A wafer inspection method and inspection apparatus that perform a voltage inspection of a die on a wafer by a probe module. The probe module includes a processing module, a first probe coupled to a first electrode point of the die, and a second probe coupled to a second electrode point of the die. The first probe is coupled to the processing module, and the second probe is grounded. The processing module provides the die with a driving current through the first probe, and obtains an inspection voltage corresponding to the die. The processing module generates an inspection result of the inspection voltage based on two reference voltages respectively representing a high critical threshold value and a low critical threshold value of the die under a normal operation. The inspection result indicates an operating status of the die. Thus, inspection costs are reduced and inspection efficiency is enhanced.

Wafer inspection method and inspection apparatus

The present disclosure provides a display apparatus including an LED array. The display apparatus comprises a light emitting diode (LED) array, a power source, a controller, a PWM switch, and a current source module. The controller is configured to generate a control signal for controlling a first LED column during a scan period. The PWM switch is electrically connected between the first LED column and a second power level. The current source module is electrically connected between the first LED column and the second power level. The current source module is configured to provide a current flow with multiple levels. The PWM switch is controlled based on a first portion of the control signal, and the amount of the current flow provided by the current source module in the scan period depends on a second portion of the control signal.

Display apparatus including LED array

Disclosed are methods for compensating colors based on luminance adjustment parameters and the related display devices. The present disclosure provides an electronic device. The electronic device comprises: a display comprising an array of pixels and a control circuit electrically connected to the display. Pixels in the array comprise a plurality of first sub-pixels defining a first color area in a chromaticity plane, a plurality of second sub-pixels defining a second color area in the chromaticity plane and a plurality of third sub-pixels defining a third color area in the chromaticity plane. The plurality of first sub-pixels is associated with a first primary color, the plurality of second sub-pixels is associated with a second primary color, and the plurality of third sub-pixels is associated with a third primary color. The control circuit is configured to receive an input image signal and generate a control signal to the display for driving each pixel of the display to output light in a virtual color gamut. The virtual color gamut of the display includes a first virtual color gamut including a first chromaticity coordinate point of the first primary color, a second virtual color gamut including a second chromaticity coordinate point of the second primary color, a third virtual color gamut including a third chromaticity coordinate point of the third primary color, and a fourth virtual color gamut. The fourth virtual color gamut is among the first, second and third color areas on the chromaticity plane and does not overlap any of the first, second or third color areas.

Methods for compensating colors based on luminance adjustment parameters and the related display devices

An electronic display assembly and a double-sided display are provided. The electronic display assembly comprises a case with an opening, a display panel, an air-interchange device and a flow generator. The air-interchange device is arranged in the opening of the case. The flow generator generates airflow through a pathway within the case. The direction of a first portion of the pathway near the air-interchange device is not parallel to a normal of the opening.

Electronic display assembly and double-sided display

A wafer inspection method and inspection apparatus are provided. On a wafer having layout lines connecting electrode points of individual dies in series, the dies within a matrix range are inspected one after another in turn in a column/row control means by a first switch group and a second switch group of a probe card, so that each die is selectively configured in a test loop of a test process by turning on/off of a corresponding switch. Thus, after inspection of a die under inspection (a selected die) within the matrix range is complete, the column/row control means is used to switch to a next die to achieve fast switching. Accordingly, for the inspection procedure of each die within the matrix region, a conventional procedure of moving one after another in turn can be eliminated, significantly reducing the total test time needed and enhancing inspection efficiency.

A display apparatus is provided. The display apparatus comprises a housing, a display unit, a backlight module and at least one image capturing device. The at least one image capturing device is located in the housing and is used for capturing an image of the display unit.

To test a first LED, a second LED, and a third LED in a light-emitting unit, a method is disclosed herein comprising the following steps: setting the first and second LEDs in respective driven states to generate associated light; providing the third LED to receive the light associated with the first and second LEDs, thereby generating a first photocurrent and a second photocurrent; providing the first LED to receive the light associated with the second LED, thereby generating a third photocurrent; and calculating a decay factor of each of the LEDs based on the first, second, and third photocurrents.

Pixels in the array comprise a plurality of first sub-pixels defining a first color area on a chromaticity plane, a plurality of second sub-pixels defining a second color area on the chromaticity plane, and a plurality of third sub-pixels defining a third color area on the chromaticity plane. The control circuit is configured to receive an input image signal and generate a control signal to the display for driving each pixel of the display to output light in a virtual color gamut. The virtual color gamut of the display is among the first, second and third color areas on the chromaticity plane and does not overlap any of the first, second or third color areas.

The present disclosure provides a display. The display includes a display module, a supporting plate, and an evaporator. The display module has a front surface and a rear surface opposite the front surface of the display module. The supporting plate is attached to the rear surface of the display module. The evaporator is attached to the supporting plate and thermally connected to the rear surface of the display module through the supporting plate.

Electronic display assembly

A display apparatus and a method for controlling the same are provided. The display apparatus includes a display unit, a light sensor, a cooling fan, and a controller. The light sensor is configured to detect an ambient light and generate a brightness value indicating brightness of the ambient light. The cooling fan is configured to generating a fluid flow in the display apparatus. The controller is configured to monitor the brightness value per a time period and control a rotational speed of the cooling fan based on the brightness value.

Display having an evaporator

A display apparatus is provided. The display apparatus comprises an electronic display assembly, a heat exchanger, a fan, and a cleaning device. The heat exchanger comprises one or more internal heat dissipation pathways and one or more external heat dissipation pathways. The one or more internal heat dissipation pathways are thermally coupled to the electronic display assembly and the one or more internal heat dissipation pathways are thermally coupled to the one or more external heat dissipation pathways. The fan generates ambient air flow passing through the one or more external heat dissipation pathways. The cleaning device is connected to the one or more external heat dissipation pathways, and used for injecting a cleaning fluid into the one or more external heat dissipation pathways.

The present disclosure provides a touch system. The touch system includes a window glass having a touch area and a display apparatus spaced apart from the window glass and having a display area corresponding to the touch area of the window glass. A plurality of subareas are defined on the touch area. The display apparatus includes a planar invisible light source configured to emit a first invisible light toward the touch area of the window glass. The touch system further includes a camera device configured to detect a second invisible light reflected from a subarea of the plurality of subareas. The touch system further includes a processor electrically connected to the camera device and configured to retrieve an electrical information of the detected second invisible light. If the electrical information of the detected second invisible light exceeds a threshold, the processor determines that a position on the display area corresponding to the subarea of the plurality of subareas is touched. A method of operating a touch system is also provided.

The present disclosure relates to a display apparatus and a method for monitoring the same. A display apparatus is provided. The display apparatus comprises a display unit, a backlight module, a light sensor, and a controller. The backlight module is located on a first side of the display unit. The light sensor is located on a second side of the display unit different from the first side. The light sensor faces away from the display unit for detecting light comprising ambient light and reflected light from the display unit and generates a first brightness value. The controller determines the display apparatus malfunction based on the first brightness value.
