A heat dissipating module includes a casing including a bottom plate and a water inlet; a cover plate disposed on one side of the casing opposite to the bottom plate; a pressurizing device moving back and forth in the casing and having a maximum stroke; a water pump disposed between the bottom plate and the pressurizing device, where liquid fills a space between the water pump and the pressurizing device to define a water tank; and a stop valve disposed in the water tank and located between the pressurizing device and the water pump. According to a direction from the bottom plate to the cover plate, the height of the water inlet is lower than the stop valve. The heat dissipating module has a small volume and is configured to flip at multiple angles. A projection device including the heat dissipating module and having structural reliability is also provided.

Heat dissipating module and projection device

A projection device includes a light source module, an optical engine module, a projection lens, a housing, and at least one first heat dissipating element. The housing comprises a first end and a second end opposite to each other. The at least one first heat dissipating element is disposed in the housing, and each of the at least one first heat dissipating element includes a first plate portion, a second plate portion, and a first fin portion. The first plate portion is connected to the light source module. The second plate portion is connected to the first plate portion. The first fin portion is connected to the second plate portion and includes a plurality of first fins arranged at intervals. These first fins are arranged between the first end and the second end.

Projection device

An illumination system, including a housing, a first light source, a second light source, a polarization beam splitting element, and a heat dissipation module, is provided. The first light source and the second light source are disposed in the housing and are respectively configured to provide a first beam to the polarization beam splitting element along a first optical axis and a second beam to the polarization beam splitting element along a second optical axis. A portion of an inner surface of the housing has a light absorption region. The light absorption region is configured to absorb the first beam that is not reflected by the polarization beam splitting element and the second beam that does not penetrate the polarization beam splitting element, so as to convert them into heat. The heat generated by the light absorption region is dissipated by the heat dissipation module.

Illumination system and projection device

A heat dissipation module includes a base, a cover and a plurality of heat dissipation fins. The cover is disposed on the base and forms an accommodation space with the base. The plurality of heat dissipation fins is disposed in the accommodation space. The cover includes a top, at least one side wall, a first opening and a second opening. The first opening and the second opening are disposed on the top or the at least one side wall. The at least one side wall surrounds the top and is connected to the base. The distances between the plurality of heat dissipation fins and one of the at least one side wall in a first direction are different. A projection apparatus is also provided, which includes a light source module, a light valve, the aforementioned heat dissipation module and a projection lens.

Heat dissipation module and projection apparatus using the same

A projector includes a housing, a fan, a first heat dissipation fin group, a second heat dissipation fin group, and at least one heat generation assembly. The housing includes a first air entry, a second air entry, and a first air exit. The fan, the first and second heat dissipation fin groups, and the heat generation assembly are disposed in the housing. The fan is located between the first and second heat dissipation fin groups. The fan includes a first air inlet, a second air inlet, and an air outlet disposed corresponding to the first air exit. The first heat dissipation fin group is located between the first air entry and the first air inlet. The second heat dissipation fin group is located between the second air entry and the second air inlet. The heat generation assembly is connected to the first and second heat dissipation fin groups.

Projector

A light source heat-dissipating device is disposed in a projection apparatus having a casing with an air inlet. The light source heat-dissipating device has a heat-dissipating fin assembly disposed in the casing and having an air intake side, and first and second heat-dissipating fin assemblies, a first air duct, and a fan adjacent to the first and second heat-dissipating fin assemblies. The second heat-dissipating fin assembly is stacked on the first one. The first heat-dissipating fin assembly is between the second one and the air inlet. The first air duct is adjacently-disposed at the air intake side, has a first entrance end connected with the air inlet and a first exit end opposite to the first entrance. The light source heat-dissipating device and projection apparatus improve temperature and life consistency between light source modules. The heat dissipation performances of the first and second heat-dissipating fin assemblies tend to be consistent.

Light source heat-dissipating device and projection apparatus

A thermal module and a projector using the same are provided. The thermal module comprises a heat sink and a base. The heat sink comprises a bottom, a plurality of fins, a cover, and a plurality of side walls. The fins are disposed on the bottom, and each of the fins comprises a reference plane and a plurality of protrusions, wherein adjacent two of the protrusions are convex toward opposite directions with respect to the reference plane, and rows of through holes are formed by adjacent two protrusions along a flowing direction. The cover is disposed on the fins. The side walls are disposed between the bottom and the cover and surrounding the fins, wherein a liquid is capable of flowing through the heat sink by entering the inlet and exiting by the outlet of the side walls or the cover. The bottom of the heat sink is disposed on the base.

