A mold for forming tilt boss includes a slider part, a main part and a core pin. The slider part is formed with a tilt groove. The main part is formed with a tilt channel. When the slider part and the first main part are engaged, a tilt-boss forming cavity is formed. The tilt-boss forming cavity is communicated with the tilt channel and coaxial with the tilt channel. The core pin penetrates the tilt channel and one distal portion thereof is slidably engaged with the tilt groove, another distal portion thereof is protruded into the tilt-boss forming cavity. When the slider part is separated from the main part for allowing the core pin to be moved from a high point to a low point of the tilt groove, the core pin is downwardly moved along the tilt channel.

Mold and method for forming tilt boss

An injection-molding device includes a male part, a female part, a vertically-moveable slider, a horizontally-moveable slider and an elastic element. The female part is detachably engaged with the male part, and an insertion groove is collectively formed by the male part and the female part. The vertically-moveable slider is detachably inserted in the insertion groove, and formed with a first inclined plane. The horizontally-moveable slider is detachably inserted in the insertion groove, formed with a second inclined plane being slidably engaged with the first inclined plane, and a closed cavity is collectively defined by the vertically-moveable slider, the horizontally-moveable slider, the female part and the male part. Two opposite ends of the elastic element are respectively abutted against the vertically-moveable slider and the horizontally-moveable slider.

An electronic device includes a housing having a lens assembly and a feeding device. The lens assembly is movable between a first reference position and a second reference position with respect to the housing. The feeding device is coupled to the lens assembly. When the lens assembly is in the first reference position, the lens assembly is engaged with the housing. When the lens assembly is moved to the second reference position from the first reference position by the feeding device, the lens assembly situated in the second reference position is rotatable and movable.

An extensible base pad module and an electrical device with the same are disclosed. The electrical device has a base and an extensible base pad module. The base has an opening. The extensible base pad module has a push bar, a flange and a pad. The push bar is able to be levelly moved in the opening, and has a through hole thereon. The flange is disposed in the base, and has an arc-shaped rail of which two ends are respectively close and remote from the opening. One end of the pad is moveably provided in the arc-shaped rail, the other end is extensible in the through hole.

Extensible base pad module and electrical device with the same

A vacuum latch structure and a clam type electronic device are provided. The clam type electronic device includes a first case, a second case and the vacuum latch structure. The second case is pivotally connected to the first case to cover the first case. The vacuum latch structure has a driving element and a sucker. The driving element is movably disposed on the first case. The sucker includes a suction cup for attaching to the second case and a pulling rod that is connected to both the suction cup and the driving element. The suction cup is lifted by the pulling rod when the pulling rod is driven by the driving element.

Vacuum latch structure and clam type electronic device using the same

An electronic device is provided. The electronic device includes a base, a first cover and a second cover. The first cover is rotatably disposed on the base between a first position and a second position. When the first cover is at the first position, the cover is closed relative to the base, and when the first cover is at the second position, the cover is open relative to the base. The second cover is movably disposed on the base between a third position and a fourth position. When the first cover is rotated from the first position to the second position, the second cover is pushed thereby from the third position to the fourth position.
