Walking support stick with wheels

A support structure for supporting a portion of a body, the support structure including a support member having a support surface, wherein said support surface is divided into a plurality of pieces; and a mechanism configured to couple said plurality of pieces to each other, said flexible mechanism including: a fixed side member having a first plurality of overlapping plates which are arranged in parallel at intervals; a tilted side member having a second plurality of overlapping plates which alternately overlap on said first overlapping plates of said fixed side member; a coupling shaft which pierces an overlapping position of said first plurality of overlapping plates and said second plurality of overlapping plates to fasten said first plurality of overlapping plates and said second plurality of overlapping plates together, wherein said tilted side member is adapted to rotate around said coupling shaft to impart an angle on the support member.

Support structure for supporting a portion of a body

A stretcher capable of transforming into a stretcher configuration and a wheelchair configuration, which increases the rigidity of its frame structure to facilitate retention of a posture of a patient, enhancing safety and is superior in the operability such that transformation is enabled by one operation. A frame of the stretcher is divided into at least four portions, i.e., an above knee portion ( ) constituting a seat portion supporting a femoral region of a patient, a lumbar portion ( ) included in a backrest supporting an upper portion of a body of the patient, an armrest portion ( ) constituting an armrest, and a below knee portion ( ) capable of supporting a lower limb region. The frames constituting the above knee portion ( ), the lumbar portion ( ), the armrest portion ( ) and the below knee portion ( ) are rotatably coupled with each other, and the positional relationship between these portions is changed to enable transformation into a stretcher configuration in which a flat mat surface area including the armrest is formed and a wheelchair configuration in which the mat is bent and the armrest is raised up. The patient can be mounted to be moved in either posture of the stretcher configuration or the wheelchair configuration.

A rolling walker comprises a first frame supported by a front caster at both ends thereof and a second frame supported by a rear caster at both ends thereof, and a handle provided to either first frame or second frame . The first frame and the second frame are foldably connected each other by a connecting shaft . The rolling walker has a closed frame fixing means which fixes the first frame and the second frame in a closed position and connects the first frame and the second frame to stand when the first frame and the second frame are rotationally folded around the connecting shaft , so that each frame can be kept folded to stand when the rolling walker is not used. The rolling walker also has a straight moving means which fixes the front caster in a back and front direction of the rolling walker and the front caster is a rotatable caster having the caster rotational axis CF around which the front caster rotates so that all casters and can be fixed in a back and front direction, ensuring straightness in walking.

A rocking apparatus has a supported member and a supporting member. The supported member rotatably supported on the supporting member at two distant points on a rotary shaft. The rotary shaft is provided with a reaction force imparting member, which is constantly pushed toward its initial position by a reaction force imparting mechanism, so as to be capable of oscillation. A strut is provided between the reaction force imparting member and the supported member, and the supported member is supported on the reaction force imparting member and the rotary shaft by the three-point support using the connecting members and the strut. Further, a lock mechanism consisting of the locked member having engagement grooves, the lock member fitted in or removed from the engagement groove and a impetus giving member to transmit movement of the operating means to the lock member and elastically give an impetus at least in the direction for removing the lock member from the engagement groove is provided between the supported member and the supporting member, friction between the lock member and the locked member is used to prevent the lock member from coming off when the lock member is tried to be removed from the engagement groove and no load is being applied on the supported member, and the locked state is cancelled by using accumulated spring force to remove the lock member from the engagement groove at the same time when a load is applied on the supported member.
