A method performed by a wireless communication device includes determining whether to transmit a first Sidelink Synchronization Signal (SLSS) according to a priority parameter when an occasion of the first SLSS collides with a Physical Sidelink Feedback Channel (PSFCH) that carries Sidelink Feedback Control Information (SFCI). Some of the present implementations provide a method for a user equipment (UE) for receiving a power saving signal. The method receives, from a base station, a power saving signal comprising a minimum applicable K0 (K0min) that indicates a minimum scheduling offset restriction between a physical downlink control channel (PDCCH) and a physical downlink shared channel (PDSCH). The method determines an application delay based on a predefined value. The method then applies the minimum scheduling offset restriction after the application delay.

A method for SCell BFR performed by a UE is provided. The method includes: transmitting, to a base station, a BFR MAC CE that includes a cell index of an SCell in which beam failure occurs and a new candidate beam index for the SCell, the transmission of the BFR MAC CE associated with a HARQ process having a HARQ process ID; and receiving, from the base station, a first DCI format that schedules a first PUSCH transmission with the HARQ process ID, the first DCI format indicating a toggled NDI value.

Some of the present implementations provide a method for a user equipment (UE) for performing a physical uplink control channel (PUCCH) repetition. The method may include receiving, from a base station, a physical downlink control channel (PDCCH) comprising downlink control information (DCI) in a control resource set (CORESET). The method then determines a spatial domain filter for a PUCCH transmission based on an index associated with the CORESET. After determining the spatial domain filter, the method may transmit, to the base station, a PUCCH in a slot using the spatial domain filter, and transmit, to the base station, a repeat of the PUCCH in one of the same slot, or a different slot, using the spatial domain filter.

A novel method is proposed to operate a stylus product. In this method, inertial measurement unit (IMU) signals are used to estimate a tilted angle of the stylus product. On the other hand, acceleration signals measured when a finger taps a stylus are collected to train a deep neural network as a tap classifier. A combination of the tilted angle and the tap classifier allows a user to interact with a peripheral device (e.g. a touchscreen) by rotating and taping the stylus product. A method for PDCCH monitoring performed by a UE is provided. The method includes receiving, from a base station, a first PDCCH monitoring configuration and a second PDCCH monitoring configuration, where the second PDCCH monitoring configuration allocates a plurality of PDCCH monitoring occasions within a slot. The method also includes performing PDCCH monitoring based on at least one of the first PDCCH monitoring configuration and the second PDCCH monitoring configuration. The maximum number of non-overlapped CCEs in one slot is bound by a slot CCE limit. The slot CCE limit of the first PDCCH monitoring configuration is different from the slot CCE limit of the second PDCCH monitoring configuration.

A method includes receiving, by a User Equipment (UE), Transmission Configuration Indicator (TCI) state data in a Physical Download Control Channel (PDCCH) determining multiple Physical Downlink Shared Channels (PDSCHs), where the TCI state data is associated with multiple Demodulation Reference Signal (DMRS) port groups, and obtaining, by the UE, multiple Quasi Co-Location (QCL) assumptions for receiving the PDSCHs based on the DMRS port groups associated with the TCI state data.
