A cavity-backed slot antenna system provided in this disclosure is installed in a housing of an electronic device and includes a metal cavity, a supporting element, an antenna device, a conductive post, and a coupling metal part. The metal cavity is in the housing and includes an opening and a closed surface opposite to each other. A slot is on the closed surface. The supporting element is in the metal cavity. The antenna device is in the metal cavity and on the supporting element, to expose one side surface of the antenna device. The antenna device includes a feed source. The conductive post penetrates the antenna device and connects to the metal cavity. The coupling metal part is in the housing and close to the opening of the metal cavity, so that the coupling metal part is close to and corresponds to the feed source of the antenna device.

Cavity-backed slot antenna system

A communication device is provided. The communication device comprises a metal back cover electrically connected to a system ground plane; a first antenna unit for generating a first operating frequency band of the communication device; a second antenna unit for generating a second operating frequency band of the communication device. The first antenna unit includes a first signal source electrically connected to a first metal frame via a first matching circuit. The second antenna unit includes a second signal source electrically connected to a second metal frame via a second matching circuit. The first matching circuit and the second matching circuit are configured to adjust bandwidths and frequency ratios of the first operating frequency band and the second operating frequency band.

Communication device

An antenna system includes: a plurality of antennas; a switching unit, having a plurality of switches, wherein each of the plurality of switches and the corresponding antenna are in a conducting state or in a non-conducting state; a communication unit, connected with each of the plurality of switches of the switching unit, and coupled with the antennas, wherein the communication unit receives a reference value group of the corresponding antenna from the switch in the conducting state; and a control unit, connected with the switching unit and the communication unit, wherein the control unit receives the reference value group from the communication unit, and compares the reference value group with an threshold, to determine whether the reference value group conforms to a pre-determined condition or not, and outputs a restarting instruction to restart the switching unit when the reference value group does not satisfy the pre-determined condition.

Antenna system and restarting method thereof

The invention provides transcranial electrostimulation by combining transcranial direct current stimulation (tDCS) and theta burst stimulation (TBS) to achieve an unexpected therapeutic effect in various brain or neural diseases. Accordingly, the invention provides a mode of direct current with biphasic square wave pulses in the treatment of brain or neural diseases. Also provided are methods of employing the transcranial electrostimulation of the invention and applications of the transcranial electrostimulation of the invention.

Transcranial burst electrostimulation apparatus and its applications

A proximity sensor and a mobile communication device thereof are provided. The mobile communication device includes an antenna structure, a matching circuit, a capacitance sensing circuit and a processing circuit. The matching circuit couples to the antenna structure. The capacitance sensing circuit couples to the matching circuit. The capacitance sensing circuit senses a capacitance variation on the antenna structure via the matching circuit and accordingly generates a proximity sensing signal. The processing circuit is coupled to the capacitance sensing circuit to receive the proximity sensing signal. When a signal level of the proximity sensing signal exceeds a first threshold value, an object is determined approaching, and when the signal level of the proximity sensing signal exceeds a second threshold value, a human body is determines approaching. The first and the second threshold value are different.

Proximity sensor and mobile communication device thereof

A directional antenna including a ground plane, a feeding element and a radiating element is provided. The feeding element is adjacent to the ground plane and includes a feeding point. A coupling gap is formed between the radiating element and the feeding element, and the radiating element includes a coupling point. Both the coupling point of the radiating element and the feeding point of the feeding element are at the perpendicular line of a ground plane. Further, a distance between the coupling point and an open end of the radiating element is smaller than 0.16&#x3bb; of a resonant frequency of the directional antenna.
