A smart grid system includes a current sensor, and plural power conversion devices coupled to an AC grid. The current sensor measures a total current flowed through the AC grid, thereby providing a measured current value. The power conversion devices include a master power conversion device and plural slave power conversion devices. The master power conversion device receives the measured current value, thereby controlling an output power of the master power conversion device and providing a first duty cycle signal according to the measured current value. A first one of the slave power conversion devices which is coupled to the master power conversion device receive the first duty cycle signal, thereby controlling an output power of the first one of the slave power conversion devices according to the first duty cycle signal. The master power conversion device and the slave power conversion devices are communicated via a daisy chain connection.

The gasket shaping mold includes a mold seat having a surface, and plural mold cavity ring-grooves concavely formed on the surface, each having two corresponding longitudinal groove sections. The signal difference value generating module performs an adaptive linear prediction encoding on an ECG signal, so as to generate a plurality of signal difference values corresponding to each datum of the ECG signal; the compression module divides the signal difference values into a plurality of groups and performs an adaptive linear lossless compression encoding on each group, so as to generate a plurality of window compression streams, wherein each group corresponds to a bit reference index configured to be a compression encoding parameter of the adaptive linear lossless compression encoding.

An object tracking system includes a foreground identifying module, an object grouping module, and an object tracking module. The foreground identifying module determines an attribute information of each pixel position of a current processing frame according to a difference between a pixel value of each pixel position of the current processing frame and that of a background model frame, so as to generate a current foreground frame. The object grouping module sets a label to each pixel position according to the attribute information of surrounding pixel positions of each pixel position, and connects adjacent pixel positions with the same label to form an object. The object tracking module determines the object being a tracked object according to whether the pixel positions corresponding to the object are at least partially overlapped with the pixel positions corresponding to the tracked object.

A power supply system includes a power supplier circuit and a power receiver circuit. The power supplier circuit supplies a power via a communication interface compatible with a first communication interface specification or a second communication interface specification. The first communication interface specification includes a delay threshold. After the power supplier circuit is coupled to the power receiver circuit, the power supplier circuit supplies the power after a first delay period. The power receiver circuit confirms whether the power supplier circuit is coupled to the power receiver circuit via a coupling confirmation step according to the first communication interface specification. The power receiver circuit confirms whether the power supplier circuit is compatible with the first communication interface specification or the second communication interface specification according to whether the first delay period is greater than the delay threshold.

A wireless communication system and method is provided. The wireless communication system includes a wireless transceiver device and a processing device. The processing device includes a direction control module, a power adjusting module and a boundary setting module. The direction control module controls the scanning direction and generates a point direction information record according to each reference position respectively. The power adjusting module adjusts the transmitting power and generates a point power information record according to each reference position and the corresponding point direction information record respectively. The boundary setting module generates a boundary information record. The processing device controls the transmitting direction and the transmitting power according to the point direction information record(s), the point power information record(s) and the boundary information record, so as to limit a transmission of the wireless signal within a specific area.

A power converting device includes a DC-DC converting circuit, a DC-AC converting circuit, and an insulation detecting circuit. The DC-DC converting circuit is configured to convert a DC input voltage to a DC bus voltage. The DC-AC converting circuit is electrically coupled to the DC-DC converting circuit and configured to convert the DC bus voltage to an AC voltage. The insulation detecting circuit is electrically coupled between the DC-DC converting circuit and the DC-AC converting circuit. The insulation detecting circuit is configured to detect a ground impedance value of the power converting device according to the DC bus voltage.

An audio processing system includes an audio receiving module, a sound source separation module and a noise suppression module. The audio receiving module receives at least two audio signals. The sound source separation module receives a plurality of space features of the audio signals and obtains a main sound source signal separated from the audio signals based on the space features. The noise suppression module processes the main sound source signal based on an averaged amplitude value of noise in the main sound source signal so as to suppress noise in the main sound source signal. Each audio signal of the at least two audio signals includes signals from a plurality of sound sources.

