A projectile launcher apparatus including a trigger assembly, a pair of fork members, a pair of telescopic leg members, a pair of telescopic frame members, and a pouch. The trigger assembly include an actuator, a pair of opposing plates collectively forming a housing therebetween, a trigger lever, a trigger arm and a rolling spacer, wherein the trigger arm applies force against the rolling spacer when the trigger lever engages the trigger arm. The pair of fork members are rotatably attached to the pair of telescopic frame members having a first cross member attached therebetween and to the pair of telescopic leg members having a second cross member attached therebetween. The trigger assembly is attached to the first cross member. The pouch holds a projectile which is launched when the trigger assembly is activated, and the pouch is operatively connected to the trigger assembly.

A finial comprises a body having a first end and a second end. A collar is attached to the first end using a first releasable connector. A crown is attached to the second end using a second releasable connector where the second releasable connector is independent from the first releasable connector. The body, crown and collar define an interior space where the interior space is open and unobstructed between the crown and the collar.

Described is an electronics assembly that includes an electronics carrier comprising a cavity and a plurality of modules disposed within the electronics carrier. Each module may include a power handling component mounted on a printed circuit board and a dielectric barrier mechanically attached to the printed circuit board to electrically isolate the power handling component of the module from an adjacent module disposed within the electronics carrier. The dielectric barrier may mechanically attach to the electronics carrier.

A device for assisting a user in getting into and out of sitting and prone positions on a piece of furniture, like a bed, which has a large base to fit between the mattress and box springs of a bed and that includes a receiving portion and an adjustable handle for the user to grasp while getting into an out of bed and while adjusting positions in the bed.

An assist device to help a user move from a sitting or reclined position to an upright position, and vice versa, with a functional tray. The assist device includes a base, a receiver, a handle, and a tray. The base may be positioned between a mattress and a box spring, or a couch frame and a couch cushion, or the like. The handle includes various gripping sections. The handle pivotably couples to the receiver and the tray rotatably couples to the handle. The tray moves from a closed position to an open position, or a usable position, to allow the user to place objects thereon, or to use the tray for any other purpose.

A blowout recovery vehicle for recovering the discharge from underwater wells comprises a large inverted entrapment shell positionable over a well and having overly extending tubes connected by hose means to surface separation and storage equipment. Floatation tanks are connected to the surface by air lines which are actuated to adjust the buoyancy of the device to raise or lower it so that it can be lowered over a well to trap the discharge from the well. In use, the assembled device can be towed by a tug into position or can be assembled in the water at the site and lowered over the well without the necessity of the tug coming into the effluent discharge area above the well. Alternatively, an anchor can be placed in the seabed directly upstream of the well at some distance from the well. The device can be tied to the anchor by a tow line of exact length equal to the distance between the well and the anchor and positioned either to the right or left of the well so that the force of the current will cause the device to swing about the anchor so that guidance from a surface vessel can position the device over the well.
