An external wall constructing structure excellent in ornamental appearance, weather resistance, contractibility, and safety is provided. An external wall constructing structurecomprising external wall panels that are joined to each other by vertical and horizontal shiplap joints and secured to a skeleton of a building by securing a metal fitting. A cut-off end portionof a dimension-adjusted external wall panelamong the plurality of external wall panels is fixed to a skeletonof the building via end constructing bracket. Left and right joint end portions of the dimension-adjusted external wall panelare fixed to the skeletonvia lateral end securing metal fittings. In the end constructing bracket, a rear plate portionis abutted on rear surfaceof the dimension-adjusted external wall paneland forward-bending portionis abutted on cut-off end surfaceof the dimension-adjusted external wall panel. External wall constructing structure

A fastening member which can fix with sufficient strength siding boards whose lateral joint portions are disposed in a portion where no vertical member is provided and prevent displacement in the vertical direction, is capable of ensuring a ventilation space without using furring strips and has excellent durability, and an external wall construction structure using the same are provided. A fastening memberhas a long fixing plate portionwhich is fixed to at least one vertical member. On the front surface of the long fixing plate portion, a first fastening portionfor supporting and engaging the upper end portion in the lateral joint portionsof a siding boardand the lower end portion of the siding board thereabove, a vertical rising portionfor preventing displacement disposed in the lateral joint portions below the first fastening portion, and a second fastening portionfor engaging the upper end portion of the siding board in the portion other than the lateral joint portionsand supporting and engaging the lower end portion are provided. Each fastening portion is provided with a ventilating spacer between itself and the long fixing plate portion, thereby ensuring a sufficient ventilation space.

Fastening member and external wall construction structure using the same

The present invention is a fastening member formed of a single steel plate for fastening exterior panels to a building frame and a structure using the fastening member. The fastening member includes, a base plate portion functioning as a fastening portion to a building frame side, a central supporting portion to be in contact with the rear surface of an upper exterior panel at the time of the fastening, and an engaging portion extended from a lower end of the central supporting portion, the engaging portion being configured to be engaged with upper and lower ends of exterior panels at the time of the fastening. Between an upwardly extended portion and a downwardly extended portion constituting the engaging portion, a cutout for decreasing the rigidity of the engaging portion is formed.
