The issue-discovery services described herein may access data from the messaging platform and/or the issue-tracking platform to automatically determine issue attributes for creating a new issue in the issue-tracking platform based on activity in the messaging platform. The issue-discovery service may provide or otherwise be associated with a user input element presented on a client device (e.g., presented in the chat user interface), which allows a user of the client device to provide a user input to create a new issue in the issue-tracking platform based on activity in the chat channel. The user input may identify content associated with the chat channel (e.g., one or more messages displayed in the chat user interface) for use in creating the new issue in the issue-tracking platform.

A system and a method are disclosed for context-based verification flows for digital identity verification. A context-based verification system provides flexible identification procedures for various enterprises that adapted to the enterprises' services, the enterprises' customers, and these customers' needs. For example, the context-based verification system determines a first and second verification flows associated with a first enterprise and a third verification flow associated with a second enterprise. These verification flows include context parameters and verification parameters. The context-based verification system determines context parameters of a request, or 'request context parameters,' when a user requests to interact with the first enterprise and determines a verification flow associated with context parameters that substantially match these request context parameters. The context-based verification system may determine that the first verification flow's context parameters substantially match the request context parameters and use the first verification flow's verification parameters to verify the user's identity.

In a directory service, a sync request requesting changes to a dataset is received from a sync client, the sync request comprising a token, and sync requests containing tokens are sent to first and second directory servers. Changes are returned by the directory servers with tokens, and the changes are returned to the sync client with a unified token. In embodiments, the changes returned to the sync client are new to the sync client. Also disclosed is a method where a request for new changes to a dataset is received from a sync client, the request including a token, and a response that contains a token and changes that are new to the sync client is returned.

Method, System and apparatus for synchronizing changes in a directory service

Disclosed are methods of synchronizing changes in a directory service, comprising receiving a sync request comprising a token from a sync client and returning a response to the sync client comprising a token and changes. Embodiments include collecting and returning changes that are new to the sync client, collecting and returning changes from first and second directory servers, and returning a unified token. The changes may include changes to a dataset that is partitioned over first and second directory servers, and the partitioning may include entry-balancing. Also disclosed are embodiments of a directory service comprising first and second directory servers, each comprising a change set with changes, and a proxy server configured to collect and send changes in the change sets that are new to a sync client, and proxy server and a directory server for use in synchronizing changes in a directory service.

Method, system and apparatus for synchronizing changes in a directory service

A method for predicting the clinical outcome for a patient after the patient has received therapy for an acute coronary syndrome such as myocardial infarction comprises: (a) optionally, but preferably, detecting a first variable comprising a serum creatine kinase-MB release curve area in the patient after initiation of said therapy; (b) detecting a second variable comprising a serum creatine kinase-MB release curve maxima in the patient after initiation of said therapy; then (c) optionally, but preferably, detecting a third variable comprising the slope of the descending portion of the serum creatine kinase-MB release curve after initiation of said therapy (wherein a steep slope for said descending portion is a more favorable indicator of clinical outcome than a shallow slope); and (d) generating a prediction of clinical outcome for said patient from the variables collected above. The method is useful in conjunction with established therapies such as thrombolytic therapy, and is particularly useful as a surrogate end point in clinical trials of new potential therapies.
