to the notification message, and notifies a backhaul network to deregister the mobile station.
