An infrared sensor module and a forehead thermometer are provided. The infrared sensor module includes a light guide structure and an infrared sensor element. An annular hollow space is formed inside the light guide structure and passes therethrough. A first and second opening is formed on two opposite sides of the light guide structure, respectively. A diameter of the first opening is greater than a diameter of the second opening. The annular hollow space includes a matte and reflective area, the matte area has serration portions, and each of the serration portions extends from the first opening to the second opening and is arranged parallel to each other. The reflective area is formed between the second opening and the matte area. The infrared sensor element is disposed at the second opening. The forehead thermometer includes a casing, a circuit board, the infrared sensor module, and an operating switch.

A temperature calibration method for an ear thermometer with a probe cover is provided. The temperature calibration method includes: providing the ear thermometer with the probe cover, the ear thermometer including a plurality of activation elements which are configured to sense an infrared transmittance of the probe cover to obtain a measured transmittance value; using the ear thermometer to measure an object to be tested to obtain an uncalibrated temperature; obtaining an infrared radiation energy emitted by the object to be tested, according to the uncalibrated temperature, the measured transmittance value, a preset transmittance value, and a radiation energy measurement formula; and calibrating the uncalibrated temperature to a calibrated temperature, according to a temperature calibration function.

Temperature calibration method for ear thermometer with probe cover

A maintenance method of a gas detecting device includes the following steps: providing the gas detecting device that includes a shell component, a sensing component, a dust blocking element, and a detecting area, the sensing component including a sensor, a reference light source, and a processor, and the dust blocking element including a cover; the reference light source generating a reference beam projecting toward the cover and the detecting area, and the reference beam generating a feedback beam projecting toward the cover and the sensor through being reflected by a part of the shell component positioned at the detecting area; the sensor receiving the feedback beam to generate a measured information; and the processor comparing the measured information to an initial information in the processor, so as to obtain a pollution degree information of the cover.

Maintenance method of gas detecting device

A gas detecting device is provided to detect characteristics of a gas under test. The gas detecting device includes a shell component, a sensing component, and a dust blocking element. The shell component includes a gas passage and a groove. The gas under test passes through a detecting area on a path of the gas passage along the gas passage. The sensing component is disposed inside the shell component. The sensing component includes a substrate, a sensor, and a laser light source. The sensor and the laser light source are respectively disposed corresponding to the detecting area. The dust blocking element is detachably disposed in the groove of the shell component. The dust blocking element includes a base and a cover. The cover is light permeable.

Gas detecting device

A probe cover for an ear thermometer includes a conical main body, an annular elastomer, a flange and a plurality of convex rib structures. The conical main body includes a closed end and an open end. The annular elastomer is connected with the open end of the conical main body. The flange is connected with the annular elastomer. The annular elastomer is arranged between the conical main body and the flange. The flange has a first surface and a second surface. The convex rib structures are disposed on the flange and spaced apart from each other, and the concave rib structures protrude upwardly from the first surface.

Probe cover for ear thermometer

A reflecting shell includes a hollow joint unit, a hollow guide unit and a hollow receiving unit. The hollow joint unit has a stationary part at one end, and the stationary part is detachably connected to a detecting part of a measuring device. One end of the hollow guide unit is connected to the other end of the hollow joint unit, and an internal wall of the hollow guide unit has a first reflective surface and a second reflective surface, in which the first reflective surface and the second reflective surface correspond to each other. One end of the hollow receiving unit is connected to the other end of the hollow guide unit. Heat radiation from a heat source enters the hollow guide unit, and the heat radiation is transmitted to the detecting part by the reflection of the first reflective surface and the second reflective surface.

Reflecting shell and temperature detecting device

The instant disclosure provides a non-contact temperature measuring device including a base, a temperature measuring module, a light module and a reflecting module. The temperature measuring module is disposed on the base. The temperature measuring module has a measuring area. The light module is disposed on the base and is configured to generate a projecting light. The reflecting module is disposed on the base and has a reflecting surface. The projecting light is projected onto the reflecting surface and is reflected by the reflecting surface, thereby forming at least two reflecting light beams adjacent to the measuring area. The at least two reflecting light beams surround a marking area which is able to overlap with the measuring area, and the range of the marking area changes according to the distance between the object to be measured and the non-contact temperature measuring device.

