An electronically steered weather radar system comprises a plurality of transmit/receive modules, a plurality of antenna modules, and a system signal processor. Each transmit/receive module may be configured to adjust the phase of a radio frequency (RF) signal to be transmitted and received. Each antenna module may be in communication with one transmit/receive module. The antenna modules may form an antenna array configured to transmit a system beam in a direction determined by the phase of the RF signal from each transmit/receive module and to generate the RF signal from the received system beam. The system signal processor may be configured to perform a first scan to detect meteorological formations wherein the system signal processor communicates with each transmit/receive module to adjust the phase of the RF signals such that the antenna array transmits and receives the system beam through a plurality of azimuth angles and a plurality of elevation angles.

Methods, apparatus, computer program products, and systems to transport multiple variable data rate LAN streams and fixed data rate voice streams through a plurality of variable data rate transmission links used as a conduit for transmission of data between each local area network are disclosed. Incoming data streams are placed within payload data units and distributed among the transmission links, which use a framed protocol. While the frame size for each transmission link varies dependent upon the transmission rate of that link, the number of payload data units within each frame remains constant.

A system and method for remote management of a network device is disclosed. The system includes a network device controller and a transmit unit coupled to the network device controller. The transmit unit includes a remote management interface queue and a remote management interface. The remote management interface couples the network device controller to the remote management interface queue.
