A light-emitting diode driver and a display apparatus using the same are provided. The light-emitting diode driver includes a driving module and a plurality of current control modules. The driving module includes a plurality of bias circuits and a plurality of resistive devices, in which any two of the bias circuits are electrically coupled to each other through at least one of the resistive devices. The current control modules are respectively coupled to the bias circuits, and each of the current control modules includes a current control circuit and a slew-rate enhancement circuit. The current control circuit is configured to output a driving current. The slew-rate enhancement circuit is electrically coupled to the current control circuit, so as to output a complementary current.

A control chip comprising: at least pin; a control circuit; a clock generation circuit, configured to generate a clock signal; a power providing circuit, configured to provide an always on power; a touch detection circuit, configured to receive the always on power, and configured to detect a touch event via the pin to generate a touch detection signal; a logic circuit, configured to receive the always on power, the clock signal and the touch detection signal, wherein the logic circuit controls the power providing circuit to provide a core power to the control circuit according to the touch detection signal. The control circuit is further configured to set the logic circuit such that the logic circuit can control the touch detection circuit. A related touch detection method is also discloses. Via the control chip and the touch detection method, the circuit area and the power consumption can be decreased.

Disclosed are an electrostatic discharge circuit and a method for preventing malfunctions of an integrated circuit due to a reverse connection of a power source. The electrostatic discharge circuit includes at least one MOSFET for providing an electrostatic discharging current path, and a control circuit coupled to the at least one MOSFET. When an external power supply is reversely connected, the control circuit is configured to change a potential of a body of at least one MOSFET, such that the at least one MOSFET is turned off, thereby preventing the integrated circuit from malfunctioning caused by a current generated by the reverse connection of the external power source flowing through the at least one MOSFET.

A low dropout regulator provided includes: an impedance unit; a differential amplifier being electrically connected to the impedance unit; a current mirror unit being electrically connected to the differential amplifier; and an adaptive bias unit being electrically connected to the differential amplifier and the current mirror unit. The impedance unit is electrically connected to a negative feedback route of the differential amplifier to make a gain of the negative feedback route greater than a gain of a positive feedback route of the differential amplifier.

A voltage generator is disclosed. The voltage generator includes an operational amplifier, an offset voltage tuner, and an output stage circuit. The operational amplifier receives an input voltage and adjusts an offset voltage of the operating amplifier according to a control signal. The offset voltage tuner provides the control signal. The output stage circuit generates an output voltage according to a voltage on an output terminal of the operational amplifier, and provides the output voltage to the operational amplifier.

This invention relates to a battery-free circuit device for RF identifying tag. It is advantageous that the electric potential across the antenna coil induced by the change of the alternating magnetic field of the radio wave signals is independent of the modulational switching of the RF identifying tag during the positive half cycles when the antenna is receiving the radio wave signals from the card reader, and that the efficiency of the voltage-charging rectifier circuit remains constant when the data are delivered into the card reader. Furthermore, in this invention, the modulational amplitude of the signals is larger than that in the prior art, thus the propagating distance is longer and it shows better accuracy and reliability in data reading.
