A multi-input power system receives at least two input power sources, and includes at least two filter-rectification circuits, a switching switch, a boost power factor correction circuit, a DC-to-DC conversion circuit, a determination circuit, and a switch control circuit. The at least two filter-rectification circuits correspondingly convert the at least two input power sources into at least two rectified voltages. The switching switch switches one of the at least two rectified voltages. The determination circuit receives at least two power information, and determines at least two power supply status of the at least two input power sources according to the at least two power information to generate a determination signal. The switch control circuit receives the determination signal to generate a switch control signal to control the switching switch so as to switch one of the at least two rectification voltages.

Multi-input power system

A multi-input power system with an inrush current suppression function receives at least two input power sources, and includes at least two filter-rectification circuits, at least two boost PFC circuits, a current suppression circuit, and a DC-to-DC conversion circuit. Each filter-rectification circuit correspondingly receives the input power source, and converts the at least two input power sources into at least two rectified voltages. Each boost PFC circuit is correspondingly connected to the filter-rectification circuit, receives the rectified voltage, and performs a power factor correction to the rectified voltage to provide a conversion voltage. The current suppression circuit is connected to the at least two filter-rectification circuits and the at least two boost PFC circuits. The DC-to-DC is connected to the at least two boost PFC circuits and the current suppression circuit, receives the conversion voltage and converts the conversion voltage into an output voltage.

Multi-input power system with inrush current suppression function

A common-mode noise cancellation circuit includes a capacitor and an inductor. The inductor has a three coupled winding, including a first coupled winding, a second coupled winding, and a third coupled winding. An input end of the first coupled winding and an input end of the second coupled winding are respectively coupled to two ends of an input power source. An input end of the third coupled winding is coupled to the output end of the second coupled winding, and an output end of the third coupled winding is coupled to the capacitor. An output end of the first coupled winding and an output end of the second coupled winding are respectively coupled to two input ends of a power conversion stage.

Common-mode noise cancellation circuit and switching power converter for common-mode noise cancellation

A hybrid-mode power factor corrector includes a power factor correction circuit, a zero-crossing detection circuit, and a controller. The power factor correction circuit includes a power inductor and a power switch, and the zero-crossing detection circuit detects an inductor current. The controller controls the switching of the power switch by an operation frequency to control the power factor correction circuit converting an input voltage into an output voltage, and controls an input current drawn by the power factor correction circuit to follow the input voltage. The controller turns on the power switch to according to a switching time of the power switch when the power switch is switched to reach to the operation frequency and the inductor current is as low as a threshold value close to zero.

Hybrid-mode power factor corrector and method of operating the same

A multi-phase boost converting apparatus includes a multi-phase boost converter and a passive lossless snubber, wherein the passive lossless snubber includes a first resonant capacitor, a second resonant capacitor, an output-end first unidirectional conduction component, an output-end second unidirectional conduction component, an input-end first unidirectional conduction component, an input-end second unidirectional conduction component and a resonant inductor.

Multi-phase boost converting apparatus with passive lossless snubber

An LLC resonant converting apparatus determines to operate as a half-bridge LLC resonant converter or a full-bridge LLC resonant converter based on the magnitude of the input voltage. The present disclosure can solve the problem that the input voltage range of the LLC resonant converter is not wide enough.

A full-bridge phase-shift converter with voltage clamping includes a transformer, a primary-side circuit, and a secondary-side circuit. The secondary-side circuit includes a first synchronous rectifying switch, a second synchronous rectifying switch, an output inductor, a plurality of diodes, a capacitor, an energy-releasing unit, and an output capacitor. The capacitor provides a clamping voltage. The energy-releasing unit is coupled to the capacitor in parallel, and converts the clamping voltage into an output voltage. The output capacitor is coupled to the energy-releasing unit in parallel, and provides the output voltage.

Full-bridge phase-shift converter with voltage clamping

A power supply used to convert an input voltage into an output voltage, and the power supply includes an input detection circuit, a conversion circuit, a detection circuit, and a controller. The input detection circuit provides a power good signal or a power fail signal according to the input voltage. The conversion circuit converts the input voltage into an output voltage, and the detection circuit detects the output voltage according to the power good signal to accordingly provide an output feedback signal with a first feedback value. The controller stabilizes a voltage level of the output voltage according to the first feedback value. The detection circuit self-adjusts a feedback condition according to the power fail signal, and correspondingly adjusts the output feedback signal to a second feedback value according to the feedback condition. The controller reduces the voltage level of the output voltage according to the second feedback value.

A network communication power supply with digital signal isolation includes a transformer, a transformer drive circuit, a rectifier, and a modulation signal duty cycle detection circuit. The transformer has a primary side and a secondary side. The transformer drive circuit is coupled to the primary side, and receives a digital signal input. The transformer drive circuit converts the digital signal input into a drive signal with a duty cycle corresponding to a logic level of the digital signal input according to the logic level. The digital signal input includes a power content. The rectifier is coupled to the secondary side and converts the power content to provide a power source. The modulation signal duty cycle detection circuit is coupled to the rectifier and supplied power by the power source, and provides a digital signal output with a high or low level according to the duty cycle.

A boost converting apparatus includes a boost converter and a passive lossless snubber, wherein the passive lossless snubber includes an input-end unidirectional conduction component, a resonant inductor, a resonant capacitor, and an output-end unidirectional conduction component. The present disclosure can solve the problems that the energy conversion efficiency of the hard-switching boost converter is poor and the structure of the soft-switching boost converter is complicated.

A power conversion apparatus with oscillation reduction control supplies power to a load through an output end. The power conversion apparatus includes a transformer, a power switch, a control module, and an oscillation reduction control module. A primary side of the transformer receives an input voltage, and a secondary side of the transformer is coupled to the output end. The power switch is coupled to the primary side. The control module is coupled to the power switch, controls the power switch continuously turning on and turning off, and converts the input voltage into an output voltage. When the oscillation reduction control module detects a resonance voltage through the secondary side, the oscillation reduction control module performs an oscillation reduction operation to the resonance voltage to reduce an amplitude of the resonance voltage by a damper.

A conversion apparatus with oscillation reduction control includes a conversion circuit and an oscillation reduction control circuit. The conversion circuit includes a transformer, a rectifying circuit, and a first switch. The oscillation reduction control circuit stores a leakage inductance energy of the transformer when the first switch is turned off, and the oscillation reduction control provides the leakage inductance energy to a primary-side winding of the transformer when the first switch is turned on.

A power factor correction circuit with burst setting includes a conversion circuit, a control unit, and a burst setting circuit. The burst setting circuit respectively sets at least one burst period when an input power source is at a rising edge of a positive half cycle, a falling edge of the positive half cycle, the rising edge of a negative half cycle, and the falling edge of the negative half cycle, and provides a burst setting signal corresponding to the at least one burst period to the control unit so that the control unit limits the conversion circuit to perform a burst operation during the at least one burst period.
