A retail-ready container includes internal corner supports. The container is erected from a preassembly formed from a single blank. The blank includes a side panel, a bottom panel, and an auxiliary panel. Each of the side panel and the auxiliary panel include a plurality of sections connected by respective fold lines. The auxiliary panel is folded against the side panel and sections of the auxiliary panel are adhered to corresponding sections of the side panel. Fold lines of the side panel are laterally offset from fold lines of the auxiliary panel so that unfolding of the preassembly yields the container with internal corner supports.

One piece container with internal corner supports

A retail-ready container includes internal corner supports. The container is erected from a preassembly formed from a combination including a primary blank and a secondary blank. The primary blank includes a side panel, a bottom panel, and a top panel. The secondary blank is selectively adhered to the side panel of the primary substrate. Each of the side panel and the secondary blank include a plurality of sections connected by respective fold lines. Fold lines of the side panel are laterally offset from fold lines of the secondary blank so that unfolding of the preassembly yields the container with internal corner supports.

Two-piece container with integral internal corner supports

A one-piece blank and preassembly for constructing a container having an internal support structure includes a bottom panel, a wall panel or combination panel, and an auxiliary panel connected to the wall panel or combination panel. The auxiliary panel and the wall or combination panel are configured so that portions of the auxiliary panel automatically change state from co-planar to three-dimensional upon manipulation of the wall panel or combination panel to form the container.

One-piece container with internal support structure

A blank is configured to be erected into a container including an inner tray and an outer carton frangibly connected to the inner tray. The inner tray includes an inner side wall and a bottom. The outer carton includes a top, an outer side wall, and a utility panel frangibly connected to the inner side wall.

Retail-ready container

A method of deploying a retail ready container from a single container blank utilizes a container having a container body portion and a protective cover portion. The container in the assembled state is configured so that the finished sides of left and right side cover panels are respectively positioned adjacent to and opposed from respective finished sides of left and right side container body panels. The container is deployed in a retail environment by lifting the protective cover portion upwardly with respect to the container body portion in a pivotal movement, at least partially tearing the frangible connections between the respective container body panels and cover panels.

Method of deploying a retail ready container

A container and a method of forming a container having a locking closure and a method of forming the locking closure. The container includes bottom, side and top walls and at least one of the walls being an opening wall formed of panels which provide an opening to an interior of the container and which overlap to provide the locking a closure of the opening wall. In a closed condition of the container, a bottommost panel of the opening wall is partially overlapped by adjacent panels of the opening wall and a topmost panel of the opening wall located opposite the bottommost panel partially overlaps the adjacent panels and the bottommost panel. A tab of the bottommost panel is lifted upwardly to partially overlap the topmost panel to form the locking closure.

Dual-use display tray/container

A retail ready container is assembled from a single container blank having a container body portion and a protective cover portion. The container body portion includes a front container body panel, a left side container body panel and a right side container body panel. The protective cover portion includes a front cover panel, a left side cover panel and a right side cover panel. The left side cover panel is frangibly attached to the left side container body panel and the right side cover panel is frangibly attached to the right side container body panel. The container blank includes a finished side and an unfinished side. The container in the assembled state is configured so that the finished sides of the left and right side cover panels are respectively positioned adjacent to and opposed from the respective finished sides of the left and right side container body panels.

Retail ready container

A container having a locking closure and a method of forming the locking closure. The method includes cutting a primary blank and at least one supplementary blank, affixing them together to form a pre-assembly, and assembly the container from the pre-assembly.
