An electromagnetic relay has a fixed touch piece having a fixed contact, a movable touch piece having a movable contact contactably and separably opposed to the fixed contact, and configured to elastically deform, an auxiliary member configured to energize the movable touch piece to the fixed contact piece side, an electromagnet, and an intermediate member configured to be operated by magnetization of the electromagnet and elastically deform the movable touch piece.

Electromagnetic relay

An electromagnetic relay including an electromagnet block having a rod-shaped iron core, a coil wound around the rod-shaped iron core, and a spool interposed between the coil and iron core. A yoke having one end section extends to a section at a side of a magnet pole section of the iron core. An end section of the yoke is arranged so that the magnet pole section has a gap on a base side. A moving iron is pivotably supported by an elastic support of a hinge spring. The electromagnet block is magnetized wherein a section drawn in the moving iron is drawn to the magnet pole section and pivoted to drive a contact switching unit. The hinge spring includes an elastic contacting portion extending toward an opposite side to the elastic support. The moving iron is integrated with a card member that comes in contact with the elastic contacting portion.

An electromagnetic relay including a contact switching unit having a pair of contacts. An electromagnet block drives the contact switching unit to open and close the contacts. An arc-extinguishing member includes a connection member and permanent magnets. The connection member is formed by connecting, via a middle part, opposing walls arranged in a direction perpendicular to the touch/separation direction of the contacts. Permanent magnets are disposed on opposing sections of the opposing walls.

An electromagnetic relay including a contact switching unit formed by arranging at least two contact groups, in parallel with each other and perpendicular to the touch/separation direction of the contacts, each of the contact group includes a pair of contacts that can touch and separate; an electromagnet block that drives the contact switching unit to open and close the contacts; and an arc-extinguishing member comprising a connection member made from a magnetic material and formed by a connection of protrusions that respectively protrude from both sides of a middle part in the direction of the parallel arrangement of the contact groups and between the contact groups, and also comprising permanent magnets respectively disposed at least on the opposing positions of the protrusions located on both sides of the middle part.

An electromagnetic relay has a fixed touch piece having a fixed contact; a movable touch piece, having a movable contact contactably and separably opposed to the fixed contact, and configured to elastically deform, an electromagnet, an intermediate member that rotates based on magnetization and demagnetization of the electromagnet and elastically deforms the movable touch piece, and an energization unit that energizes the movable touch piece to the fixed contact piece side via the intermediate member.

To promptly extinguish an arc generated between contacts with a simple and inexpensive structure without negatively influencing the spring property of a movable contact piece. A contact switching mechanism includes a fixed contact piece with a fixed contact and a movable contact piece with a movable contact which faces the fixed contact in a contactable manner. At least either one of the contact pieces is provided with an extension which extends toward the contact of the remaining contact piece.

Contact switching mechanism and electromagnetic relay

Provided is a technology which has a simple structure, is easy to manufacture, and does not increase cost. A terminal member to be press-fitted into a terminal hole formed in a base, includes a press-fitted portion which is to be press-fitted in the terminal hole, and a terminal portion extending from the press-fitted portion and protruding from the base. The terminal portion is formed by folding a plate-like body such that folded portions overlap a planar portion. At least one of the folded portions has a cut-away portion extending from the base, respectively at an edge near the press-fitted portion. A sealing agent can be injected into the terminal hole via the cut-away portions.

A first prism array (,) formed on a prism array plate (,) is arranged so as to confront a second prism array (,) formed on a prism array plate (,). When a light ray (r) that is parallel to an optical axis is transmitted through the first prism array, the light ray r enters into the second prism array (,) while refracted. The light ray that has been refracted by the second prism array (,) becomes an original light ray (r) that is parallel to the optical axis. Therefore, the light ray (r) that has passed through an optical path converting optical element (,) becomes a light ray (r) that is shifted in a direction perpendicular to the optical axis. As a result, the light is split and shuffled by the first prism array (,), so that a luminous intensity distribution thereof is uniformed.

An integrated optical pickup device for a magnetooptical recording medium (e.g. a magnetooptical recording disk) and/or an optical recording medium (e.g. an optical recording disk) in which a plurality of focusing grating couplers are formed on an optical waveguide layer manufactured on a substrate. A light reflected from a magnetooptical disk or an optical disk is guided by the focusing grating couplers into the waveguide layer to be separated and to be converged therethtough. The converged lights are detected so as to produce a tracking error signal, a focusing error signal, and an information readout signal. The plural focusing grating couplers are fabricated at an identical location on the waveguide in a superimposed fashion. This increases the utilization efficiency of reflection light per each unitary area of the focusing grating couplers and hence the signals are obtained in a stable state. Between a semiconductor laser and a collimation lens, there is formed a composite beam splitter having two reflection surfaces. Reflection lights from the magnetooptical disk are respectively reflected by these reflection surfaces and are then received by photosensors. Analyzers are disposed respectively on front sides of the photosensors. The analyzers respectively have polarization directions orthogonal to each other. Each photosensor includes three-partition photodiode. The beam sizing method and the push-pull detection methods are used for detecting the focusing and tracking errors. The optical pickup device can also used to read data from an optical disk. A prism is disposed between a semiconductor laser and a collimation lens. The prism has two reflection surfaces. Reflection lights from a magnetooptical disk are respectively reflected by these reflection surfaces to be received by photosensors. On front sides of the photosensors, there are respectively arranged analyzers respectively having polarization directions orthogonal to each other.

The present invention discloses an opposed substrate for use in a liquid crystal display element, for example. The opposed substrate is constructed by a transparent substrate, microlenses formed on the substrate, a bonding layer, and cover glass. An alignment film and transparent electrodes are formed on the cover glass. The microlenses and the bonding layer are formed by selected resins which have thermal resistance to high temperatures not lower than 150.degree. C., permit heating treatment for forming the alignment film, and satisfy the difference in the refractive indexes between the resins, .increment.n.gtoreq.0.1, so as to enable the microlenses to have a numerical aperture not lower than 0.1. It is thus possible to prevent the decomposition of resins and separation of the microlens in heat treatment and to provide a high-quality, highly reliable liquid crystal display element.

An imaging device is formed by a transparent substrate having opposite surfaces on which are formed a plurality of micro aspherical lenses. The axes of the lenses on one surface coincide with the axes of respective lenses on the other surface. A two-dimensional micro lens array constructed by arranging converging lenses having a diameter of approximately several to several hundred micrometers is arranged ahead of a light source, thereby forming a multi-beam spot caused by diffraction in a distant position. A three-dimensional shape can be recognized with high precision by shape recognition means utilizing this multi-beam spot.
