An electronic device is provided. The electronic device includes a first substrate, a second substrate, a first transistor, a second transistor, a passivation layer, a conductive through hole, an electrode, and a shielding layer. The second substrate overlaps the first substrate. The first transistor is disposed on the first substrate. The second transistor is disposed on the second substrate. The passivation layer is disposed between the first substrate and the second substrate. The conductive through hole penetrates the passivation layer. The electrode is disposed between the first substrate and the second substrate and electrically connected to the first transistor through the conductive through hole. The shielding layer is disposed between the first transistor and the second transistor and overlaps the conductive through hole.

Electronic devices

An optical system including a self-emitting display and an optical element is provided. The self-emitting display emits a collimated light from a surface. The optical element is disposed on a moving path of the collimated light. A head-up display is further provided.

An electronic includes a substrate, at least one driving unit, a first signal line and a second signal line. The substrate has a first side edge extending in a first extension direction and a second side edge extending in a second extension direction. The first side edge and the second side edge are curved in a normal direction of a projection surface of a top surface of the substrate. A curvature of the first side edge is different from a curvature of the second side edge, and the curvatures of the first side edge and the second side edge are not equal to zero. The first signal line and the second signal line are disposed on the substrate. The first signal line is electrically connected to the at least one driving unit, and a curvature of the first signal line is different from a curvature of the second signal line.

The present disclosure provides a display panel and a window. The display panel includes a flexible substrate, a plurality of light-emitting units, a peripheral circuit, and a circuit board. The flexible substrate includes a display region, a peripheral circuit region, and a dummy region. The peripheral circuit region is adjacent to the display region. The dummy region surrounds the peripheral circuit region and forms a gap. The light-emitting units are disposed in the display region. The peripheral circuit is disposed in the peripheral circuit region and used to drive the light-emitting units. The circuit board is electrically connected to the peripheral circuit through the gap.

A manufacturing method of an electronic device is provided. The method includes providing a substrate, providing a plurality of signal lines on the substrate, providing a first pad on the substrate, providing a second pad on the substrate, and providing a first electronic component. The first electronic component includes a first electrode. One of the plurality of signal lines is connected to the first pad, and the first electrode of the first electronic component is connected to the first pad. The method further includes removing the first electronic component from the substrate when the first electronic component is dysfunctional, and providing a second electronic component on the substrate and connected to the second pad.

Manufacturing method of an electronic device

A semiconductor substrate includes: a substrate; a first conductive line extending along a first direction; a semiconductor layer, wherein the first conductive line includes a first part overlapping with the semiconductor layer and a second part not overlapping with the semiconductor layer, the first part of the first conductive line has a first width along a second direction different from the first direction, the second part of conductive line has a second width along the second direction, and the first width is greater than the second width; and an electrode disposed on the semiconductor layer and including an arc edge outside the first conductive line, wherein the semiconductor layer includes a first part extending along the second direction and overlapping with the arc edge and a second part connecting the first part and overlapping with a side of the first part of the first conductive line.

Display device

The disclosure provides a display device which includes a first light-emitting unit, a second light-emitting unit, a first color filter and a second color filter. The first color filter is disposed on the first light-emitting unit, wherein the first color filter is in a color of blue. The second color filter is disposed on the second light-emitting unit, wherein the second color filter and the first color filter are different in color. The first color filter has a first width W1, a first distance D1 is between the first color filter and the first light-emitting unit, the second color filter has a second width W2, and a second distance D2 is between the second color filter and the second light-emitting unit. The first width, the second width, the first distance and the second distance satisfy tan[(W1/2)/D1]>tan[(W2/2)/D2].

An electronic device is provided. The electronic device includes a substrate, a first antenna unit disposed on the substrate and including a first pattern structure, a second antenna unit disposed on the substrate and including a second pattern structure, and a feeding unit disposed on the substrate and including a first feeding structure coupled to the first pattern structure and a second feeding structure coupled to the second pattern structure. The second pattern structure is different from the first pattern structure. At least one of the first feeding structure and the second feeding structure includes at least a feeding line with a folding point, and the folding point has a chamber structure or an arc-angle structure.

An electronic device includes a substrate, an electronic element, a layer, a plurality of first bonding pads, a transistor and a plurality of second bonding pads. The electronic element is disposed on the substrate. The layer is disposed between the substrate and the electronic element. The plurality of first bonding pads are disposed corresponding to the electronic element. The transistor is electrically connected with the electronic element through the plurality of first bonding pads. An electronic device includes a stretchable substrate, a plurality of first electronic units and a plurality of second electronic units. The stretchable substrate has a plurality of island portions and a plurality of bridge portions, and each of the bridge portions connecting at least two of the island portions. The first electronic units are disposed on the island portions. The second electronic units are disposed on the stretchable substrate, each of the second electronic units includes a mesh pattern disposed on at least one of the island portions, and the mesh pattern includes a first opening overlapped with at least one of the first electronic units.

The disclosure provides a method for manufacturing a display device, including the following steps. A substrate is provided. A pixel circuit is formed on the substrate. A light-emitting unit is formed on the pixel circuit. A touch sensing unit is formed on the light-emitting unit. An insulating layer is formed on the touch sensing unit. An anti-reflection layer is formed on the insulating layer. The method for manufacturing the display device of the embodiment of the disclosure can improve reliability.

Method for manufacturing display device

A method of manufacturing an electronic device, comprising: providing a carrier substrate with a plurality of light-emitting units disposed thereon, the plurality of light-emitting units being spaced with a first pitch (P) in a first direction and a second pitch (P) in a second direction that is perpendicular to the first direction; providing a driving substrate; and transferring at least a portion of the plurality of light-emitting units to the driving substrate to form a transferred portion of the plurality of light-emitting units on the driving substrate, the transferred portion being spaced with a third pitch (P) in a third direction and a fourth pitch (P) in a fourth direction that is perpendicular to the third direction; wherein the first pitch (P), the second pitch (P), the third pitch (P), and the fourth pitch (P) are satisfied following relations: P=mP; and P=nP, m and n are positive integers.

The backlight module includes a covering layer, an optical film, and a plurality of pins, the covering layer is disposed on the first surface of the base plate, and the pins are disposed between the covering layer and the optical film.

A display device includes a substrate, a display layer, a functional layer and an anti-reflection layer. The display layer is disposed over the substrate. The functional layer is disposed over the substrate and includes an antenna unit. The anti-reflection layer is disposed over the antenna unit.

A communication device including a substrate, a gate drive circuit, and a first tunable unit is provided. The gate drive circuit is disposed on the substrate.
