A cleaning adapter for an endoscope is provided. The cleaning adapter comprises a main stem comprising a first through hole extending transversely through the main stem, a second through hole extending transversely through the main stem, and a channel within the main stem fluidly coupling the first through hole to the second through hole. In some embodiments, a tag for an endoscope valve is provided. Methods and kits are also provided.

An improved pivot pin for a firearm may provide a head, shank, and/or openings. The improved pivot pin may also provide a modified central channel, an installation point, and/or installation channel to allow for tool-free or tool-less installation. Further, the improved pivot pin may provide a removal channel to allow the pivot pin to easily be removed from the lower receiver without tools. An improved takedown pin for a firearm may provide a head, shank, and/or openings. The improved takedown pin may also provide a modified center channel and/or removal channel as well. A removal tool to aid removal of a pivot pin or takedown pin from a firearm may be generally shaped to conform or fit within the channel of the pivot or takedown pin. The width and height of the removal tool may be slightly smaller than the width and height of the channel of the pivot pin or takedown pin. The distal end of the removal tool may taper from a top surface to the bottom surface to form a sharp point or tip. A shank of any conventional or aftermarket pivot pin, takedown pin, or reinstallation tool may be modified to provide a storage cavity sized to receive the removal tool.

The combined tube set provides a first tube set for rinsing that includes an air and water tubes, air/water connector, and anchor. The combined tube set also provides a second tube set for irrigation that includes an irrigation connector, backflow valve(s), and flexible tubing section.

In some embodiments, the tube set can provide warm and/or humid gas to the endoscope.

A connector is provided that is configured to pass a liquid from a bottle and a gas between a tube set assembly and a medical instrument, the tube set assembly comprising a first tube for gas flow and a second tube for liquid flow, the first and second tube contacting the connector, and a valve disposed within a flow path of the second tube and configured to prevent flow of the liquid back from the medical instrument to the bottle. The connector can be connected to a combined tube set for a disposable water bottle. The combined tube set provides a first tube set for rinsing that also includes air and water tubes.
