An antenna module, a metamaterial structure and an electronic device are provided. The electronic device includes a housing, a glass material layer and an antenna module. The antenna module includes a substrate, at least one radiating element and a metamaterial structure. The metamaterial structure includes a metamaterial substrate, a plurality of first metal conductors, and a plurality of second metal conductors. The first metal conductors are disposed on the first surface of the metamaterial substrate and are spaced apart at intervals from each other, and the second metal conductors are disposed on the second surface of the metamaterial substrate and are spaced apart at intervals from each other. The first metal conductors respectively correspond to the second metal conductors. Shapes of the first metal conductors are different from shapes of the second metal conductors.

Antenna module, metamaterial structure and electronic device

A transparent electromagnetic wave focusing device is provided, which includes a plurality of metamaterial unit cells arranged to form a metamaterial array plate, and each metamaterial unit cell includes a plurality of metal layers and a plurality of transparent substrates stacked alternately. Each of the metal layers has a comb-tooth pattern, and the plurality of metamaterial unit cells correspond to a plurality of comb-tooth pattern combinations, respectively. The metamaterial array plate has an incident surface and an exit surface opposite to each other, and for an incident electromagnetic wave with a predetermined operating frequency band incident from the incident surface, the metamaterial unit cells correspond to a plurality of compensation phase differences, such that the incident electromagnetic wave that passes through the exit surface are focused on a reference point. The comb-tooth pattern combinations vary with the corresponding compensation phase differences.

Transparent electromagnetic wave focusing device

An antenna system includes a dielectric substrate, a ground element, and a first antenna element. The dielectric substrate has a first surface and a second surface, which are opposite to each other. The ground element is disposed on the first surface of the dielectric substrate. The first antenna element includes a first radiation element, a feeding radiation element, a second radiation element, and a shorting radiation element. The first radiation element has a feeding point, and is disposed on the second surface of the dielectric substrate. The feeding radiation element is adjacent to the first radiation element. The second radiation element is coupled to the feeding radiation element. The second radiation element is further coupled through the shorting radiation element to the ground element.

Antenna system

An antenna module and a wireless transceiver device are provided. The wireless transceiver device includes an antenna module. The antenna module includes a circuit board and at least one antenna array. The at least one antenna array defines a midline. The at least one antenna array includes a plurality of antenna elements and a signal feeding line. Each antenna element includes a feeding branch and a radiating portion. The radiating portion is coupling to the feeding branch, and the radiating portion is exposed on the upper surface of the circuit board. The signal feeding line is arranged in the circuit board and is perpendicular to the midline, and the signal feeding line is coupling to the feeding branch. The radiating portion defines an extension line along its extension direction. There is an included angle between the extension line and the midline.

Antenna module and wireless transceiver device

An antenna array device and an antenna unit thereof are provided. The antenna unit includes a support and an antenna structure. The support is integrally formed as a single one-piece structure, and has a substrate, a first stand, and a second stand. The first stand and the second stand extend from two opposite sides of the substrate, respectively. The substrate and at least one of the first stand and the second stand jointly define a plurality of cavities. The antenna structure includes a plurality of patches that are formed on the substrate and that are arranged in the cavities.

Antenna array device and antenna unit thereof

A beam forming device, a calibration method and a calibration system using the same are provided. The beam forming device includes a processor, a memory unit, a baseband circuit, and a plurality of antenna modules. The baseband circuit is electrically connected to the processor and the memory unit. The plurality of antenna modules each include multiple antenna elements, multiple phase shifters and multiple amplifiers corresponding to the multiple antenna elements. The memory unit stores a plurality of reference codebooks and instruction data, the plurality of reference codebooks each have a reference angle and the reference angles are different from each other, and the instruction data is used to specify a predetermined codebook from the plurality of reference codebooks to control multiple antenna modules, thereby enabling multiple antenna modules to transmit and receive signals.

Beamforming device, calibration method and calibration system for the same

A wireless communication system includes a base station, a customer premise equipment (CPE) and a repeater. The repeater includes a down-link circuit and an up-link circuit. The down-link circuit includes a first receiving antenna array and a first transmitting antenna array, and the up-link circuit includes a second receiving antenna array and a second transmitting antenna array. The down-link circuit is separated from the up-link circuit with a first predetermined distance.

