A roller mill structure which achieves uniform distribution of fine particles passed through a rotary classifier to fine particle exits disposed at four points when conveying as pulverized coal milled in the roller mill on the air current is provided. A roller mill structure is configured to discharge pulverized coal obtained by milling a raw coal, which is loaded in a mill body (), from fine particle exits () formed on the top of the mill body so as to be quartered in the circumferential direction to the outside by air current conveyance. The roller mill structure includes a table which rotates in the mill body (), three rollers for rotating on the table and milling the raw coal, and a rotary classifier () disposed upstream of the fine particle exits (), wherein a movable vane () for partly narrowing the cross-sectional area of a flow channel is provided at a midpoint of the flow channel for fine particle current flowing into the interior of the rotary classifier (), and proceeding toward the fine particle exits ().

Roller mill structure

In a vertical roller mill in which a fixed-type cyclone sorter is provided in a casing, the fixed-type cyclone sorter includes a conical member; a fixed-blade entrance window through which a solid-gas two-phase flow is introduced into the interior of the conical member; a flat plate-like fixed blade that causes the solid-gas two-phase flow to spiral; an inner cylinder into which pulverized coal is guided from the bottom end thereof toward the top end thereof by means of spiraling of the solid-gas two-phase flow; and a pulverized-coal exit through which the pulverized coal guided to the top end of the inner cylinder is guided outside the conical member, wherein the fixed blade is provided with a tip portion where a downward flow is increased for the solid-gas two-phase flow guided into the interior of the conical member from the fixed-blade entrance window.

Vertical roller mill

To achieve an improvement in concentration distribution in a vertical direction at an inlet of a pulverized coal distributor and uniformly distribute pulverized coal to respective pulverized coal burners. A pulverized coal distributor and a gas-particle flow adjustment device provided on an upstream side of the pulverized coal distributor and at a bottom in a pulverized coal pipe to adjust pulverized coal to branch pipes in concentration are provided, the gas-particle flow adjustment device comprises a plate-shaped member provided along a substantially overall width of the pulverized coal pipe to have a substantially rectangular shape as viewed in plan view, a front edge of the gas-particle flow adjustment device is mounted pivotally to a bottom surface of the pulverized coal pipe, and an angle formed between an upper surface of the gas-particle flow adjustment device and a bottom surface of the pulverized coal pipe can be automatically adjusted on the basis of signals from flow sensors mounted to the respective branch pipes.

Rotary classifier for a roller mill

Raw coal is caused to fall through a coal feed pipe and onto a table so as to be pulverized by a roll. Fine coal particles and coarse coal particles resulting from pulverization are moved upward between an auxiliary classifier cone and a mill casing by hot air supplied from below the mill casing. The hot air (upward stream) carrying the fine coal particles and the coarse coal particles moves across a space of triangular cross section formed between the inverted conical body of the auxiliary classifier cone and the side wall of the mill casing and is forced through blowoff openings defined between deflector plates so as to flow as a lateral rotative stream toward a rotary classifier. Upon impinging the downward-inclined rotating vanes of the rotary classifier, the coarse coal particles are sprung back toward a lower portion of the auxiliary classifier cone and are separated from the fine coal particles. The fine coal particles separated from the coarse coal particles are ejected out of the roller mill together with the upward air stream through a pulverized-coal eject pipe. Coarse coal particles sprung back toward the lower portion of the auxiliary classifier cone move along the inner surface of the auxiliary classifier cone and fall onto the table so that they are re-pulverized by the roll.