Non-contact temperature measuring device

The instant disclosure provides a gas detection device including a chamber module, a light emitting module and an optical sensing module. The chamber module includes a condensing chamber, a receiving chamber and a sampling chamber. The condensing chamber has a first reflecting structure, a second reflecting structure and a third reflecting structure. The first reflecting structure is disposed between the second reflecting structure and the third reflecting structure. The light emitting module is disposed on the condensing chamber and includes a light emitting unit corresponding to the condensing chamber. The optical sensing module includes an optical sensing unit disposed in the receiving chamber.

Gas detection device

The instant disclosure provides a probe cover dispensing device including a base and an elastic element. The base includes a housing unit, a probe cover dispensing unit and a connection unit disposed between the housing unit and the probe cover dispensing unit. The probe cover dispenser unit can rotate between a first predetermined position and a second predetermined position relative to the housing unit through the connection unit. The elastic element is disposed in the housing unit to apply a pressure on a probe cover which is disposed in the housing unit. The probe cover is abutted by the elastic element and limited in the housing unit. When the probe cover dispensing unit rotates from the first predetermined position to the second predetermined position, a sliding groove may be formed between the housing unit and the probe cover dispenser unit for the probe cover to slide therein.

Probe cover dispensing device

The instant disclosure provides a gas detection device including a chamber module, a light emitting module and an optical sensing module. The chamber module comprises a light condensing chamber, a receiving chamber and a sampling chamber connected between the light condensing chamber and the receiving chamber. The light emitting module is disposed on the light condensing chamber for generating a light. The optical sensing module is disposed in the receiving chamber. The sampling chamber comprises a first open end, a second open end corresponding to the first open end, a first surface, and a second surface corresponding to the first surface, the first and second open ends are connected to the light condensing chamber and the receiving chamber respectively, the first surface and the second surface are disposed between the first open end and the second open end, and the first surface is not parallel to the second surface.

The invention is directed to a laser adjustment device, a laser adjustment system and a laser adjustment method for an infrared thermometer. The laser adjustment device of the present invention includes a first adjustment seat and a second adjustment seat. The first adjustment seat includes a base, a fixing portion, a first adjustment portion, a second adjustment portion, and a first pivot portion. The second adjustment seat includes a connecting portion, a receiving portion and a second pivot portion. The first adjustment seat is pivoted about the first pivoting portion via the first adjustment portion, a first elastic member, and a first adjustment member. The second adjustment seat is pivoted about the second pivot portion via the second adjustment portion, a second elastic member, and a second adjustment member.

Laser adjustment device, laser adjustment system and laser adjustment method for infrared radiation thermometer thereof

A probe thermometer comprises a main body, a probe, a self-tapping thread, a temperature sensing unit and a display unit. The interior of the main body has a circuit board. The probe includes a measuring end and a coupling end which couples the main body. The self-tapping thread is formed on the measuring end. The temperature sensing unit is disposed within the probe and the temperature sensing unit is electrically connected to the circuit board. The display unit is disposed on the main body. The display unit, the temperature sensing unit and the circuit board are electrically connected. Thereby, the probe thermometer of the instant disclosure is convenient and effectively reduces cost.

A shockproof gas sensor includes a gas detector, an infrared source, an infrared detector a circuit board and at least one shockproof unit. The gas detector defines a chamber, a first end portion and a second end portion opposite the first end portion. The infrared source is disposed in the chamber proximate to the first end portion while the infrared detector is disposed in the chamber and proximate to the second end portion. The circuit board is respectively electrically connected to the infrared source and the infrared detector. The shockproof unit is coupled to the gas detector and the circuit board, and the gas detector is secured on the circuit board by the shockproof unit.
