A semiconductor memory device is provided in the present invention, including a substrate, word lines in the substrate, bit lines over the word lines, partition structures between the bit lines and right above the word lines, storage node contacts in spaces defined by the bit lines and the partition structures and electrically connecting with the substrate, wherein a portion of the storage node contact protruding from top surfaces of the bit lines and the partition structures is contact pad, and contact pad isolation structures on the partition structures and between the contact pads, wherein the contact pad isolation structure includes outer silicon nitride layers and inner silicon oxide layers.

Semiconductor memory device

The present invention provides a semiconductor memory device and a fabricating method thereof. The semiconductor memory device includes a substrate, a plurality of capacitors and a supporting layer disposed on the substrate, wherein each of the capacitors is connected with at least one of the adjacent capacitors through the supporting layer. Each of the capacitors includes first electrodes, a high-k dielectric layer and a second electrode, and the high-k dielectric layer is disposed between the first electrodes and the second electrode. Due to the supporting layer directly contacts the high-k dielectric layer through a surface thereof, and the high-k dielectric layer completely covers the surface, the second electrode may be formed directly within openings with an enlarged dimension. Accordingly, the process difficulty of performing the deposition and etching processes within the openings may be reduced, and the capacitance of the capacitors is further increased.

Semiconductor memory device and method of forming the same

Disclosed is a connecting structure for spectacle temples. An axle slot and axle hole are formed coaxially on a spectacle frame and a preemptive groove transversely on the spectacle frame, with the preemptive groove being linked up with the axle slot at a position thereof close to the axle hole; a pivot and connecting section are formed on a spectacle temple, the connecting section is in connection with the middle of the pivot, an elastic cutting slot is respectively formed on the two ends of the pivot, the two ends of the pivot are inserted in the axle hole and axle slot, and the connecting section is aligned with the preemptive groove, allowing the spectacle temple to be coupled pivotally to the spectacle frame. Whereby, the connection is secure, and the operation feel of closing and opening the spectacle is better.

Connecting structure for spectacle temples

A pair of eyeglass with easily-installed and easily-changed eyeglass legs has a pivot stand and a pivot that are directly formed at the eyeglass frame and the eyeglass leg. The pivot has a vertical shaft as a first magnetic element and a horizontal connector to whose forward end a center portion of the vertical shaft is attached. The pivot stand has a vertical slot accommodating the vertical shaft and a recess, as physically extended through a center sector of the vertical slot, for accommodating the horizontal connector at an unfolded state. An upper end and a bottom end of the vertical slot are respectively provided with a second magnetic element and a notch for accommodating the vertical shaft as inserted.

Pair of eyeglasses with easily-installed and easily-changed eyeglass legs

A hinge for the temples and the lens frame of glasses comprises engaging rods and bushings that are respectively formed at two sides of the lens frame and fronts ends of the temples. A spiral guiding slot and a guiding block are separately formed at an external surface of the engaging rod and at the inner surface of the bushing. The spiral guiding slots at the two sides of the lens frame have the same spiral orientation. The temples at the two sides of the lens frame are respectively slid upward and downward to be staggered in time of folding due to the cooperation of the spiral guiding slot and the guiding block. As a result, the dimension of the glasses is reduced, which conduces to convenient storage for users.

Hinge for the temples and the lens frame of glasses

A glasses hinge structure includes a pivot and a pivot seat. The pivot seat and the pivot are integrally formed with a corner panel of a glasses frame and a glasses foot, respectively. The pivot has a vertical portion in a cylinder shape and a horizontal connecting portion. The vertical portion has a middle section connected with a front end of the horizontal connecting portion. The horizontal connecting portion has a rear end connected to the glasses foot. The pivot seat has a vertical trough and a recess. The vertical trough is adapted for insertion of the vertical portion of the pivot. The recess is interconnected with a middle section of the vertical trough to accommodate the horizontal connecting portion when the glasses foot is extended. The vertical trough has a C-shaped cross-section which has an opening. The opening is less than a diameter of the vertical portion and greater than a width of the horizontal connecting portion. One end of the vertical trough is formed with a notch for the vertical portion to be inserted therefrom.

Glasses hinge structure

The present invention discloses glasses. The glasses include a pair of temples and a frame which is integrally formed with the temples. An inner side of the junction of each of the temples and the frame is formed with a corrugated surface. The temples are provided with magnetic members in relative positions. The magnetic members engage with each other to secure the temples in place when the temples are folded. The glasses may be attracted on a metallic board or a metallic frame for convenient storage and use. The present invention discloses a glasses box which includes a box body and a box cover. The box body and the box cover are buckled together to form an accommodating space for receiving glasses. The box cover has an outer side provided with a sucker and an inner side provided with a magnet. When in use, the glasses box provides an accommodating space for receiving glasses therein. When taking out the glasses, the sucker of the box cover could be secured on a desired place. The glasses when not in use could be attracted on the magnet. This is very convenient for specific glasses which have temples made of metallic material or magnetic members.

A manufacturing method for a semiconductor-device isolation structure comprises providing a substrate with at least one shallow trench isolation structure, performing a salicide process that forms a recess on the surface of the shallow trench isolation structure, forming a cap film covering the substrate and filling the recess, performing an etching process to remove the cap film outside the recess, and forming a contact etch stop layer covering the substrate and filling the recess. Due to the filling recess with the cap film first, the contact etch stop layer covering the substrate and filling the recess does not have seams or voids.
