A synthesis device comprises a plurality of pipes, a feeding unit, a reaction vessel, and a measurement mechanism. The pipes extend from a plurality of storage containers, respectively, in which a plurality of types of solutions are stored. The feeding unit is configured to feed the solutions in the storage containers through the pipes. The solutions selectively fed from the storage containers are put in the reaction vessel to generate a synthesized product by chemical synthesis. The measuring mechanism is provided between the storage containers and the reaction vessel in a middle of an overall flow path including the pipes, the measuring mechanism being configured to measure the solutions fed to the reaction vessel.

Synthesis device and measuring mechanism

A chemical synthesis device includes a reaction vessel, a waste liquid tank and an intermediate container. A chemical is supplied to the reaction vessel. The waste liquid tank is configured to hold waste liquid discharged from the reaction vessel. The intermediate container has a smaller capacity than the waste liquid tank. The intermediate container is provided between the reaction vessel and the waste liquid tank, via a waste liquid pipe. The pressure of the intermediate container is adjusted to adjust the flow supplied to the reaction vessel and the flow discharged from the reaction vessel.

Chemical synthesis device

A component concentration sensing system includes a first component concentration sensor, a collector and a second component concentration sensor. The first component concentration sensor is provided to a channel through which flows a liquid whose component concentration is to be sensed, and is configured to irradiate the liquid with light and sense the component concentration in the liquid from a degree of light absorption. The collector is arranged to collect the liquid flowing through the channel. The second component concentration sensor is configured to irradiate the liquid collected in the collector with light and sense the component concentration in the liquid from the degree of light absorption.
