A jumper manifold for use in a fracing system including a first outlet interface for coupling to a first outlet line, a second outlet interface for coupling to a second outlet line, and an inlet interface for coupling to an inlet line carrying a slurry under pressure. A jumper, in a first configuration, couples the inlet interface with the first outlet interface for transporting slurry from the inlet line to the first outlet line while isolating the second outlet line. The jumper, in a second configuration, couples the inlet interface with the second outlet interface for transporting slurry from the inlet line to the second outlet line while isolating the first outlet line.

High pressure jumper manifold

A modular fracing wellhead extension for use in a fracing system for enabling the connection of wells on a well pad that are out of reach of an articulated connection platform. The extension modules use the same connection interface as deployed on the wellheads in reach of the articulated connection platform so that an uninterrupted fracing operation can be carried out on two or more wells even if some of the wells are not within the usual reach of the articulated connection platform.

Modular fracing wellhead extension

A high pressure valve includes a valve body having a surface defining a corresponding portion of a conduit and a pocket. A removable insert is removably inserted into the pocket of the valve body and has surface defining a corresponding portion of the conduit. A seal insert is spaced from the valve body by the removable insert and has an interface with the removable insert. A moving member interfaces with the seal insert for selectively closing the conduit, the interface between the seal insert and the removable insert allows play between the seal insert and the removable insert in response to movement of the moving member.

Replaceable body saver

A connector system for use during hydraulic fracturing operations includes a first connector having a bore and an annular interface defined by a plurality of surfaces disposed at selected angles with respect to each other. A second connector has an annular interface defined by a plurality of surfaces disposed at selected angles to each other. The plurality of surfaces of the annular interface of the first connector are adapted to engage the plurality of surfaces of the annular interface of the second connector to form a seal.

High pressure and high frequency connector and actuator system therefore

A system for distributing high viscosity grease to at least one plug valve includes a replaceable cartridge with a body having a chamber and a piston disposed within the chamber. The piston defines a first space within the chamber for receiving solid grease and a second opposing space within the chamber for receiving fluid for driving the piston to compress the solid grease received within the first space. A manifold detachably couples to the replaceable cartridge and has a manifold chamber for receiving grease flowing under compression from an outlet of the cartridge and a plurality of valves in fluid communication with the manifold chamber for selectively distributing grease to corresponding grease ports of the at least one plug valve.

Grease system for high pressure plug valves

A high pressure plug valve includes a valve body having an annular inner surface with a taper having a first taper direction and an annular body saver having an outer surface with a taper having a second taper direction opposite the first taper direction. The outer surface of the annular body saver adapted to interface with the annular inner surface of the valve body with a tapered interference fit.

Multi-taper plug valve

A high-pressure grease block including a grease block body having a grease block cavity defined therein and adapted to cooperate with a valve body. A first port is adapted for sealing connection to a port on the valve body such that a valve grease cavity defined within the valve body communicates with the grease block cavity. A second port communicates with the grease block cavity and is adapted for receiving a greasing assembly and a third port communicates with the grease block cavity and is adapted for receiving a bleeding assembly.

An insert adapted for use in a plug valve includes a single-piece body having an inner sidewall adapted to interface with a sidewall of a valve plug. First and second opposing apertures are each defined through the single-piece body for selective alignment with a flow bore of the valve plug. First and second opposing slots are each defined through the single-piece body at an angle to the first and second opposing apertures for allowing the body to flex in the direction of the first and second opposing apertures.
