A magnetic element is provided, including a magnetic core set, a bobbin, at least a wire, and an insulating base. The bobbin has a channel and a plurality of conductive pins, wherein the channel penetrates through the bobbin, and the magnetic core set is coupled with the channel. The wire is wound around the bobbin and connected to the conductive pins. The insulating base is connected to a bottom surface of the magnetic core set after the wire is wound around the bobbin and connected to the conductive pins, wherein the insulating base includes a plurality of protrusions adjacent to the conductive pins, respectively.

Magnetic element

A bobbin structure is disclosed. The bobbin structure comprises plural modular bobbin members each connected with each other. Each modular bobbin member comprises a perforation channel, a first baffle disposed on one end of the perforation channel and placed perpendicularly to the perforation channel, and a second baffle disposed on the other end of the perforation channel and placed oppositely to the first baffle. The first baffle has a first connecting member, and the second baffle has a second connecting member. A first winding slot is disposed between the first baffle and the second baffle. The bobbin structure is formed by the engagement between the first connecting member of one modular bobbin member and the second connecting member of another connected one, wherein a second winding slot is formed between two connected modular bobbin members.

Bobbin structure and transformer having the same

A magnetic assembly includes a magnetic core, a circuit board and multiple conductive elements. The circuit board includes multiple conductive regions. The conductive elements stride over the magnetic core. Each of the conductive elements includes a first terminal, a second terminal and a connecting part. The connecting part is arranged between the first terminal and the second terminal for connecting the first terminal with the second terminal. The first terminal and the second terminal of each conductive element are respectively connected to two adjacent conductive regions. The multiple conductive elements and the multiple conductive regions collectively define multiple loops. The multiple loops interact with the magnetic core to generate inductance.

Magnetic assembly and fabricating method thereof

The present invention provides a conductive module used for assembling a magnetic element and an electronic component. The conductive module includes a conductive base, an electronic component and a plurality of conductive units. The electronic component is electrically connected to the conductive base and disposed on one side of the conductive base. The conductive units have respective hollow portions. The conductive units are spaced from each other and fixed on the conductive base such that the hollow portions of the conductive units are aligned with each other to define a channel.
