A bone graft delivery system includes a rasp having an elongate body extending between a proximal end and a distal end, a lumen extending through the elongate body and configured to receive bone graft material, a rasping surface removably couplable to the distal end of the elongate body and configured to decorticate bone material of a patient, and one or more openings configured to deliver bone graft material from the lumen.

Bone graft delivery system and method for using same

A decompression surgery system includes an instrument shuttle configured to engage a first side of a target anatomical location, the instrument shuttle including a track. The system further includes a working channel configured to couple to and advance along the track of the instrument shuttle, the working channel having a distal end configured to engage a second side of the target anatomical location so that the target anatomical location is positioned between a portion of the instrument shuttle and the distal end of the working channel. The working channel is configured to receive one or more instruments therethrough.

Decompression system and methods of use

A sacroiliac joint implant system includes a primary implant configured to be received in a sacroiliac joint of a patient and a secondary implant configured to couple with the primary implant. The primary implant includes a body extending from a proximal end to a distal end and a plurality of threads extending from the body. The secondary implant includes a first anchor configured to anchor within a sacrum of the patient and a second anchor configured to anchor within an ilium of the patient.

Sacroiliac joint stabilization system

A bone graft delivery system can include an elongate tube and a handle having a trigger and a ratcheting mechanism. The trigger is actuated to deliver bone graft material through the tube. The bone graft delivery system can further include a distal tip at a distal end of the tube. The tip has one or more openings to deliver the bone graft material to a desired location and includes a surface suitable to act as a rasp for decorticating bone. A method for delivering bone graft material to a desired surgical location includes providing a bone graft delivery device, positioning the device adjacent the surgical location, decorticating bone, and delivering bone graft material to the surgical location.

An impact or extension handle for a needle assembly such as a jamshidi needle can include an attachment portion and a handle portion. The impact or extension handle can also include an impact strikeplate. The attachment portion is configured to couple to the jamshidi needle. A user can use the impact or extension handle to manipulate the position or angle of the needle assembly. A user can tap a mallet or similar instrument on the impact strikeplate to drive the needle assembly into a target location in a patient's body. The impact or extension handle can allow the user to hold his or her hands out of the way of equipment used during the procedure and away from potentially harmful radiation from imaging equipment used during the procedure.

The devices and methods described herein refer to a guidewire, sometimes referred to as a K-wire, for use during varying orthopedic surgeries. The guidewire allows for the measurement of objects and distances inside the patient's body when used in tandem with x-ray or fluoroscopy imaging. Also, the devices and methods described herein act as a guide to accurately insert an instrument or implant, in the correct orientation, to the surgical site. The guidewire comprises a measurement segment that comprises one or more markers placed at known distances from the distal end of the guidewire. The markers, when used in tandem with fluoroscopy and/or x-ray imaging, provide users with a reference for measuring objects and distances inside the body. The markers can have many possible designs or configurations such as, but not limited to, visualization windows, grooves, notches, and/or material inserts.

Device and method for determining proper screw or implant size during orthopedic surgery

A bone graft delivery system includes an elongate tube configured to couple to the handle and receive a bone graft material and a rasp. The rasp includes a lumen configured to receive at least a portion of the elongate tube, a rasping surface configured to decorticate bone, one or more openings configured to deliver bone graft material from the elongate tube when the lumen receives at least a portion of the elongate tube, and a handle portion configured to be gripped in use to facilitate movement of the rasping surface to decorticate bone.
