A vehicle battery pack includes a first battery module and a second battery module, a fan which includes a blade body configured to rotate about a rotary shaft, the fan being configured to supply air to the first battery module and the second battery module, and a housing configured to accommodate the first battery module, the second battery module, and the fan. The first battery module and the second battery module are arranged side by side in a second direction orthogonal to the first direction. In the first battery module, the plurality of cells are bound in the first direction by a binding member. The binding member is a plate-like member which is made of metal. The fan is arranged in such a manner that the rotary shaft faces the binding member.

Vehicle battery pack

A battery unit equipped in a vehicle includes a battery, a case accommodating the battery, an upper surface covering material covering an upper surface of the battery in the case, an intake portion provided on the upper surface covering material and configured to take in air from an outside of the case to above the battery, a lower surface covering material covering a lower surface of the battery in the case, an exhaust portion provided on the lower surface covering material and configured to discharge air that has cooled or heated the battery, a fan disposed below the lower surface covering material, configured to take in air discharged from the exhaust portion, and discharge the air between the lower surface covering material and a bottom surface of the case.

Battery unit

A vehicle including: a floor panel; a pair of left and right front seats which are disposed on the floor panel; and a high-voltage battery which is disposed between the front seats and which is held on a frame member, wherein a guide member which guides the frame member is provided between the front seats on the floor panel, and wherein the guide member has a pair of left and right guide rails and a positioning portion which controls a position of the frame member in relation to the guide member in at least a front-rear direction.

Vehicle

A power storage module is formed by superimposing a pair of end plates at opposite ends in the stacking direction of a plurality of power storage cells that are stacked in the stacking direction. The pair of end plates are connected by a frame holding an insulator between itself and the power storage cells. Condensed water occurring on the surface of the power storage cells could contact the end plate. There is thus a possibility that a liquid junction will be formed; when the power storage module is in a mounted state the insulator includes a first rib extending in a direction, condensed water attached to the insulator cannot flow toward the end plate due to it being blocked by the first rib, thus preventing the power storage cell from forming a liquid junction with the end plate via the condensed water.

Power storage module and fixing structure of power storage module

A power storage device includes a plurality of power storage modules, a first connecting plate, and a second connecting plate. Each of the plurality of power storage modules includes a plurality of power storage cells, a first end plate, and a second end plate. The first end plate includes a first main plate and a first sub-plate. The first sub-plate includes a first securing hole. The first main plate and the first sub-plate are provided to be connected to each other in at least two positional relationships with different positions of the first securing hole. The first connecting plate includes a first reference securing hole aligned with the first securing hole. The first securing hole is secured to the first reference securing hole by a first securing member.

Power storage device

A plurality of power storage cells and a plurality of power storage cell holders are stacked alternately in the stacking direction. End plates are superimposed at opposite ends of the power storage cells and power storage cell holders. The end plates are connected by a frame, the frame is covered by an insulator, and the plurality of power storage cells are electrically connected by a bus bar plate, forming a power storage module. Since the surface of the power storage cell is formed from a covered portion covered by the condensation-preventing sheet and a non-covered portion not covered by the condensation-preventing sheet, and the non-covered portion is covered by the power storage cell holder, the insulator, and the bus bar plate, the non-covered portion is covered as much as possible to provide heat insulation, minimizing occurrence of condensed water and preventing formation of a liquid junction.

Power storage module

A power storage module that has a plurality of power storage cells stacked in a stacking direction, a pair of insulating end power storage cell holders superimposed at opposite ends in the stacking direction, and a pair of end plates superimposed at opposite ends in the stacking direction of the end power storage cell holders. In a mounted state, a lower end in a vertical direction of the end power storage cell holder projects downward from lower ends in a vertical direction of the power storage cell and the end plate. The end power storage cell holder includes a first face opposing the end plate and a second face opposing the power storage cell. A first drainage channel is formed on the first face and extends vertically downwardly and bends outward in the stacking direction. A second drainage passage extends vertically and is formed on the second face.