Thermal module and projector

A heat dissipation module is configured to dissipate heat generated by at least one heating element of a projection device. The heat dissipation module includes at least one first heat pipe, at least one second heat pipe and a heat dissipation fin assembly. The first heat pipe includes a first section connected to the heating element and a second section. The second heat pipe includes a third section connected to the heating element and a fourth section. The length of the first heat pipe is less than that of the second heat pipe. The heat dissipation fin assembly includes a plurality of heat dissipation fins. The second section and the fourth section pass through the heat dissipation fin assembly, and the number of heat dissipation fins through which the second section passes is 70% or below of the number of heat dissipation fins through which the fourth section passes.

Heat dissipation module and projection device

A heat dissipation module includes a housing, at least one inlet, at least one outlet and at least one heat dissipation set. The housing includes a partition dividing the housing, such that a first accommodation space and a second accommodation space are formed inside the housing. At least one opening is disposed in the partition, penetrates through the partition and communicates the first accommodation space with the second accommodation space. The inlet is connected to the housing and communicates with the first accommodation space. The outlet is connected to the housing and communicates with the second accommodation space. The heat dissipation set is located in the second accommodation space. A projection apparatus is also provided. The heat dissipation module and the projection apparatus may effectively exhaust the heat accumulated on the at least one heat dissipation set, which facilitates reducing a temperature of a heat source with high heat-density.

Heat dissipation module and projection apparatus

The invention provides a projection device including a housing, a light source module, an optical engine module, a projection lens, and a plurality of fans. The housing includes at least one air inlet and a plurality of air outlets. The air outlets are respectively located on a first side plate and a second side plate of the housing that are opposite to each other. An airflow direction of the air inlet is not parallel to an airflow direction of the air outlets. The light source module is located closely adjacent to the air inlet. The optical engine module is located on a light transmission path of a light emitted from the light source module. The projection lens is disposed inside the housing and is connected to the optical engine module. The fans are disposed inside the housing and are respectively located closely adjacent to the air outlets.

A projector comprises a casing, a projection lens module and a light emitting module. The casing comprises a first air inlet and an air outlet. The projection lens module is disposed in the casing and adjacent to the first air inlet. The light emitting module is disposed in the casing and adjacent to the air outlet. The casing comprises a rear cover. The rear cover comprises a second air inlet, the second air inlet corresponds to the light emitting module. A first airflow flows into the casing from the first air inlet to dissipate heat from the projection lens module and the light emitting module, and then flows out of the air outlet. A second airflow flows into the casing from the second air inlet to dissipate heat from the light emitting module, and then flows out of the air outlet.

Projector with air inlets to cool light emitting module

A projection apparatus includes a casing, a projection lens, a first fan, a second fan, and a heat sink assembly. The casing has an air inlet and an air outlet. The projection lens is disposed in the casing, and between the air inlet and the air outlet. The first fan is disposed in the casing, and between the projection lens and the air inlet. The second fan is disposed in the casing, and between the projection lens and the air outlet. The heat sink assembly is disposed in the casing and between the projection lens and the air inlet. The first fan has a first rotational speed, the second fan has a second rotational speed. The second rotational speed is larger than the first rotational speed. The projection apparatus has the advantages of low development cost and effectively lowering the influence of the heat on the image quality.

Projection apparatus

The invention provides a projection device including a housing, a light source module, an optical engine module, and a projection lens. The light source module includes a light source and a light source heat dissipation module. The light source heat dissipation module includes a light source dissipation fin. The optical engine module is located on a light transmission path of a light emitted from the light source. The optical engine module includes a light-modulating device and an optical engine dissipation fin. An extension direction of a supporting surface of the light-modulating device is parallel to an upper casing or an lower casing of the housing. The optical engine dissipation fin is disposed above the supporting surface of the light-modulating device. The light-modulating device is located between the optical engine dissipation fin and the light source dissipation fin. The projection lens is connected to the optical engine module.

Projection device capable of improving heat dissipation effect

A liquid cooled heat dissipation module includes a housing and at least one flow channel. The housing includes a chamber, and the at least one flow channel is located in the chamber. The housing includes an upper plate, a lower plate, and a plurality of annular wall portions. Two ends of each of the annular wall portions are respectively connected to the upper plate and the lower plate. The annular wall portions respectively form a plurality of through-holes between the upper plate and the lower plate, and the through-holes penetrate through the upper plate and the lower plate. The at least one flow channel is located between two adjacent annular wall portions. In addition, a projection device is also provided.

Liquid cooled heat dissipation module and projection device

A liquid cooled heat dissipation device including a housing, at least two cooling fin modules, an input pipe, and an output pipe is provided. The housing has an accommodation space. The at least two cooling fin modules are disposed in the accommodation space. The input pipe is disposed on the top plate, the front plate, the rear plate, or one of the side plates of the housing and communicates with the accommodation space. The output pipe is disposed on the top plate, the front plate, the rear plate, or the other one of the side plates of the housing and communicates with the accommodation space. The at least two cooling fin modules have different arrangement densities and different fin thicknesses.
