There is provided a power-supplying device and an assembly method thereof. By causing a first-turning member, which locks with an one end of a coil spring by a first-locking section, and a first support, which locks with the other end thereof by a second-locking section, to rotate relative to each other in the direction that is opposite to the biasing direction, and causing an engaging part and an engaged part to be in an engaged state by engaging with each other, thereby, maintaining the state where the initial biasing force is being imparted to the first turning member, is enabled, and the first support and a second support member are easily assembled to each other to make a turning member be supported, and thus, assembly properties can be made enhanced.

Power-supplying device and assembly method of power-supplying device

A wire harness includes electric wires, a curvature restricting member and an exterior member. The curvature restricting member includes a strip-like connecting portion and a plurality of pieces and is capable of being curved in orientation that the connecting portion is arranged inside and the pieces are arranged outside. In an inverse orientation, curvature of the curvature restricting member is limited by adjacent pieces abutted onto each other. The curvature restricting member is oriented such that a width direction of the connecting portion is a vertical direction and the connecting portion is positioned outside in a vehicle width direction with respect to the pieces when a sliding door is fully-closed. The connecting portion includes a portion with high flexibility and a portion with low flexibility, and a portion in vicinity of the sliding door has higher flexibility than a portion at a first end side of the curvature restricting member.

Wire harness and power supply device having the same

A curvature regulating member and a power supply device to which the curvature regulating member is applied are provided. The curvature regulating member has a plurality of member pieces arranged along a wire harness, and a flexible connection. The curvature regulating member regulates a curvature of the wire harness on a predetermined plane by contact with the adjacent member pieces. A burr (strip projection) is provided in an inner surface of the receiving groove of the wire harness in at least one of the member pieces. Further, a recessed portion is provided in an area of the inner surface including the burr (strip projection).

Curvature regulating member and power supply device

A corrugated tube retainer includes a turning member and a holding member. The turning member has a spherical section into which a corrugated tube is inserted, and a tubular section extending from an outer surface of the spherical section in a tubular shape. The holding member has a first housing section housing the spherical section turnably in a three dimensional direction, and a second housing section in which the corrugated tube is routed. The second housing section is provided with a standing section standing up from a bottom surface of the second housing section, and positioned just below the tubular section. By abutting on the tubular section, the standing sectionprevents the corrugated tube from touching on a bottom surface of the second housing section.

Provided is an electric power supply device in which exposure of a wire harness can be reduced in a slide door and interference with door trim can be minimized. When a slide door is half opened, a wire harness bends convexly downward, and one portion thereof is positioned lower than when the slide door is fully open or fully closed. Specifically, the wire harness is bent three-dimensionally. This makes it easier for the wire harness to be pulled out from a bottom end of door trim, and makes it possible for interference between the wire harness and the door trim to be minimized. The wire harness may be also bent three-dimensionally as appropriate in accordance with a shape of the door trim, reducing exposure of the wire harness in the slide door.

Power supply device

A curvature regulating member includes a plurality of member pieces to be arranged along a wire harness and a flexible connecting part connecting adjacent member pieces. The adjacent member pieces are configured to contact each other, thereby regulating curvature of the wire harness on an X-Y plane. Each member piece includes a recessed part recessed toward a direction away from an adjacent member piece on one side, and a second protrusion configured to be inserted in the recessed part provided on an adjacent member piece on another side when adjacent member pieces contact each other. The recessed part includes a slanted face extending away from the adjacent member piece on the one side as leaving from both ends in a widthwise direction. The second protrusion includes a slanted face extending toward the adjacent member piece on the another side as leaving from both ends in the widthwise direction.

A slide protector slidably engaged with a slide rail together with a slide support has a harness holder holding a wire harness and a hooking section capable of hooking the slide support with the harness holder and the hooking section formed integrally. Though the wire harness causes a resistance force when the slide support slides rearward in the sliding direction and the slide protector is pulled rearward, reliability of the attachment structure of the slide protector to the slide support can be enhanced since the hooking section and the harness holder holding the wire harness are formed integrally.

Slide protector

A wire restricting member includes a bottom plate portion and a pair of side plate portions. The pair of side plate portions vertically extend from opposite ends of the bottom plate portion along a longitudinal direction of the bottom plate portion, respectively. Upper ends of the pair of the side plate portions in a direction in which the pair of the side plate portions vertically extend are distant from each other to form an opening therebetween. Each of the pair of the side plate portions includes a notch which is cut from each of the upper ends to the bottom plate portion.

