To realize high-quality printing with less printing distortion by reducing an influence of a Coulomb force that acts between ink particles which are ejected in an inkjet recording device. The inkjet recording device is configured to charge ink particles ejected from a nozzle, deflect the charged ink particles, and print a character in a shape of an object to be printed. In the inkjet recording device, dots of each column of the character to be printed are divided into a plurality of blocks in a column direction. In addition, charging voltage data in which the order of the ink particles corresponding to the dots is switched in the divided block unit is stored, and a predetermined charging voltage is applied to the charging electrode on the basis of the charging voltage data.

An object of the present invention is to provide an inkjet recording device capable of adjusting a clearance between prints formed by two nozzles (), and capable of printing a print content at a high speed. An inkjet recording apparatus, which can enhance the reliability of the phase search result to detect the optimal timing when the ink particles are electrically charged by the electrification electrode and secure the stable printing quality, is provided. The present invention is an inkjet recording device provided with an ink container for holding ink that is to be printed on the object being printed, a nozzle that is connected to the ink container and discharges the ink, a charging electrode for charging specified ink that has been discharged from the nozzle, a deflecting electrode for deflecting the ink charged by said charging electrode, a gutter for collecting the ink that is not used for printing, and a control unit for controlling the printing. The inkjet recording device is characterized in that the control unit performs control so that ink particles which are not used for printing and are adjacent to ink particles that are used for printing are charged by the charging electrode.

Inkjet recording device and printing control method of same

An ink jet recording apparatus and printing control method are provided in which when a moving speed of a printing object is changed, a difference in writing start position is reduced and printing quality is improved. The apparatus includes an ink container, a nozzle connected to the container for ejecting ink, a charging electrode to charge the ejected ink, a deflecting electrode to deflect the charged ink, a gutter to collect ink not used for printing, a writing start timing control circuit to generate a first line clock signal, a printing width control circuit to generate a second line clock signal, and a control part. The control part controls print start timing based on the first clock signal, and when the printing object reaches the printing start timing, the control part performs a width adjustment of a character string of printing content based on the second clock signal.

Ink-jet recording apparatus and printing control method

A voltage is applied between first and second deflecting electrodes from a deflecting voltage controller, whereby an electric field is formed between the first and second deflecting electrodes in a direction perpendicular to electrode surfaces. An electric line of force is generated from a direction perpendicular to the electrode surface of the first deflecting electrode and made perpendicularly incident on the electrode surface of the second deflecting electrode. Since the first and second deflecting electrodes are parallel to each other, a plurality of parallel electric lines of force are formed perpendicularly to the electrode surfaces of the first and second deflecting electrodes. Droplets after passing charged electrodes fly in a region where this deflecting electric field is formed, whereby charged droplets are deflected in a direction in which the charged droplets approach the second electrode having opposite charging polarity. The charged droplets form a printing pattern.