Audio signal processing system

An audio processing method is disclosed. In the audio processing method, a modified discrete cosine transform (MDCT) algorithm is utilized to transform a present time domain audio signal into a spectrum audio signal. A spreading function (SF) coefficient of each partition domain of the spectrum audio signal is obtained by referencing an SF table, wherein the table is stored in three linear arrays based on non-zero SF-Coefficient values. A masking partitioned energy threshold of each partition domain of the spectrum audio signal is calculated utilizing a logarithmic scale. An audio block type of each partition domain and an SMR of the spectrum audio signal are calculated. Subsequently, the spectrum audio signal is compressed into an audio bit stream according to the audio block type of each partition domain and the SMR. In addition, an audio signal processing apparatus is also disclosed in this invention.

A multi-view video coding method includes the following steps: an un-coded group of pictures (GOP) is obtained from an un-coded multi-view video. Wherein, the un-coded GOP includes picture sets of several un-coded views. Several present coding views are selected from the un-coded views according to view levels of the un-coded views. Wherein, picture sets of the present coding views includes several present coding pictures. A target coding picture is selected from the present coding pictures according to view levels of and temporal levels of the present coding pictures. At least a coded reference picture, which is referenced by the target coding picture for prediction, is obtained. The target coding picture is coded according to the coded reference picture. In addition, a multi-view video decoding method is also disclosed.

Multi-view video coding/decoding method

A video stabilization method includes detecting a plurality of feature points of an inputted image frame. Next, a block motion estimation is performed onto the inputted image frame according to the feature points, thereby generating a plurality of block motion vectors corresponding to the feature points. Then, the block motion vectors are converted to a histogram to perform a statistical process. Thereafter, an initial static background motion vector is determined according to a statistic value of the histogram. Thereafter, a Gaussian distribution model and a Maximum a Posteriori (MAP) estimation are adopted to correct the initial static background motion vector to generate a global motion vector. Then, a smoothing process is performed onto the global motion vector to generate a smoothed global motion vector. A video stabilization system is also provided here.

Video stabilization system and method

An image processing method comprises obtaining a current frame and a previous frame, performing a bilateral motion estimation to the current frame and the previous frame for acquiring a motion vector, and performing a motion compensated interpolation to the current frame, the previous frame and the motion vector for acquiring an interpolated frame. The bilateral motion estimation uses sum of bilateral absolute difference algorithm to generate at least one sum of bilateral absolute difference, and then an adaptive parameter is added to each of the sum of bilateral absolute difference to generate at least one adaptive sum of bilateral absolute difference. A group of matching blocks having a minimum adaptive sum of bilateral absolute difference is then determined to be the group of best matching blocks. The motion vector is obtained according to the relative locations of the best matching blocks.

Image processing method

A method for processing an image includes capturing a current frame and a previous frame and performing uni-directional motion estimation on the same for obtaining an initial motion vector; performing motion compensated interpolation with respect to the current and previous frames, and the motion vector for acquiring an interpolated frame; calculating and obtaining second motion vectors corresponding to target blocks in the current frame symmetrically using the interpolated block as a center; calculating and obtaining third motion vectors corresponding to the second motion vectors in the previous frame; obtaining distance values using a motion trajectory calibration process with respect to the second and third motion vectors; and obtaining the minimum distance value from the distance values and performing a bi-directional motion compensation process with respect to the motion trajectory corresponding to the minimum distance value obtained from the distance values.

A method for image processing with encoding selection is provided. In accordance with the color pixel, the maximum pixel value, and the minimum pixel value, the corresponding encoding method is selected and encoding is performed for producing encoding data corresponding to the color pixel. The present invention further comprises a color-difference operational for selecting a plurality of color pixels as a basic pixel, a first color pixel, and a second color pixel. When encoding the basic pixel, a first color difference, and a second color difference, respectively, first encoding data corresponding to the basic pixel, second encoding data corresponding to the first color difference, and third encoding data corresponding to the second color difference are produced, respectively.
