A touch-sensing liquid crystal display (LCD) panel including an active device array substrate, an opposite substrate, and a liquid crystal layer disposed therebetween is provided. The active device array substrate includes a first substrate, a pixel array, a plurality of touch-sensing pads, and an electric field shielding layer. The pixel array is disposed on the first substrate and includes a plurality of sub-pixels arranged in an array, a plurality of scan lines, and a plurality of data lines. The touch-sensing pads are disposed on the first substrate. The electric field shielding layer is disposed on the pixel array and arranged between sub-pixels adjacent to each other, and the electric field shielding layer includes a pattern. The opposite substrate includes a common electrode and a plurality of touch-sensing protrusions disposed above the touch-sensing pads. Therefore, when the touch-sensing LCD panel is pressed, press mura is substantially eliminated.

Touch-sensing liquid crystal display panel and liquid crystal display

A pixel structure including a substrate, a color filter layer, a conductive light-shielding layer, a buffer layer, a scan line, a data line, an active device, and a pixel electrode is provided. The substrate has a pixel region. The color filter layer is disposed corresponding to the pixel region. The conductive light-shielding layer is disposed corresponding to the periphery of the pixel region. The buffer layer covers the conductive light-shielding layer and color filter layer. The scan line and the data line are disposed on the buffer layer. The active device is disposed on the buffer layer and electrically connected to the scan line and data line. The pixel electrode is disposed on the buffer layer and electrically connected to the active device, wherein an overlapping area between the pixel electrode and the conductive light-shielding layer constitutes a storage capacitor. A method for manufacturing the pixel structure is also provided.

Pixel structure and manufacturing method thereof

A touch-sensing display device, specifically to a borderless touch-sensing display device, is disclosed. The touch-sensing display device includes a display module and a touch-sensing module. The touch-sensing module includes a first sensing sheet and a second sensing sheet, wherein a space exists between the first sensing sheet and the second sensing sheet. The first sensing sheet includes a lens layer, a plurality of first conductive portions, and a conductive film, wherein the conductive film is disposed on the lens layer while the first conductive portions are distributed on two opposite sides of the lens layer. The second sensing sheet includes a substrate, a plurality of second conductive portions, and a plurality of conductive strips, wherein the second conductive portions are selectively distributed on one of two sides of the substrate while the conductive strips are respectively connected to the second conductive portions and have different voltages.

Touch-sensing display device and touch-sensing module thereof

A dual view display structure and a method for producing the same are provided. First, a display panel is provided. Then, a patterned barrier layer is formed on a transparent substrate. The transparent substrate with the patterned barrier layer is attached to the display panel. Because there is a gap between the display panel and the patterned barrier layer, a liquid transparent material is injected into the gap to form a transparent material layer to fill the gap. The invention can not only increase the viewing angles of the dual view display, but also increase the production yield.

Dual-view display panel structure and method for producing the same

A touch panel and methods for manufacturing the same is provided. The method for manufacturing a touch panel includes providing a substrate and forming a photospacer layer on the substrate. Subsequently, a single lithography process is performed to the photospacer layer to define a main spacer and a sensor spacer. After forming a conductive layer on the main spacers and sensor spacers, a part of the conductive layer is removed to expose a top part and a part of a upper side of the main spacer. Accordingly, the conductive layer on the top part of the main spacer can be completely removed. In addition, the aperture ratio loss due to over-etching the conductive layer on the color filter can be prevented by the conductive layer remained on a lower side of the main spacer.

Touch panel and method for manufacturing the same

A display apparatus is disclosed, and comprises a display panel and a lens. On the display panel, there are a width-fixed pixel zone, a width-variating pixel zone and a border zone arranged sequentially from the center to the edges of the display panel, wherein there are a plurality of width-fixed pixels disposed in the width-fixed zone, and there are a plurality of width-variating pixel groups disposed in the width-variating pixel zone, and the widths of the width-variating pixel groups are present in a first decreasing sequence. The lens has a focus-length-variating portion and a planar portion, wherein the planar portion is aligned with the width-fixed pixel zone, and the focus-length-variating portion is disposed to correspond to the border zone and the width-variating pixel zone. The focus lengths of the focus-length-variating portion corresponding to the width-variating pixel groups are present in a second decreasing sequence.

Display apparatus

A display panel including a first substrate, a second substrate opposite to the first substrate and a display medium between the first substrate and the second substrate is provided. The first substrate has a scan line, a data line and an active device electrically connected to the scan line and the data line. The second substrate has a common electrode layer, an insulting layer covering the common electrode layer, a pixel electrode on the insulating layer and a contact structure on the insulating layer. More specifically, the contact structure is electrically connected to the pixel structure and electrically connected to the active device on the first substrate.

Display panel

A touch display panel including a first substrate, a second substrate and a liquid crystal layer is provided. The first substrate includes sensing areas and a non-sensing area outside the sensing areas. Each sensing area is provided with a first electrode thereon. The second substrate includes main spacers, sensing protrusions, first sub-spacers and second sub-spacers. The main spacers are connected to the non-sensing area. The sensing protrusions are corresponding to the sensing area and respectively have a second electrode. A sensing gap exists between each second electrode and the corresponding first electrode. The first sub-spacers are corresponding to the non-sensing area and respectively keep a first sub-spacer gap from the first substrate. The second sub-spacers are corresponding to the non-sensing area and respectively keep a second sub-spacer gap from the first substrate. The sensing gap is greater than the first sub-spacer gap and less than the second sub-spacer gap.

Touch display panel

A pixel structure includes a bright region and a pale region, and the pale region includes a first capacitance coupling region and a second capacitance coupling region. The first capacitance coupling region includes a first coupling capacitor, the second capacitance coupling region includes a second coupling capacitor, and the first coupling capacitor and the second coupling capacitor are connected in parallel.

Liquid crystal display panel and pixel structure thereof

A pixel structure disposed on a substrate and electrically connected to two scan lines and a data line is provided. The pixel structure includes a reflective electrode, a first transparent electrode, a second transparent electrode and a semiconductor layer. The first transparent electrode is electrically connected to the reflective electrode and is insulated from the second transparent electrode. The semiconductor layer has two first conductive regions, a second conductive region and two first channel regions, wherein the first conductive regions are respectively electrically connected to the reflective electrode and the second transparent electrode, the second conductive region is located between the first conductive regions and electrically connected to the data line, a part of the semiconductor layer overlapped with the scan lines is defined as first channel regions and each of the first channel regions is respectively electrically connected between the second conductive region and each first conductive region.
