A keyboard device includes plural key structures. Each key structure includes a base plate, a keycap, a connecting member and at least one raised structure. The keycap is located over the base plate. The connecting member is arranged between the base plate and the keycap. The keycap is movable upwardly or downwardly relative to the base plate through the connecting member. The connecting member includes at least one first hook part. The raised structure is installed on the base plate. The first hook part is connected with the raised structure. The raised structure includes a top wall, a lateral wall and a perforation. The lateral wall is connected between the top wall and the base plate. The perforation is formed in the lateral wall. The first hook part is penetrated through the perforation and contacted with the top wall.

Keyboard device and key structure thereof

A key structure includes a keycap, a base plate, a first scissors-type connecting element, a second scissors-type connecting element and a coupling plate. The first scissors-type connecting element and the second scissors-type connecting element are arranged between the keycap and the base plate. The first scissors-type connecting element is upwardly assembled with the keycap and downwardly assembled with the base plate. The first scissors-type connecting element includes a first inner frame and a first outer frame. The second scissors-type connecting element is upwardly assembled with the keycap and downwardly assembled with the base plate. The second scissors-type connecting element includes a second inner frame and a second outer frame. The coupling plate is arranged between the first outer frame and the second outer frame. The coupling plate is detachably assembled with the first outer frame and the second outer frame.

Key structure and scissors-type connecting element thereof

A keyboard device includes plural key structures. Each key structure includes a supporting plate, a keycap, a connecting member and a hook element. The keycap is located over the supporting plate, and movable upwardly or downwardly relative to the supporting plate. The connecting member is connected between the supporting plate and the keycap. The hook element is installed on the supporting plate. The connecting member is connected with the supporting plate through the hook element. The supporting plate is made of a first material with a first specific gravity. The hook element is made of a second material with a second specific gravity. The second specific gravity is higher than the first specific gravity.

A keyboard device includes a membrane circuit board, a base plate, a coupling structure and a key structure. The base plate includes a substrate and a protrusion structure. The protrusion structure is bent and protruded upwardly from the substrate. A bent region is formed between the protrusion structure and the substrate. A coupling opening is formed in the bent region. The coupling structure filled in the coupling opening to cover the protrusion structure. The key structure includes a keycap and a connecting element. The connecting element is connected between the keycap and the coupling structure.

Keyboard device

A keyboard device includes a base plate, a key and a membrane circuit board. The key is connected with the base plate. The membrane circuit board is arranged between the key and the base plate. The base plate includes a connecting structure. The connecting structure is protruded upwardly and penetrated through the membrane circuit board. The key includes a keycap and a stabilizer bar. The stabilizer bar is pivotally coupled to the keycap. A hook part of the stabilizer bar is penetrated through a corresponding locking hole of the connecting structure. A film layer of the membrane circuit board includes an extension part. A gel layer is formed on the extension part. While the keycap is moved upwardly or downwardly relative to the base plate, the hook part of the stabilizer bar is moved on the gel layer.

A keyboard device includes a key structure, a switch circuit board, a base plate and a buffering strip. The key structure includes a keycap and a stabilizer bar. The stabilizer bar is connected with the keycap. A first end of the buffering strip is fixed in a first coupling structure of the keycap. A second end of the buffering strip is fixed in a second coupling structure of the keycap. The buffering strip is contacted with the stabilizer bar and filled in a gap between the stabilizer bar and the first coupling structure. Since the possibility of resulting in the collision between the stabilizer bar and the keycap is minimized, the keycap device is capable of reducing noise.

A keyboard module includes a first key and a second key. The first key includes a first keycap and a first scissors-type connecting element. The first scissors-type connecting element includes a first outer frame and a first inner frame. The second key includes a second keycap and a second scissors-type connecting element. The second scissors-type connecting element includes a second outer frame and a second inner frame. The first outer frame, the first inner frame and the second inner frame have symmetrical structures. The second outer frame has an asymmetrical structure.
