A file containing the video is received at an on premise client application. The application processes the file with an event detector to detect at least one event of interest based on a first set of event detection criteria. The at least one event of interest is sent to the cloud searching service. The cloud searching service classifies at least one object in the at least one event of interest. The cloud searching service identifies a second set of event identification criteria based on the classification. The cloud searching service sends feedback to the application for event detection and sending events based on the second set of event identifying criteria. The application modifies the first event detection criteria based on the feedback to create new event detection criteria.

System and method for reducing resources used for uploading a video to be indexed for searching

Techniques to support human-machine interactions for public safety annotations are provided. Live streamed media that includes at least one of audio and video is received. The live streamed media is replicated. The replicated live streamed media is sent to at least two of an artificial intelligence bot and a human for annotation. A conflict between the annotations is detected. The conflict is resolved via an agency selected annotation conflict resolution policy.

System and method to support human-machine interactions for public safety annotations

In response to detecting an incident at a building, a risk assessment for the building is performed. The risk assessment identifies dynamic security constraints for different locations at the building. A set of behavioral rules for controlling a sensor system at the building is updated based on the risk assessment to obtain an updated set of behavioral rules. The sensor system operating under the updated set of behavioral rules is referenced to detect a visitor at a location of the building during the incident. The location of the visitor is correlated to the risk assessment to determine a specific information security risk posed by the visitor. A recommended follow-up action is generated based on the specific information security risk.

The electronic processor may be configured to determine a time period within the captured data file during which the first data is identified to be present, and display an indication of the uncompleted task and at least one of the time period within the captured data file, the first data, and a user-selectable link to allow a user to consume the first data.

The instructions, when executed by the electronic processor, cause the system to display an incident card on the electronic display, display first incident information on a front side of the incident card, receive a first user input indicating to flip to a back side of the incident card, determine user focus information, generate second incident information based on the user focus information, and display a back side of the card responsive to receiving the first user input. The back side includes the second incident information.

The proxy provides, to the requesting device, the digital evidence record and the chain-of-custody information.

A dedicated client operates according to a first protocol. A call server is operated according to a second protocol. An identifier is provided to the second device for requesting a web application for conducting a call via the call server, the identifier associated with the first and second device. A request, including the identifier is received and the web application is provided to the second device. A first call is set up between the dedicated client and a respective dedicated client. A second call is set up between the call server and the web application at the second device. The first call and the second call are connected to conduct an end-to-end call between the first and second device.

A method is provided that facilitates sidehaul minimization by dropping and reconnecting a mobile device when the mobile device has handed off to a second deployable in a deployable ad hoc communication system. A data session is established for the mobile device utilizing resources in the first deployable. At some point the mobile device hands over to a second deployable in the multiple deployable ad hoc network. The data session at the first deployable remains active and continues to send and receive bearer traffic and control traffic for the mobile device. Upon determining that the mobile device has entered an idle state, the mobile device is dropped from the second deployable and reconnects back to the second deployable. By dropping and reconnecting, the data and bearer sessions are moved from the first deployable to the second deployable, thereby eliminating sidehaul between the first deployable and the second deployable.

A process for maintaining geofence definitions associated with criminal organizations includes maintaining, at an electronic computing device, a stored first geofence definition defining a geographic area associated with a first criminal organization. The computing device receives audio and/or video streams from devices located outside of and/or inside of a boundary of the first geofence definition, and detects, via the one or more audio and/or video streams, a pattern-of-conduct of one or more individuals associated with the first criminal organization or associated with another criminal organization known to have an adversarial relationship with the first criminal organization. Responsive to detecting the pattern-of-conduct the computing device expands or contracts a boundary of the first geofence definition to create an updated first geofence definition associated with the first criminal organization and provides the updated first geofence definition to one or more target devices for display or further electronic processing.

A device, system and method to secure deployable access points in a side-haul communication network from a compromised deployable access point is provided. An indication that a second deployable access point is compromised is received at a first deployable access point in a side-haul communication network. The first deployable access point requests, from one or more communication devices, one or more manual confirmation votes indicating whether the second deployable access point is compromised. When a threshold number of the one or more manual confirmation votes received indicate that the second deployable access point is compromised, the first deployable access point implements an action to secure the deployable access points in the side-haul communication network from the second deployable access point.
