The method provides for one or more processors to receive traffic information and passing vehicle information associated with a portion of a roadway in which a passing vehicle approaches and travels through the portion of the roadway. The one or more processors predict travel positions of passing vehicles, based on the traffic information and passing vehicle information. The one or more processors determine an impassible space within an existing lane of the roadway and create virtual lane definitions based on the predicting and the traffic information, in which the lane definitions include an optimum number of lanes, a width of respective lanes, and a lane type, and the one or more processors transmit the lane definitions to the passing vehicles based on a correspondence between a type and width of a respective vehicle and the type and width of respective lane definitions.

Dynamic lane adjustment for multipurpose roadway zones

A processor may generate, based on a predicted route of a user, a timeslot for presenting information to the user. The predicted route may be associated with a route segment, and the timeslot may be associated with the route segment. The processor may match one or more proposals to the timeslot associated with the route segment. The one or more proposals may be matched, at least in part, based on proposal criteria set by a proposal criteria user associated with the proposal. The processor may predict an acceptance potentiality of the user. The processor may select a subset of the one or more proposals. The processor may provide the selected subset of the one or more proposals. The selected subset may be provided, at least in part, based on the acceptance potentiality.

Route-based information slotting based on predicted acceptance

A computer-implemented method includes: selecting a web page from plural web pages being opened in a web browser; finding a similar page having similar content to the selected web page from the plural web pages; and closing the similar page in response to an operation by a user.

Restructuring pages having similar content

Provided are techniques for new command assistance. A score is generated for each of a plurality of users based on a command execution history of a command by each of the plurality of users. A command template with the command and parameters of the command is generated in an order based on the command execution history of a user of the plurality of users having a high score. In response to receiving a portion of a new command, suggestions are provided for automatically completing the command using the command template.

Command assistance

Provided are techniques for identifying diagnosis commands from comments in an issue tracking system. A new issue ticket describing an issue for a test that failed and that has a test case identifier is received. A past issue ticket for the test that has the test case identifier is identified, where the past issue ticket identifies a set of issue ticket comments. A concluding owning team change event is identified in the set of issue ticket comments. A comment with a diagnosis command that triggered the concluding owning team change event is identified in the set of issue ticket comments. A suggestion of the diagnosis command is provided by highlighting the concluding owning team change event and the comment. The new issue ticket is assigned to an owning team of the concluding owning team change event.

Identifying diagnosis commands from comments in an issue tracking system

A first user input event initiating a transition of a GUI from a first state to a second state is generated in response to detecting a first user input received by the GUI. A first spatial location in the GUI selected by the first user input can be identified. A second user input event is generated in response to detecting a second user input received by the GUI while the GUI is in the second state. A second spatial location in the GUI selected by the second user input can be identified. A level of discontinuity between the first user input and the second user input can be determined. If the level of discontinuity does not exceed a threshold value, at least one user input event handling process can be selected to process the second user input event based on the level of discontinuity not exceeding the discontinuity threshold value.

Operation of a data processing system during graphical user interface transitions

A method, system and computer program product for assisting users to execute content in a user's computing environment. A user copying and pasting content from a first electronic document is detected, where the content is set as a first character string. Furthermore, the modification of the copied content is detected, where the modification includes modification of parameters of the user's computing environment to implement execution of the copied content and the modified copied content is set as a second character string. The first and second character strings as well as the modification points are registered in a repository. The modification points include the modified parameters of the first user's computing environment. By matching the character string copied by a second user from a second electronic document with one of the registered character strings, the second user may be presented with the modification points associated with the matching character string.
