A culture apparatus including: a heat-insulated casing including an inner case surrounding a culture space, and an outer case, the heat-insulated casing having an opening; a box-shaped heat-insulated door to open and close the opening; and, one or more heaters provided to one or more inner surfaces of the inner case and an inner surface of an inner wall surface of the heat-insulated door, the inner wall surface facing the culture space when the door is closed; the heaters including one or more first heaters turned on when the interior of the culture space is at a first temperature to incubate a culture in the culture space and when the interior of the culture space is controlled at a second temperature to make the interior of the culture space, and second heaters to be energized when the interior of the culture space is controlled at the second temperature to sterilize the interior of the culture space.

This accommodation device is for performing sterilization through irradiation with ultraviolet light. The device is provided with an ultraviolet light lamp for emitting ultraviolet light, electric wires for supplying power to the ultraviolet light lamp, socket parts for supporting the ultraviolet light lamp, and a housing in which the ultraviolet light lamp is disposed, wherein: the socket parts have formed therein first opening portions which are open to the inside of the housing, and second opening portions which are in fluid connection with the first opening portions and through which the electric wires pass; and the housing has formed therein third opening portions which guide the electric wires to the outside and which are in fluid connection with the second opening portions.

The hollow part has a shape in which a cross-sectional area of a flow passage grows smaller. The gas passage includes: a member that divides the hollow part into at least a first area and a second area; a gas inflow port; and a gas outflow port. The gas flows from the gas inflow port into the hollow part, flows in the first area to arrive at the gas detection unit, and the gas located in the gas detection unit flows in the second area and flows out from the gas outflow port.
