A cryptocurrency acceptance network computing device includes a processing module operable to obtain a request to facilitate a cryptocurrency-based payment between a payor computing device and a payee computing device. The payor computing device uses a first cryptocurrency recognized by a first cryptocurrency exchange computing device, and the payee computing device accepts a desired currency recognized by a second cryptocurrency exchange computing device. The processing module is operable to place a hold on an amount of collateral cryptocurrency, determine whether the first cryptocurrency exchange computing device recognizes the desired currency or whether the second cryptocurrency exchange computing device recognizes the first cryptocurrency, and if either is not recognized, the processing module connects to the first cryptocurrency exchange computing device to exchange the first cryptocurrency to a universally accepted cryptocurrency, connects to the second cryptocurrency exchange computing device to exchange the universally accepted cryptocurrency to the desired currency.

Multi-jurisdictional secure and trusted cryptocurrency acceptance system

A method includes initiating, by a payor computing device associated with a first jurisdiction, a payment of a desired amount to a payee computing device associated with a second jurisdiction. The method further includes receiving, by a cryptocurrency acceptance network computing device, a request to process the payment and placing a hold on collateral cryptocurrency. The method further includes sending, by the payor computing device, first cryptocurrency to the cryptocurrency acceptance network computing device, where the cryptocurrency acceptance network computing device sends the first cryptocurrency to a first cryptocurrency exchange device associated with the first jurisdiction to be converted to an amount of universally accepted cryptocurrency and sent to a second cryptocurrency exchange device associated with the second jurisdiction where the second cryptocurrency exchange device converts the amount of the universally accepted cryptocurrency to a desired currency and sends the amount of the desired currency to the payee computing device.

A method includes obtaining, by a digital asset-based interaction computing entity, pre-authorization hold first computing entity information and pre-authorization hold second computing entity information regarding initiation of a pre-authorization hold digital asset-based interaction between a first and second computing entity. The pre-authorization hold first computing entity information includes an indication of a digital asset the first computing entity intends to use. The method further includes obtaining external data pertaining to the digital asset, analyzing one or more of: the external data, a pre-authorization hold time period, and a pre-authorization hold amount to determine a pre-authorization hold procedure. The method further includes locking an amount of system digital asset and an amount of the digital asset in accordance with the pre-authorization hold procedure and sending a confirmation to the second computing entity that the pre-authorization hold digital asset-based interaction is successful.

A method includes initiating, by a user computing device, a payment with a merchant computing device. The method further includes determining, by a network computing device, an amount of collateral tokens required to back the payment. The method further includes depositing, by the user computing device, the amount of the collateral tokens in a smart contract. The amount of collateral tokens is locked in the smart contract to back the payment. The method further includes sending, by the network computing device, an amount of a desired currency to the merchant computing device to complete the payment. The method further includes sending, by the merchant computing device, a fee to the network computing device for facilitating the payment. The method further includes converting, by the network computing device, the fee to collateral tokens, and depositing the collateral tokens in one or more smart contracts as rewards.

The at least one validation computing entity node verifies the obtaining the amount of the digital assets. The digital asset-based interaction system further includes a digital asset backing computing entity operable to lock an amount of system digital assets in an account associated with the at least one validation computing entity node to back the offloaded verification.

A method includes initiating, by a first computing entity, an interaction with a second computing entity. The interaction includes the first computing entity providing an amount of a digital asset and the second computing entity accepting assets in a desired asset format. When in an offline interaction mode, the method includes generating, by the first computing entity, an authorization code including a type of the digital asset and code authentication information and providing the authorization code to the second computing entity. The method further includes sending, by the second computing entity, at least a portion of the authorization code to a digital asset-based interaction computing entity. The method further includes verifying, by the digital asset-based interaction computing entity, the at least the portion of the authorization code, locking an amount of system digital asset to back the amount of the digital asset, and sending confirmation to the second computing entity.

