Various examples are described for the integration and customization of third-party applications and services with computing infrastructure of a data center. One or more computing devices can maintain a remote computing environment for an enterprise that provides at least one remote computing service on behalf of the enterprise. A portal can be provided that is configured to, from an entity not associated with the remote computing environment, receive a specification of information associated with one of a plurality of third-party services and compatibility criteria of the one of the third-party services. Existing infrastructure used by the remote computing environment in providing the at least one remote computing service is identified. Third-party services that are compatible with the existing infrastructure is identified and presented in a console in association with operation of the remote computing environment.

Integration and customization of third-party services with remote computing infrastructure

Various examples are described for the integration and customization of third-party applications and services with computing infrastructure of a data center. One or more computing devices can maintain a remote computing environment for an enterprise that provides at least one remote computing service on behalf of the enterprise. The one or more computing devices can identify existing infrastructure used by the remote computing environment in providing the at least one remote computing service, identify third-party services that are compatible with the existing infrastructure, present the third-party services in a console in association with operation of the remote computing environment, and in an instance in which one of the third-party services is selected for deployment in the console, automatically reconfigure the remote computing environment to include the one of the third-party services selected.

A computer-implemented method for providing crash results for a computer system on a graphical user interface is disclosed. A component access control feature is displayed on a graphic user interface. The component access control feature enables a user to select a component and view crash results pertaining to the component. A graphical representation for display on the graphic user interface is generated. The graphical representation includes at least a portion of a signature back trace corresponding to a crash associated with the component.

Graphical user interface for software crash analysis data

An automated end-to-end analysis of customer service requests is disclosed. A core dump is received, wherein the core dump corresponds to a customer service request regarding a crash of a computer system. The core dump is automatically analyzed with a processor to generate analysis results. A graphical representation for display on a graphic user interface of a computer is generate, wherein the graphical representation corresponds to the analysis results for the core dump.

Automated end-to-end analysis of customer service requests

Exemplary systems and methods certify a partner product for use with an originally developed product. A certification agent within a partner computing system transmits, to a certification server that is external to the partner computing system, an indication that the certification agent is ready to run a certification test of a partner product. The certification agent is configured to run the certification test. The certification agent is communicatively coupled to a testbed operating within the partner computing system and in which the partner product is to be tested. The certification agent receives, from the external certification server, an instruction to implement at least a portion of the certification test. In response to receiving the instruction, the certification agent initiates the portion of the certification test within testbed.
