A liquid heating apparatus for heating a liquid that is supplied to a liquid droplet ejection head is provided. The liquid heating apparatus includes a liquid chamber unit configured to be disposed on the supply route of the liquid and to temporarily store the liquid, and a temperature-adjusting flow path unit configured to heat the liquid supplied from the liquid chamber unit.

A sheet conveyance apparatus can convey a recording paper () in a stable condition irrespective of a kind of the material of the recording paper (). The sheet conveyance apparatus conveys a recording sheet () by attaching the recording paper () onto an endless conveyance belt () by applying electric charges onto a surface of the conveyance belt (). A charger () charges the surface of the conveyance belt () in a belt-like alternate voltage pattern (). A control part () controls a charge width (L) of the alternate voltage pattern () in a direction of conveyance of the recording paper ().

Sheet conveyance apparatus and image forming apparatus

An image forming device comprises a carriage on which a printing head is carried, a plurality of nozzles each discharging a droplet of printing liquid being arrayed in the printing head. A main scanning of the carriage to a sheet is performed and the sheet is fed intermittently so that an image is formed on the sheet. When a continuous printing of images to sheets is performed and quality of an image formed on a following sheet is the same as quality of an image formed on a preceding sheet, the image formation to a preceding-sheet rear edge and a following-sheet front edge is performed by a same main scanning. When the following-sheet image quality differs from the preceding-sheet image quality, the image formation to the following sheet is performed after the image formation to the preceding-sheet rear edge is completed.

A liquid drop jet head includes a nozzle jetting a liquid drop, a liquid room connected to the nozzle, a common liquid room connected to the liquid room, a supply opening part supplying the liquid to the common liquid room, and a pressure generating part generating a pressure which pressurizes the liquid provided in the liquid room, wherein the common liquid room has a configuration in which a width of the common liquid room on a plane level is narrower as a point of the width is more remote from the supply opening part.

Liquid drop jet head, ink cartridge and ink jet recording apparatus

This recording-medium conveying device comprises a conveying belt, the conveying belt, a belt charging unit, and a pressing roller. The conveying belt is wound around a driving roller and a driven roller so as to convey a recording medium to an image recording part. The conveying belt includes an insulating layer formed at one side contacting the recording medium. The belt charging unit is provided in contact with the insulating layer so as to charge the insulating layer with a positive charge and a negative charge alternately in a moving direction of the conveying belt by applying an AC bias to the conveying belt. The pressing roller presses the conveying belt against the driving roller so as to prevent the conveying belt from slipping on the driving roller.