Wireless communication system

An antenna system for receiving and transmitting wireless signals includes a first complex antenna including a first reflection element, a first antenna array and a second antenna array; a second complex antenna including a second reflection element, a third antenna array and a fourth antenna array, wherein the first reflection element and the second reflection element are fixed to form an included angle to each other; and a feeding device, coupled to the first complex antenna and the second complex antenna, for alternately outputting radio-frequency signals to the first complex antenna and the second complex antenna, to emit wireless signals via the first complex antenna and the second complex antenna, and switching phases of the radio-frequency signals outputted to the first complex antenna and the second complex antenna, to change characteristics of beam generated by the first complex antenna and the second complex antenna in a vertical plane.

A repeater includes an up-link circuit and a down-link circuit. The down-link circuit includes a receiver, a radio frequency circuit and a transmitter. The transmitter transmits the repeated second signals to the user equipment and includes an antenna array, a plurality of power amplifiers, a plurality of first phase shifters, a first memory unit, and a first control logic circuit. The antenna array includes a plurality of antenna elements arranged along a first direction, and the number of the plurality of antenna elements is at least four. The first memory unit is configured to store predetermined parameters associated with a predetermined radiation pattern. The first control logic circuit selects a first number of the power amplifiers and the first number of the first phase shifters, and sets normalized gains for the selected plurality of power amplifiers range from 0.7 to 1 unit.

Repeater and radiation pattern forming method for the same

An antenna structure includes a holder and a first antenna assembly. The holder includes a first board, a second board, a third board, and a fourth board. The first board, the second board, the third board, and the fourth board are connected to each other to surround a surrounding space. The first antenna assembly includes a first antenna body and a second antenna body. The first antenna body and the second antenna body are disposed in the surrounding space. The first antenna body and the second antenna body respectively include a feeding portion, a conjoining portion, and a ground portion. The ground portion of the first antenna body is connected to the first board. The ground portion of the second antenna body is connected to the second board.

Antenna system and antenna structure thereof

An event detection system for a vehicle includes a transmitter and a receiver. The transmitter is disposed at a first position adjacent to a boundary of a space provided in the vehicle, including a first antenna having a transmitting direction, and the receiver is disposed at a second position adjacent to the boundary, which communicates with the transmitter and includes a second antenna having a receiving direction. The transmitter sends a probe signal toward the transmitting direction, and the receiver receives the probe signal. The receiver stores preset CSI. The preset CSI includes a first CSI and a normal CSI, the receiver obtains a current CSI from the probe signal by performing a time-reversal process, and to compare the current CSI to the preset CSI. When the first CSI is matched to the current CSI, a first event associated with the vehicle is determined to be occurred.

Event detection system and method for vehicle

A repeater includes a donor device, a service device, a control board circuit and a processing circuit. The repeater provides beam selection mechanisms applicable to several scenarios for base stations and CPE, in which an adaptive gain control mechanism can be utilized to reduce oscillations in a down-link circuit and an up-link circuit of the control board circuit.

A smart antenna assembly includes a first smart antenna device including a first polarization antenna, a second polarization antenna, a first switch unit, a first control terminal and a second control terminal. The first polarization antenna includes a first antenna, a first reflection element and a second reflection element. The second polarization antenna includes a second antenna, a third reflection element and a fourth reflection element. The first switch unit includes a first switch element electrically connected with the first reflection element, a second switch element electrically connected with the second reflection element, a third switch element electrically connected with the third reflection element, and a fourth switch element electrically connected with the fourth reflection element. The first control terminal is used to turn on the first and third switch elements. The second control terminal is used to turn on the second and fourth switch elements.

Smart antenna assembly

A repeater includes a donor device, a service device, a down-link circuit and an up-link circuit. The donor device includes a first receiving antenna array, a first transmitting antenna array and a first antenna controller. The first receiving antenna array and the first transmitting antenna array are disposed on a first substrate having a first normal direction. The service device includes a second transmitting antenna, a second receiving antenna and a second antenna controller. The second transmitting antenna and the second receiving antenna are disposed on a second substrate having a second normal direction. The first normal direction is different from the second normal direction, and the first receiving antenna array and the first transmitting antenna array are orthogonally polarized with each other.

A communication device includes a smart antenna, a storage device, and a processor. The smart antenna is capable of switching between a plurality of antenna modes. In each of the antenna modes during a training stage, the smart antenna receives a first feedback datum, and the processor calculates a reward indicator according to the first feedback datum. The processor compares all of the reward indicators with each other and controls the smart antenna to select a specific mode of the antenna modes according to a comparison between all of the reward indicators. In the specific mode, the smart antenna receives a second feedback datum, the processor determines the weight function of the first feedback datum and the second feedback datum of the specific mode, and the processor updates the reward indicator of the specific mode according to the weight function.