Offline interaction mode of a digital asset-based interaction system

A method includes determining, by a digital asset custodial device, to assign conditional access rights to an amount of assignable tokens stored in a digital asset custodial device account of the digital asset custodial device to a network computing device of a cryptocurrency payment system to back certain interactions of the cryptocurrency payment system. The conditional access rights are in accordance with a set of conditions. The assignment of the conditional access rights is a self-enforcing smart contract embedded in an assignable token distributed ledger. The method further includes locking, by the digital asset custodial device and in accordance with the self-enforcing smart contract, the amount of the assignable tokens stored in the digital asset custodial device account and providing the conditional access rights to the amount of the assignable tokens to the network computing device. The network computing device does not store the amount of the assignable tokens.

Cryptocurrency payment system payments backed by assignable tokens

A method includes initiating, by a first user computing device, a zero click digital asset-based payment with a merchant computing entity. The method further includes obtaining, by the merchant computing entity, at least a portion of user computing device real-time payment information from the first user computing device and sending merchant computing entity real-time payment information and the at least the portion of user computing device real-time payment information to a digital asset payment computing entity. The method further includes sending, by the digital asset payment computing entity, a push notification to a second user computing device requesting authorization. The method further includes authorizing, by the second user computing device, the zero click digital asset-based payment via the push notification. The method further includes locking an amount of network digital asset to back the zero click digital asset-based payment and providing a confirmation to the merchant computing entity.

A method includes sending, by a trader computing device, an amount of a first digital asset to a digital asset exchange device for an exchange of the amount of the first digital asset to an amount of a second digital asset. The trader computing device includes a trader wallet that stores assignable tokens. The method further includes determining to assign conditional access rights to an amount of the assignable tokens to the digital asset exchange device to back the exchange, locking the amount of the assignable tokens, and providing the conditional access rights to the amount of the assignable tokens to the digital asset exchange device. The method further includes exchanging, by the digital asset exchange device, the amount of the first digital asset to the amount of the second digital asset and sending the amount of the second digital asset to the trader computing device.

Assignable token backed real-time digital asset exchange

A method includes initiating, by a merchant computing entity, a digital asset-based payment from a user computing device and sending merchant real-time payment information to a digital asset payment computing entity. The method further includes generating, by the digital asset payment computing entity, a scannable charge code and sending the scannable charge code to the merchant computing entity. The method further includes providing, by the merchant computing entity, the scannable charge code to the user computing device. When the scannable charge code is scanned by the user computing device, the method further includes sending, by the user computing device, user computing device real-time payment information to the digital asset payment computing entity, locking, by the digital asset payment computing entity, an amount of network digital assets, and providing, by the digital asset payment computing entity, a confirmation to the merchant computing entity.

A method includes initiating, by a user computing device, a digital asset-based payment to a merchant computing entity and sending, by the user computing device, user computing device real-time payment information to a digital asset payment computing entity. The method further includes locking, by the digital asset payment computing entity, an amount of network digital assets, generating a user authorization scannable code, and sending the user authorization scannable code to the user computing device. The method further includes providing, by the user computing device, the user authorization scannable code to the merchant computing entity. When the merchant computing entity scans the user authorization scannable code, the method further includes sending, by the merchant computing entity, merchant computing entity real-time payment information to the digital asset payment computing entity, and providing, by the digital asset payment computing entity, a confirmation to the merchant computing entity.

A multi-part code system includes a network computing device operable to generate a first and second portion of a code for an interaction. The multi-part code system further includes a second computing device including a second network application and a first computing device including a first network application operable to obtain the second portion of the code, receive the first portion of the code, display the second portion of the code, display the first portion of the code on a code display area, instruct a user to drag the first portion of the code from the code display area to the display area to align with the second portion of the code. When the first portion of the code is aligned with the second portion of the code in the display area, produce the code, and send a finalized interaction notification to the network computing device.