Wire restricting member, cylindrical structure, routing structure, and method of manufacturing cylindrical structure

Provided is a power supply device capable of improving workability during assembly and mounting. Accommodating a power source side connector by a cylindrical portion of a case makes a portion where the power source side connector of the harness is provided not pulled out to the outside of the case. Thus the workability at the time of assembling the power feeding device itself can be improved. Also, it is unnecessary to dispose the power source side connector where the passenger unlikely steps on, and simply mating the mating connector with the source side connector makes the workability at the time of mounting the power supply device on the vehicle improved.

Provided is a curvature restricting member, allowing for a curvature of the wire harness in a predetermined allowable direction, and regulating the curvature of the wire harness in a regulating direction beyond a predetermined limit state or more, the curvature restricting member includes: a plurality of member pieces arranged along the wire harness; a flexible connecting portion connecting adjacent ones of the plurality of member pieces to each other, wherein the curvature is allowed in the allowable direction by adjacent ones among the plurality of member pieces at the curbed portions separating from each other on the side opposite to the connecting portion and the connection portion bending, and wherein the curvature is not allowed in the restricting direction beyond the limit state by adjacent ones among the plurality of member pieces at the curbed portion abutting against each other on the side opposite to the connecting portion.

Curvature restricting member and power supply device

Provided is a power supply device capable of suppressing bulge of a wire harness toward a vehicle body when a slide door is half-opened. The power supply device is provided with a wire harness arranged between a vehicle body and a slide door, a portion of the wire harness on the vehicle body side extending in the closing direction of the slide door when the slide door is half-opened, and a door side coil spring (a biasing part) for biasing a portion of the wire harness on the slide door side in the biasing direction pressing against the slide door on the closing direction side of the slide door in order to suppress a curvature convex toward the inside of the vehicle body at the time of half-opening of the slide door.

A curvature regulation member to be inserted into a corrugated tube is made of synthetic resin, and integrally includes a belt, and a plurality of bridges standing from both ends in a width direction of the belt. The curvature regulation member is allowed to be curved in a direction that the belt is inside and the bridges are outside. In an opposite direction, curving of the curvature regulation member is restricted by the adjacent bridges abutting on each other. The bridge includes a rectangular plate. Two corners of the plate at a side away from the belt are rounded.

A power supply device includes: a rotary member that holds a wire harness inserted therethrough; and a support member that swingably supports the rotary member and is fixed to a fixed structure body or a sliding structure body, wherein the rotary member has an annular outer peripheral wall and a harness lead-out portion, the support member has one sidewall disposed along the outer peripheral wall, and the harness lead-out portion moves in a direction away from the sidewall when the sliding structure body is fully opened, the outer peripheral wall is widely exposed between the harness lead-out portion and the sidewall, and the outer peripheral wall and the sidewall are overlapped with each other in a plate thickness direction in a state where the outer peripheral wall is widely exposed and come in contact with each other so as to avoid an entry of foreign matters therebetween.

The present invention is to prevent sand or water from adhering to a spring member biasing a rotary member of a power supply device and thus cause the power supply device to smoothly and reliably perform a biasing operation of the rotary member over a long period. Provided is a protection structure for a spring member of power supply devices including: base members; cover members provided integrally with or separately from the base members; rotary members supported swingably by the base members and the cover members and leads out and holds a wire harness; and annular spring members biasing the rotary members in any one of swing directions, wherein the spring members are housed inside the cover members so that foreign matters are prevented from adhering to the spring member from the outside.

Protection structure for spring portion of power supply device

A curvature-restraining member and a power feeding device include a wire harness having an electric wire and a corrugated tube (flexible tube). The curvature-restraining member restrains the wire harness from curving in a predetermined curving direction Dwith a radius of curvature smaller than a reference radius. The curvature restraining member includes a body portion placed near at least one of ends of the corrugated tube and extending in a length direction of the electric wire, and a curved portion extending from one end of the corrugated tube opposite from the former end, and curving in the curving direction Dwith a radius of curvature not less than the reference radius with such a length that it falls within the straightly extending corrugated tube.
