A liquid crystal display device and a display flickering method are provided. The display flickering method includes receiving a first instruction signal and a color selection signal from a time sequence control circuit; outputting a data signal and a control signal according to the first instruction signal and the color selection signal; displaying an image by at least one frame display frequency according to the data signal; providing a backlight source for illuminating the display panel by at least one backlight flicker frequency according to the control signal, in which the display panel displays the at least one image having at least one frame flicker frequency according to the at least one backlight flicker frequency and the at least one frame display frequency.

Liquid crystal display device and display flickering method

A display device includes a substrate, display units, and a plurality of integrated circuits (ICs). The substrate includes an active area and a non-active area. The non-active area is located around the active area. The display units are disposed in the active area of the substrate, and arranged in a matrix. The ICs are disposed in the active area of the substrate, arranged in a matrix, and are electrically coupled to the display units. Each of the ICs includes a shift register unit. Each of the shift register units of the ICs is configured to receive a previous-stage scan signal, and generate a current-stage scan signal according to the previous-stage scan signal. The ICs drive the display units according to the current-stage scan signals.

Display device

A backlight module is provided, which includes a first coil, a first driving circuit, a second coil, a rectifying circuit and a light emitting unit. The first driving circuit is electrically connected to the first coil for controlling the first coil to produce a first magnetic field. The second coil is disposed on a transmission direction of the first magnetic field corresponding to the first coil for receiving the first magnetic field and providing a first induction voltage according to the first magnetic field. The rectifying circuit is electrically connected to the second coil for converting the first induction voltage into a first driving voltage. The light emitting unit is electrically connected to the rectifying circuit to provide a backlight according to the first driving voltage.

Backlight module transmitting electricity through magnetic field induction

A display device with wireless power supply from power transmission means is disclosed in the disclosure. The display device comprises a display module, a system controlling module and a wireless power receiving module. The system controlling module is electrically connected to the display module. The wireless power receiving module is electrically connected to the system controlling module. The wireless power receiving module comprises a plurality of near-field coil units. The near-field coil units have individual receiving frequencies and individual output powers. The near-field coil units are configured to resonate with a transmission coil of the power transmission means. According to a transmission frequency on the transmission coil, the near-field coil unit with corresponding receiving frequency generates an electricity supply with a certain output power to the system controlling module. In addition, a wireless power transmission system is also disclosed herein.

Display device and wireless power transmission system

A wireless power transmission device includes a power transmitter, a first transmission unit, a power receiver, a feedback regulator, a receive controller, and a second transmission unit. The power transmitter is for generating power, and the first transmission unit is for wirelessly transmitting power generated by the power transmitter. The power receiver is for receiving and rectifying the power from the first transmission unit. The feedback regulator is for receiving a feedback signal from the power receiver to generate an AC control signal. The receive controller is for receiving the control signal to generate a driving signal. The second transmission unit is for wirelessly transmitting the control signal to the receive controller.

Wireless power transmission device

The disclosure provides a backlight module applied to a liquid crystal display device. The backlight module includes: a control circuit for outputting a driving signal according to an analog adjustment signal or a digital adjustment signal; a driving circuit for outputting a lamp voltage according to the driving signal; a fluorescent lamp set, including a plurality of lamps, for receiving the lamp voltage and thereby generating a lamp current; a lamp feedback circuit c for outputting a feedback signal according to the lamp voltage; and a dynamic protection circuit, for dynamically adjusting a protection command signal according to the analog dimming signal or the digital dimming signal, comparing the protection command signal and the feedback signal and thereby outputting a comparing result signal to the control circuit.

Backlight module of liquid crystal display device

A backlight module includes a connector capable of performing voltage conversion or a voltage converter capable of transmitting signals. The connector or the voltage converter, disposed between an inverter and a lamp set, receives low-voltage signals generated by the inverter, performs voltage conversion, and outputs high-voltage signals for driving the lamp set.

Backlight module for LCD device

A lighting apparatus comprises a plurality of light sources, a power conversion circuit, a plurality of load-driving coils and a feedback generation coil. The power conversion circuit generates a driving signal for the load-driving coils to generate substantially identical driving currents for driving every light source. Furthermore, the feedback generation coil generates a feedback signal based on the inductions of the currents flowing though the plurality of load driving coils.

Lighting apparatus with current feedback

A light module includes a plurality of light sources for generating light, a power controller, a bridge converter, a first piezoelectric transformer, a second piezoelectric transformer, a resonance balance circuit, and a protection circuit. The power controller is used for generating a power driving signal based on a control signal. The bridge converter is used for generating a supply voltage signal based on the power driving signal. The first piezoelectric transformer is used for transforming the supply voltage signal into a first driving voltage signal to a first end of each of the plurality of lamps. The second piezoelectric transformer is used for transforming the supply voltage signal into a second driving voltage signal to a second end of each of the plurality of lamps. The resonance balance circuit includes a primary winding coupled to the first and the second piezoelectric transformers, and a secondary winding for outputting a feedback signal in response to a current flowing through the primary winding. The protection circuit is coupled to the secondary winding of the resonance balance circuit, and is used for generating the control signal based on the feedback signal.

Piezoelectric transformer module for generating balance resonance driving current and related light module

A backlight system for use in an LCD display with a driver providing current sink control includes an LED array module, a current feedback circuit, and a current compensation circuit. The LED array module has N columns of LEDs and each LED column has M LEDs connected in serial, wherein the current feedback circuit includes N current feedback units and the current compensation circuit includes N current compensation units, both of the current feedback circuit and the current compensation circuit being electrically coupled to the LED array module. When the backlight system is in operation, a current passes through an LED column, a current feedback unit, and a current compensation unit to generate an output voltage that is used for comparison with a predetermined DC voltage, and the current is compensated based on the results of the comparison.

LED driver with current sink control and applications of the same

A backlight module including a plurality of lamps, a first circuit board, and a second circuit board is provided. Each lamp has a first electrode and a second electrode. The first circuit board has a plurality of first openings and first conductive clips. The first electrode is disposed to extend through the first opening and to be clamped by the first conductive clip. Furthermore, a plurality of current adjustment devices is disposed on the first circuit board. The current adjustment device is electrically coupled to the first electrode through the first conductive clips. In the backlight module, the conductive clips or clamping pins of the current adjustment devices are used to hold the electrodes of lamps, thereby facilitating the assembly process of backlight module.

Backlight module

A driver and method for driving a semiconductor light emitting device array is provided. The driver includes at least one current regulator unit having a plurality of controllable switches to regulate the current of each set of cascaded light emitting devices in the semiconductor light emitting device array. The currents of the sets are used to generate a plurality of feedback signals through a feedback unit. A compensation unit generates a plurality of control signals in response to the feedback signals and a plurality of timing signals, so as to control the controllable switches. A driver according to the present invention can independently and individually control the luminance and timing of each set of cascaded light emitting devices.

Driver and method for driving a semiconductor light emitting device array

An inverter unit including a converter, a transformer, a feedback circuit and an open lamp lock circuit is provided. The converter receives a drive signal, and outputs a duty voltage signal accordingly. The transformer is selectively coupled with a lamp of a display panel module, and receives the duty voltage signal. When the transformer is coupled with the lamp, the transformer outputs an output voltage to the lamp according to the duty voltage signal to light up the lamp. The feedback circuit receives a feedback signal from the lamp, and outputs a feedback voltage signal accordingly. The open lamp lock circuit is coupled with the feedback circuit, receives a control signal, selectively receives the feedback voltage signal, and disables the drive signal selectively according to the feedback voltage signal and the control signal.
