A freewheel structure includes a wheel frame and at least one weight block. The wheel frame has a central axle portion and a flange portion around an outer edge thereof. The axle portion is for insertion of an axle member. The weight block is selectively located between the axle portion and the flange portion, so that the weight block has a certain distance relative to axle portion. The freewheel will generate a greater centrifugal force when it is rotated at a high speed. The inertial effect of the present invention can be enhanced when the rotational speed is increasing progressively, so the curve of inertial weight is elongated obviously. The whole weight of the freewheel is reduced effectively.

Freewheel structure

A multi-function exerciser includes a main frame. Two first universal joint units and two second universal joint units are respectively provided at two sides of the main frame. Two action units are pivotally connected to the first and second universal joint units. The two axes of the first and second universal joint units at the same side are at the same level and perpendicular to each other. Thus, the user can swing forward and rearward as well as left and right when standing on the footrests of the two action units for a forward split and a side split. Besides, because the two axes are at the same level and perpendicular to each other, the user can stand with one foot and lift another foot to do an oval turning for getting strong muscles in the legs.

A linear motion transmission apparatus with a chain comprises at least one flexible link and a plurality of spacers, the spacers are equidistantly spaced apart and connected by the link, each two neighboring spacers define a holding space for holding rolling elements, each of the spacers has two separated arcuate retaining portions used to contact and hold the rolling elements. A lubricating-oil passage is formed between each of the spacers and the rolling elements to guide the lubricating oil from the non-load area of the outer surface of the rolling element to the load area, allowing the load area to be lubricated sufficiently.

A circulating system for a linear guideway comprises a slide block, a slide rail, two cover plates, two end caps and plural rolling elements. The slide block is disposed on the slide rail. The two cover plates and the two end caps are disposed at two opposite ends of the slide block, respectively. Between the two cover plates and the two end caps are disposed inner return and outer return blocks, respectively, and the inner return and the outer return blocks each are defined with half rolling paths to form complete rolling paths. Both ends of a complete rolling path and both ends of a complete loaded path are connected to both ends of two complete return paths to complete circulation paths. The inner and outer return blocks are made by common plastic injection molding, and the formed rolling paths are made of plastic material.

Circulating system for a linear guideway

A dual-mode exercise machine includes a base, a swivel, two pedals, two impedance elements, a linkage and a pin. The swivel is pivotally connected to the base. The pedals are pivotally connected to the swivel. Each impedance element connects a related pedal to the swivel. The linkage includes a middle lever pivotally connected to the base and two lateral levers each for connecting a related pedal to the middle lever so that the pedals can be pivoted up and down alternately. The pin can be inserted in an aperture of the swivel and an aperture of the base to prevent the pivotal of the swivel but allow the pivotal of the middle lever. Alternatively, the pin can be inserted in an aperture of the middle lever and another aperture of the base to prevent the pivotal of the middle lever but allow the pivotal of the swivel.

A roller holder includes a number of couplers disposed between two longitudinal rods for coupling the rods together and for forming a number of compartments to receive rolling members, and two retaining devices disposed in each compartment of the roller holder and attached to the rods for retaining the rolling members in the compartments and between the rods and the couplers of the roller holder, and for preventing the retaining devices from being impacted by the rolling members, the retaining devices each include a projected portion located above the rods and a protruded portion located below the rods and the couplers for engaging with the rolling members.

A circulating structure for a linear guideway is arranged in a circulating assembly the linear guideway. The linear guideway includes two circulating assemblies, and each circulating assembly is provided with a circulating channel. Each circulating channel is provided with a third guiding groove. A rolling element system is arranged in the circulating channel and consists of plural rolling elements and a rolling element chain. The rolling element chain includes plural spacers and a linking portion located at both sides of the plural spacers to link them with one another. The linking portion circulates along the center line of the third guiding groove, and the third guiding grooves have a constant width.

A parallel spacer for a linear guideway comprises a plurality of parting portions, connecting portions and a retaining portion. Each of the parting portions is a thin member disposed between each pair of neighboring rollers. The connecting portions are employed to connect the parting portions and the retaining portion, and the retaining portion is arranged at a side of the respective rollers and located in an axial direction thereof, the retaining portion is an integral structure for connection with the respective connecting portions.

A stepper includes a base, two axles, two pedal units and a coordinating unit. The axles are provided on the base so that they point downwards as they extend away from each other. Two pedal units each pivotally connected to a related one of the axles. The coordinating unit includes a lever and two connectors. The lever is pivotally connected to the base. Each of the connectors is used to connect the lever to a related one of the pedal units.

A stepper includes a base, two axle units, two pedals and a coordinating unit. The base includes a post formed thereon. Each of the axle units includes an axle extended downwards from the post. Each of the pedals includes a pedal pivotally connected to the axle of a related one of the axle units. The coordinating unit includes a lever pivotally connected to the post and formed with two ends each in contact with a related one of the pedals so that one of the pedals is moved upwards and outwards while the other pedal is moved downwards and inwards.

Each of the axle units includes an axle extended downwards from a flank of the post. Each of the pedal units includes a pedal pivotally connected to the axle of a related one of the axle units. The coordinating unit includes a lever pivotally connected to the post and formed with two ends each connected to a related one of the pedals so that one of the pedals is moved upwards and outwards while the other pedal is moved downwards and inwards.

Stepper apparatus

A roller chain for a linear guideway comprises: a plurality of spacers each having two retaining portions and two links, each retaining portion is a hollow structure for holding the rollers. The retaining portions are formed at both sides of the rollers, one side of each of the retaining portions is opposite to the rollers, and another side doesn't contact any component, so that each two neighboring rollers are separated from each other completely. Each link is an elongated structure located at both ends of the rollers and employed to connect the spacers together. Hence, the impact energy caused when the spacer is impacted by the rollers will be converted into elastic energy, which prevents the indirect impact of two neighboring rollers caused by the spacer therebetween, thus effectively absorbing the impact force while substantially reducing the impact-caused noise.

Roller chain for a linear guideway

A connector for a linear guideway is integrally formed by injection molding. The mold assembly of making the connector includes an upper mold, a lower mold and a pin. The variable cross section design of the pin enables the connector to have a plurality of ring-shaped portions with more than two different radial thicknesses, so that the distances between the respective rolling elements are different, and the frequencies of the respective rolling elements are also different, and as a result, the resonance sound pressure caused by the linear guideway and the machine are reduced. In addition, the variable cross section design of the pin reduces the manufacturing difficulty of making a relatively long connector.
