In a rotor mechanism of a rotating electrical machine, a crimp groove is formed, in a circumferential direction, in an outer circumferential portion of any one of the end plates of a rotor shaft on an outside in the axial direction. The one end plate is located in the axial direction by an inside end of a crimp retainer in the axial direction that is ring-shaped, that covers the crimp groove of the rotor shaft to fit to the rotor shaft, that is fitted into the crimp groove of the rotor shaft by crimping an outside portion in the axial direction from an outer circumferential side and that engages with a wall surface of the crimp groove on the outside in the axial direction.

A laminated work production apparatus for producing a laminated work by punching a plate-like metal material into a plate-like work of a predetermined shape and stacking a plurality of the plate-like works includes a mold for punching the metal material, a stacking jig moving mechanism for moving a stacking jig to a stacking position where the plate-like works are stacked, a retention mechanism for retaining the punched plate-like works at a retaining position different from the stacking position until a preset number is reached, and a knockout mechanism for knocking out a plurality of plate-like works in a punching direction and stacking the plate-like works on the stacking jig arranged at the stacking position when the preset number of plate-like works are retained in the retention mechanism.

Laminated work production method

In a press-forming method, a plurality of plates are prepared and end faces of the plurality of plates are butt joined to obtain a blank having joined portions. The blank has deformed-shape sections formed in a vicinity of the joined portion so as to deform in a direction along which peripheral lengths of the deformed-shape sections are stretched. Press-forming, involving stretch-flange formation, is carried out on the blank so as to allow the joined portions to be included in stretching regions, respectively. Also, the stretch-flange formation is carried out on the blank while restraining ends of the joined portion of the blank.

A nozzle to be used for hydrostatic forming, through which pressurized fluid is supplied into a tube located inside a die. The nozzle comprising a fitting section integrally connected to a base section and insertable into an end section of the tube so as to be fitted in the tube. The fitting section has an opening through which the pressurized fluid is ejected to be supplied into the tube. The fitting section has a generally rectangular cross-section in a place perpendicular to an axis of the nozzle.

At a time of manufacturing a clutch drum formed in a cup shape, having a peripheral wall formed in a tooth profile, and having a circumferential groove for mounting a snap ring in a portion close to an open end of an inside projecting portion, in a stage of forming a peripheral wall of a base material formed in a cup shape into a predetermined tooth profile, after forming in such a manner that a minimum outer diameter of the open end portion of the inside projecting portion is larger than a maximum diameter of the circumferential groove for the snap ring, a cutting process is given to the open end portion of the inside projecting portion 3, so that the circumferential groove is formed. Accordingly, a tooth profile having an uneven amount necessary for transmitting a rotation is secured and no extending portion is produced in the open end portion of the inside projecting portion.
